FAQ

Got a question?

Which brand should I choose?

We install Carrier, YORK, General, Midea, Gree and Smart Gold, and recommend the right one after calculating your cooling load, based on your space, use and budget.

How much does AC installation cost?

It depends on the unit type, its capacity and the copper run length. Send a photo of the space on WhatsApp and we'll send you a price.

Split or central?

Split suits separate rooms and apartments. Central or concealed suits villas and multi-room spaces, because it cools evenly. We'll confirm which is right for you on-site.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Our work is covered by a warranty, and we set out its length and what it covers in the written quote before we start.

Are you open on Fridays?

We're open Saturday to Thursday, 8 am to 8 pm. Closed on Fridays.

How often should I service my AC?

Jeddah's dust and humidity wear an AC down, so we recommend cleaning the filters regularly and a full service before every summer. We'll set the right schedule for your unit after a visit.
