When you need a retail HVAC specialist
- 1
A new mall or shopping centre
A poor design from the start means cold zones next to stifling ones and endless tenant complaints. We study the heat load of each zone separately and choose the right unit type before the ceiling is built.
- 2
An existing shop with uneven cooling
The back of the shop is cold while the front near the door stays hot at peak hours. The cause is usually the air outlet layout or the unit size; a site survey identifies which and fixes the problem without replacing the whole system.
- 3
Condensate dripping on shelves or display
A single drip on stock or a glass display front damages the product and the shop's image. The cause is usually weak insulation, a blocked condensate line or an unlevel unit, all of which can be diagnosed and fixed in one visit.
Who it's for
Opening a new shop inside a mall
We design an independent unit for your space and install ductwork and condensate lines before finishing work so your opening is not delayed.
Ask on WhatsAppManaging an existing commercial complex
We review the existing system and set a preventive and corrective maintenance contract scheduled outside trading hours so tenants are not affected.

How we work
How we work
- 1
Site survey and loads
We visit the site and map every heat source: entrances, lighting, expected crowd density and facade orientation, then size the units correctly for each section.
- 2
Design and materials
We design the duct network in our own workshop from G90 galvanised sheet to dimensions that give even air distribution, and select units from brands we distribute such as Carrier, YORK and Gree.
- 3
Installation coordinated on site
We coordinate installation with the project programme so ductwork does not delay finishing trades, and run Mueller copper in runs of up to 30 metres without welded joints to reduce potential leak points.
- 4
Start-up and maintenance contract
We start up the system and check air distribution in every section, then set a preventive and corrective maintenance schedule timed so work never overlaps with the shop's trading hours.
Designed for the space or just fitted?

| Condensate | Dedicated line away from stock | Risk of drips on shelves |
| Maintenance | Scheduled outside shop hours | Surprise outage during trade |
| Copper purity | Mueller copper, 99% pure, no welds | Unspecified pipe source |

What sets this district apart
Al Muntazahat is a fast-growing eastern district with relatively modern malls and diverse shops on wide orderly streets, most using modern central AC or integrated units depending on space and design. The thermal load is high due to Jeddah's intense heat, continuous customer flow and round-the-clock mall and shop operation. The drainage system handles large condensate volumes, and regular maintenance to ensure drainage integrity and evaporator cleaning is vital.
Al Muntazahat is in eastern Jeddah, a rapidly growing commercial zone with modern malls and orderly wide streets.
Most malls and shops here are equipped with modern central AC systems connected to duct networks distributed across multiple floors and departments.

FAQ
Questions about Mall & retail HVAC
How do you handle doors that open onto the street all day?
An open door pushes in hot humid air and spikes the heat load suddenly. We include that load in the design and direct a supply outlet above the entrance to form an air barrier that reduces mixing. The survey confirms which arrangement suits each specific doorway.
Do you install separate units for each mall tenant?
Yes. A separate unit per tenant means each shop controls its own cooling and a fault in one unit does not affect the neighbour. It also makes consumption readings straightforward and makes maintenance responsibility clear for each party.
Why do you prefer rooftop packaged units for malls?
A rooftop packaged unit keeps the condenser and evaporator in one casing above the roof, freeing every inch of shop floor from outdoor units and shortening the duct run. Maintenance happens on the roof without entering the shop, which fits scheduling work outside trading hours.
How do you handle Jeddah's heat and its effect on rooftop units?
Rooftop units in Jeddah work in hot, salty and dusty air that strains the condenser and speeds fin corrosion. We specify units with corrosion-resistant coatings and include coil cleaning and compressor and condenser checks in the preventive schedule of every maintenance contract.
Does air distribution design differ between a small shop and a large mall?
The site survey decides. A small shop may need only a concealed unit with directional grilles, while a mall requires a duct network with dampers zoned by area. In both cases the positions of lighting, visitor traffic and entry doors are recorded before supply outlets are placed.
Al Muntazahat is growing fast and all malls are new, does that make maintenance easier or harder?
Modern systems are more efficient but also more complex; we advise preventive maintenance every two to three months to avoid sudden failures in advanced systems.
Al Muntazahat's streets are wide and orderly, but outdoor units may be in different locations, how do you find them quickly?
We ask the mall or shop management for a simple map showing outdoor unit and plant room locations before the visit, which speeds up finding them.
Eastern Jeddah's heat is very high and malls run long hours, can the system handle this pressure?
Modern systems can handle it, but we focus on continuous maintenance to clean filters and evaporators and tune settings to reduce stress and consumption.
High humidity in the mall can damage stock, how do you maintain safe humidity levels?
We ensure drainage pipes are clean and properly angled, clean evaporators regularly to reduce moisture buildup, and recommend dehumidifiers if humidity exceeds safe levels.
