When duct quality makes the difference
- 1
Duct losing cold air
An open seam or an unsealed joint loses cold air before it reaches the room. We close every seam with Foster sealant in the workshop before shipping, so the seal does not depend on site work alone.
- 2
Condensation wetting the ceiling
In Jeddah's humid air any bare metal surface sweats and drips onto the ceiling or damages the unit insulation. We wrap with Kimmco or Armaflex at the thickness the site calls for.
- 3
A project with many duct runs
A villa or commercial building needs main trunks, branches and plenums in several sizes. We make sections in the workshop numbered to the site plan, so the hanging crew assembles without cutting or adjusting.
Who it's for
Replacing your villa's AC and need new ductwork
We make supply and return trunks and plenums to your villa's dimensions, insulated and numbered, ready for the hanging crew without any on-site cutting.
Ask on WhatsAppRunning a commercial fit-out that needs duct runs
We take your project drawings and produce numbered sections in batches matched to your site schedule, so the hanging crew is never waiting on supply.

How we work
How we work
- 1
Send sizes or drawings
Send us the duct drawing or a list of section sizes. If sizes are not fixed yet, we agree a site survey before production starts.
- 2
Review sizes and sheet gauge
We check each section's dimensions and pick the right sheet thickness for the duct size, then confirm quantities with you before cutting begins.
- 3
Fabricate, seal and insulate
We cut and fold the G90 galvanised sheet, lock the seams with Foster sealant, and wrap each section with Kimmco or Armaflex insulation in the workshop before shipment.
- 4
Number and deliver
We mark each section with its position and dimension from the site plan, so the hanging team identifies every piece without confusion and starts work on arrival.

What sets this district apart
Kilo 14 is a modern commercial zone with multi-storey residential blocks, hotels and large retail complexes. These buildings need robust central AC systems with unified duct runs spanning storeys and wings, and cutting or sorting ducts on site causes cold-air leakage and moisture buildup in Jeddah's humid climate. Pre-manufactured ducts in the workshop ensure precise alignment and full insulation from day one.
Kilo 14 sits in south Jeddah, a modern commercial zone of large residential, hotel and retail blocks built close together.
Most projects here need central distribution ducts with large diameters and long runs to cover multiple storeys and wings.
The AC setup in Kilo 14
- 1
Main distribution and branch ducts
The large buildings in Kilo 14 need substantial main ducts from the central unit and branches distributed across storeys and wings.
- 2
Plenums and factory insulation
Large plenums distribute cold air from the evaporator to the branch ducts, arriving fully insulated to prevent heat loss and condensation.
- 3
Return ducts sealed with Foster
Return ducts for hot air are sealed with Foster sealant at every joint to ensure no air leakage and maintain system efficiency.
Before the visit
Before our visit in Kilo 14
- 1
Provide project plans or precise measurements
Before the visit, have the architect's drawings or precise measurements of distances between storeys and wings ready so the team can calculate duct lengths accurately.
- 2
Confirm delivery and assembly space
Ensure there is safe space on site for delivering the numbered duct sections and storing them temporarily before fixing to ceilings.
- 3
Confirm the central unit and outdoor outlet location
Tell us where the main cooling unit sits and where the outdoor outlet is planned, so we can set the starting point for the main ducts.

FAQ
Questions about AC duct manufacturing
How do you make sure the duct does not leak air at the seams?
We close the long seams with a tight mechanical lock as the sheet is formed, then seal every seam and every joint between sections with Foster sealant before insulating. Sections leave the workshop with matching flanges that tighten evenly when hung, because any small gap in cold duct means lost air and a point where condensation forms.
Does the duct arrive ready to hang, or is it assembled on site?
Sections arrive fabricated, insulated, sealed and numbered to the route drawing, so the fitters know where each piece goes without cutting or altering on site. What is left on site is joining the sections, fixing them to the hangers and connecting the unit and outlets, which shortens the work above the ceiling.
Do you make plenums for cassette and cabinet units?
Yes, we fabricate plenums for both types. A cassette unit plenum is measured to match the unit's outlet frame exactly so air reaches the branch runs without leaking at the connection. A cabinet unit plenum is made to carry both the supply and return paths if the design calls for it. Both types are insulated with Kimmco or Armaflex and sealed with Foster sealant before they leave the workshop.
Can you manufacture duct for a large commercial project?
Yes. The workshop is equipped to fabricate large supply and return trunk runs suited to commercial, government and industrial buildings. Each section is made to the project drawings, numbered and delivered ready to hang after insulation and sealing. When engineering drawings are available, the technical team reviews them before fabrication starts to confirm that the duct dimensions fit the ceiling voids on site.
Why are the duct sections insulated in the workshop before delivery?
The duct carries cold air through a ceiling void that may be hot and humid. Without external insulation, water vapour condenses on the cold sheet and drips onto the false ceiling or the goods below. So each section is wrapped in Kimmco or Armaflex in our workshop and every edge and joint is sealed with Foster sealant before delivery.
Why manufacture ducts in the workshop instead of cutting them on site?
Cutting on site leaves uncontrolled gaps and edges where cold air leaks out; pre-made ducts arrive sealed, insulated, numbered and ready to hang straight away.
Large projects here have huge floor areas, how do you keep lengths accurate?
We take precise measurements from site or project drawings and manufacture each section numbered in the workshop to fit exactly the planned route.
Jeddah's humidity affects the ducts, how do you keep the insulation intact?
We insulate all ducts fully in the workshop and seal every seam with Foster, preventing moisture leakage and condensation on the inner surface.
How do you fix long ducts to ceilings in multi-storey buildings?
The ducts arrive numbered and ready, and the team fits them to pre-prepared supports using safe fixing standards for each run length.
