When you need a villa HVAC specialist

  1. 1

    A new villa before finishing

The finishing stage is the right time to plan the cooling before walls and ceilings close. We decide the system type for each floor and the pipe routes, saving you from cutting and drilling later.

  2. 2

A large majlis that never feels cool

Large sitting rooms need a different approach from ordinary rooms. Ceiling height, number of openings and sun direction in Jeddah all affect the choice, and the site survey is what decides the right solution.

  3. 3

    Old noisy units disturbing sleep

AC noise in a bedroom breaks sleep and wears on the family. Choosing the right system and placing it correctly gives the room the cooling it needs without sound that disturbs you or the people sleeping near you.

Who it's for

  • Living in a villa and replacing old systems

We study what is already in your villa floor by floor and propose systems that fix noise and uneven cooling without unnecessary cutting through finished walls.

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    Full villa survey

Our team visits every floor, studying sun exposure, ceiling heights, room count and how each space is used, before we suggest any system.

  2. 2

A cooling plan floor by floor

We produce a plan that names the system type for each zone, the indoor and outdoor unit positions, and how the work fits around any finishing trades already on site.

  3. 3

    Installation and pipe runs

We install the agreed systems floor by floor, run insulated copper and drain lines, vacuum each line before start-up, and confirm that units near bedrooms run quietly.

  4. 4

    Handover and maintenance contract

We start every unit with you present and check cooling in each room, then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract to keep the whole system performing through the summer.

What sets this district apart

Al Rawdah is a relatively modern residential area in west Jeddah with villas of varied architectural styles, attractive private gardens and large living spaces. Most villas here were built in the last two decades and include multiple floors, numerous bedrooms and spacious lounges. The climate here is less harsh than coastal zones, but summer heat is strong and needs a distributed system suited to large spaces. Outdoor unit placement needs special care since most villas here have attractive front facades, so we choose protected locations on side walls or rooftops.

Al Rawdah lies in west Jeddah, a district of modern villas with varied designs and attractive private gardens.

Most Al Rawdah villas use either central rooftop systems or multi-head splits to distribute cool air across multiple floors.

Some villas use one or two outdoor units with multiple indoor heads per floor or living zone.

  3. 3

    Independent splits for distant zones

FAQ

Questions about Villa & home HVAC

Should I use central AC or a split for each room?

There is no single answer that suits every villa. One floor with rooms close together may suit a concealed central system, while separate floors or spread-out rooms often work better with individual splits. The site survey is what decides the right fit for your space and how you use it.

How do you keep the facade tidy with outdoor units on it?

At the survey we look at every option: the roof, the back or side of the building, and ventilation shafts. We choose a spot that gives the unit enough air and is easy to reach for servicing, without putting outdoor units on the main front or creating noise in the street.

How do Jeddah's dust, humidity and salty sea air affect a home system?

Humid, salty air affects heat exchangers and exposed outdoor units over time, and dust blocks filters faster than in dry climates. We take this into account when placing outdoor units away from direct sea winds, and a preventive maintenance contract catches that build-up before it hurts performance.

Do you handle both installation and maintenance for the whole villa?

Yes, we handle design and installation and then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract covering every system in the villa. Having one contractor who knows what was installed makes any later servicing or repair faster and more accurate, and you never have to explain each unit's history to someone new.

How do you decide between a concealed unit and a visible split for a room?

The decision depends on ceiling height, the type of finish and the building stage. A room with a high ceiling and generous floor area may accept a concealed cassette, while a small room with a low ceiling or a fully finished space often suits a visible split. Where the outlet sits also affects how air reaches every corner, and the site survey is what settles the choice.

Our villa has a very large majlis and several bedrooms, do we need one unit or multiple?

Large lounges and multiple rooms typically need distributed cooling. We visit to measure spaces and heights, then recommend a central system or multiple units based on each area's needs.

We want to hide the outdoor units from the front facade, what are other options?

We mount units on side walls, rear walls or the rooftop depending on the villa's design and layout. We always preserve the front facade's appearance when selecting unit locations.

The upper floor gets strong sun exposure, does it need a stronger unit than the lower floor?

Yes, upper floors with direct sun exposure need stronger units. We calculate cooling capacity for each floor based on its sun and heat exposure.

The garden area is far from the villa, can we place the outdoor unit there?

A long distance from the garden can affect system efficiency and increase copper and insulation costs. Send us a photo on WhatsApp so we can evaluate the option and quote accurately with the full run and materials reflected.
