When duct quality makes the difference
- 1
Duct losing cold air
An open seam or an unsealed joint loses cold air before it reaches the room. We close every seam with Foster sealant in the workshop before shipping, so the seal does not depend on site work alone.
- 2
Condensation wetting the ceiling
In Jeddah's humid air any bare metal surface sweats and drips onto the ceiling or damages the unit insulation. We wrap with Kimmco or Armaflex at the thickness the site calls for.
- 3
A project with many duct runs
A villa or commercial building needs main trunks, branches and plenums in several sizes. We make sections in the workshop numbered to the site plan, so the hanging crew assembles without cutting or adjusting.
Who it's for
Replacing your villa's AC and need new ductwork
We make supply and return trunks and plenums to your villa's dimensions, insulated and numbered, ready for the hanging crew without any on-site cutting.

How we work
How we work
- 1
Send sizes or drawings
Send us the duct drawing or a list of section sizes. If sizes are not fixed yet, we agree a site survey before production starts.
- 2
Review sizes and sheet gauge
We check each section's dimensions and pick the right sheet thickness for the duct size, then confirm quantities with you before cutting begins.
- 3
Fabricate, seal and insulate
We cut and fold the G90 galvanised sheet, lock the seams with Foster sealant, and wrap each section with Kimmco or Armaflex insulation in the workshop before shipment.
- 4
Number and deliver
We mark each section with its position and dimension from the site plan, so the hanging team identifies every piece without confusion and starts work on arrival.

What sets this district apart
Al Nada is a medium-density residential growth area with mid-rise blocks, villas and some small commercial complexes that need central AC duct networks, though not as complex as large hotels. Cutting ducts on site leaves gaps where cold air leaks and moisture collects on surfaces, especially in Jeddah's high humidity, so we manufacture the ducts complete in our workshop, sealed and insulated, so sections arrive ready for quick and efficient installation.
Al Nada lies in east Jeddah, a growing residential area with apartment blocks, villas and some retail facilities.
Most residential projects here use medium-sized sub-ducts distributed across floors and housing wings.
The AC setup in Al Nada
- 1
Medium-sized branching duct network
Mid-rise residential blocks here use supply and return ducts distributed across floors with sub-plenums in each wing.
- 2
Insulated ducts to minimize cooling loss
Buildings here are relatively open but heat and humidity cause rapid cooling loss, so full insulation is essential.
- 3
Numbered sections for quick assembly
Ducts arrive numbered by assembly sequence, speeding up installation in the building.

FAQ
Questions about AC duct manufacturing
How do you make sure the duct does not leak air at the seams?
We close the long seams with a tight mechanical lock as the sheet is formed, then seal every seam and every joint between sections with Foster sealant before insulating. Sections leave the workshop with matching flanges that tighten evenly when hung, because any small gap in cold duct means lost air and a point where condensation forms.
Does the duct arrive ready to hang, or is it assembled on site?
Sections arrive fabricated, insulated, sealed and numbered to the route drawing, so the fitters know where each piece goes without cutting or altering on site. What is left on site is joining the sections, fixing them to the hangers and connecting the unit and outlets, which shortens the work above the ceiling.
Do you make plenums for cassette and cabinet units?
Yes, we fabricate plenums for both types. A cassette unit plenum is measured to match the unit's outlet frame exactly so air reaches the branch runs without leaking at the connection. A cabinet unit plenum is made to carry both the supply and return paths if the design calls for it. Both types are insulated with Kimmco or Armaflex and sealed with Foster sealant before they leave the workshop.
Can you manufacture duct for a large commercial project?
Yes. The workshop is equipped to fabricate large supply and return trunk runs suited to commercial, government and industrial buildings. Each section is made to the project drawings, numbered and delivered ready to hang after insulation and sealing. When engineering drawings are available, the technical team reviews them before fabrication starts to confirm that the duct dimensions fit the ceiling voids on site.
Why are the duct sections insulated in the workshop before delivery?
The duct carries cold air through a ceiling void that may be hot and humid. Without external insulation, water vapour condenses on the cold sheet and drips onto the false ceiling or the goods below. So each section is wrapped in Kimmco or Armaflex in our workshop and every edge and joint is sealed with Foster sealant before delivery.
Do you make ducts for a medium apartment block?
Yes, we manufacture duct networks for residential blocks in Al Nada. We calculate sections based on the number of floors, housing units and corridor lengths.
The site is tight with closely built blocks, how do we send you the drawings and dimensions?
Send us clear photos of the site from inside and out, specify the number of floors and the dimensions of corridors and openings. You can send all this via WhatsApp along with any drawings you have.
The heat and humidity here are intense, can the manufactured ducts handle it?
Yes, we seal every section with Foster sealant and apply full insulation to protect against humidity and heat. The ducts maintain air temperature with no leakage even in Jeddah's harshest conditions.
Do the manufactured ducts need regular maintenance?
Properly sealed and insulated ducts need only comprehensive duct cleaning about every two years, depending on project usage and the surrounding environment.
