When you need a villa HVAC specialist

  1. 1

    A new villa before finishing

The finishing stage is the right time to plan the cooling before walls and ceilings close. We decide the system type for each floor and the pipe routes, saving you from cutting and drilling later.

  2. 2

A large majlis that never feels cool

Large sitting rooms need a different approach from ordinary rooms. Ceiling height, number of openings and sun direction in Jeddah all affect the choice, and the site survey is what decides the right solution.

  3. 3

    Old noisy units disturbing sleep

AC noise in a bedroom breaks sleep and wears on the family. Choosing the right system and placing it correctly gives the room the cooling it needs without sound that disturbs you or the people sleeping near you.

Who it's for

  • Living in a villa and replacing old systems

We study what is already in your villa floor by floor and propose systems that fix noise and uneven cooling without unnecessary cutting through finished walls.

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    Full villa survey

Our team visits every floor, studying sun exposure, ceiling heights, room count and how each space is used, before we suggest any system.

  2. 2

A cooling plan floor by floor

We produce a plan that names the system type for each zone, the indoor and outdoor unit positions, and how the work fits around any finishing trades already on site.

  3. 3

    Installation and pipe runs

We install the agreed systems floor by floor, run insulated copper and drain lines, vacuum each line before start-up, and confirm that units near bedrooms run quietly.

  4. 4

    Handover and maintenance contract

We start every unit with you present and check cooling in each room, then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract to keep the whole system performing through the summer.

What sets this district apart

Al Rehab is a mixed district with older and newer villas, some with tight designs and others spacious and modern, surrounded by residential buildings of varying sizes. Summer heat is intense and sun exposure varies by villa orientation and courtyard design. Older villas may not suit a complex central system, so we choose separate splits per zone, while large modern villas benefit from a lightweight central system. The sensitive position of outdoor units between adjacent villas requires careful coordination with neighbours.

Al Rehab is a central Jeddah residential district with mixed old and new villas, diverse architecture, intense heat exposure and siting between adjacent buildings.

Al Rehab villas vary in age and size, needing different systems: independent splits for smaller or older villas, or lightweight central systems for large modern ones.

The AC setup in Al Rehab

  1. 1

Independent split units for smaller and older villas

Smaller or older Al Rehab villas usually need two independent splits, without the complexity of a central system that may not fit older construction.

  2. 2

Lightweight central system for large modern villas

Large modern Al Rehab villas benefit from a simple central system with short ductwork and precise zone control.

  3. 3

Outdoor units away from neighbours and main streets

Outdoor units are placed away from neighbours' entrances and main streets, avoiding noise and affecting adjacent residents or passersby.

Before the visit

Before our visit in Al Rehab

  1. 1

Confirm villa age and internal layout

Tell us the villa's approximate build age and internal layout, floors, rooms, separate women's and men's sections, so we pick the right system.

  2. 2

Clarify outdoor unit location and neighbours

Show us where you want the outdoor unit and where neighbours' homes are, so we pick a spot that does not affect their privacy or send noise and warm air their way.

  3. 3

Check foundations, soil and electrical capacity

Confirm the soil around the villa is solid enough, your main electrical panel is safe and has sufficient capacity for the new system.

FAQ

Questions about Villa & home HVAC

Should I use central AC or a split for each room?

There is no single answer that suits every villa. One floor with rooms close together may suit a concealed central system, while separate floors or spread-out rooms often work better with individual splits. The site survey is what decides the right fit for your space and how you use it.

How do you keep the facade tidy with outdoor units on it?

At the survey we look at every option: the roof, the back or side of the building, and ventilation shafts. We choose a spot that gives the unit enough air and is easy to reach for servicing, without putting outdoor units on the main front or creating noise in the street.

How do Jeddah's dust, humidity and salty sea air affect a home system?

Humid, salty air affects heat exchangers and exposed outdoor units over time, and dust blocks filters faster than in dry climates. We take this into account when placing outdoor units away from direct sea winds, and a preventive maintenance contract catches that build-up before it hurts performance.

Do you handle both installation and maintenance for the whole villa?

Yes, we handle design and installation and then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract covering every system in the villa. Having one contractor who knows what was installed makes any later servicing or repair faster and more accurate, and you never have to explain each unit's history to someone new.

How do you decide between a concealed unit and a visible split for a room?

The decision depends on ceiling height, the type of finish and the building stage. A room with a high ceiling and generous floor area may accept a concealed cassette, while a small room with a low ceiling or a fully finished space often suits a visible split. Where the outlet sits also affects how air reaches every corner, and the site survey is what settles the choice.

My villa is somewhat older, will it take a complex central system?

Older villas often cannot take complex central ductwork without cutting into walls. We choose separate, easy-to-install splits without major structural changes.

My outdoor unit is close to my neighbour's villa, is that an issue?

We carefully place the outdoor unit away from the neighbour's entrance and windows, ensuring warm air and noise do not face their home.

Heat is intense and my villa is large, how many split units do we need?

It depends on room count, floors and sun distribution. A large villa usually needs two to three units: one for living areas, another for bedrooms and a third for additional zones.

My villa's soil and foundations, can they support the outdoor unit placement?

We inspect the soil and foundation before installation. If the ground is weak, we find an alternate location or place a sturdy metal pad under the unit.
