When you need a villa HVAC specialist

  1. 1

    A new villa before finishing

The finishing stage is the right time to plan the cooling before walls and ceilings close. We decide the system type for each floor and the pipe routes, saving you from cutting and drilling later.

  2. 2

A large majlis that never feels cool

Large sitting rooms need a different approach from ordinary rooms. Ceiling height, number of openings and sun direction in Jeddah all affect the choice, and the site survey is what decides the right solution.

  3. 3

    Old noisy units disturbing sleep

AC noise in a bedroom breaks sleep and wears on the family. Choosing the right system and placing it correctly gives the room the cooling it needs without sound that disturbs you or the people sleeping near you.

Who it's for

  • Living in a villa and replacing old systems

We study what is already in your villa floor by floor and propose systems that fix noise and uneven cooling without unnecessary cutting through finished walls.

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    Full villa survey

Our team visits every floor, studying sun exposure, ceiling heights, room count and how each space is used, before we suggest any system.

  2. 2

A cooling plan floor by floor

We produce a plan that names the system type for each zone, the indoor and outdoor unit positions, and how the work fits around any finishing trades already on site.

  3. 3

    Installation and pipe runs

We install the agreed systems floor by floor, run insulated copper and drain lines, vacuum each line before start-up, and confirm that units near bedrooms run quietly.

  4. 4

    Handover and maintenance contract

We start every unit with you present and check cooling in each room, then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract to keep the whole system performing through the summer.

What sets this district apart

Al Safa is a moderately developing district mixing modern villas and classic homes on medium plots, with good road access, regular streets and both front and rear gardens. The buildings here are more orderly than downtown, but interior spaces vary between spacious majlis areas and separate bedrooms, calling for a flexible cooling system that balances different temperature needs while hiding outdoor units from the main street view.

Al Safa lies in central Jeddah, a district of medium-sized villas and homes on regular plots with good landscaping.

Most Al Safa homes use multi-split systems or simple central AC covering the main spaces.

The AC setup in Al Safa

  1. 1

Dual or triple split for the spacious home

Al Safa homes with a main majlis and separate bedroom suites benefit from two or more split units with independent controls.

  2. 2

Light central AC for medium-sized plots

Medium-sized Al Safa plots may suit a single central unit with simple ducts covering main spaces without unnecessary complexity.

  3. 3

Hidden outdoor units in the rear garden

Outdoor units are placed in the rear garden or behind a side wall to keep the front elevation clean and attractive.

Before the visit

Before our visit in Al Safa

  1. 1

Check the width of passages and doors

Ensure the villa's passages and doors are wide enough for the indoor units to fit and install without damaging walls or décor.

  2. 2

Designate the rear garden for the outdoor unit

Agree with our team on the exact spot in the rear garden where the outdoor unit will sit, ensuring good airflow and easy maintenance access.

  3. 3

    Secure team and equipment access

Tell us the best entry point for the team and equipment, especially if the home is gated or has narrow landscaping.

FAQ

Questions about Villa & home HVAC

Should I use central AC or a split for each room?

There is no single answer that suits every villa. One floor with rooms close together may suit a concealed central system, while separate floors or spread-out rooms often work better with individual splits. The site survey is what decides the right fit for your space and how you use it.

How do you keep the facade tidy with outdoor units on it?

At the survey we look at every option: the roof, the back or side of the building, and ventilation shafts. We choose a spot that gives the unit enough air and is easy to reach for servicing, without putting outdoor units on the main front or creating noise in the street.

How do Jeddah's dust, humidity and salty sea air affect a home system?

Humid, salty air affects heat exchangers and exposed outdoor units over time, and dust blocks filters faster than in dry climates. We take this into account when placing outdoor units away from direct sea winds, and a preventive maintenance contract catches that build-up before it hurts performance.

Do you handle both installation and maintenance for the whole villa?

Yes, we handle design and installation and then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract covering every system in the villa. Having one contractor who knows what was installed makes any later servicing or repair faster and more accurate, and you never have to explain each unit's history to someone new.

How do you decide between a concealed unit and a visible split for a room?

The decision depends on ceiling height, the type of finish and the building stage. A room with a high ceiling and generous floor area may accept a concealed cassette, while a small room with a low ceiling or a fully finished space often suits a visible split. Where the outlet sits also affects how air reaches every corner, and the site survey is what settles the choice.

Should I choose multi-split or central AC for my home?

It depends on floor count and room layout, but Al Safa suits both systems. Multi-split is easier to maintain, while central AC is quieter if your villa is large.

Where do I put the outdoor unit away from the main street?

We select the rear garden or far side away from the front elevation, keeping the home's street view clean whilst allowing unobstructed car parking.

Does Al Safa's humidity affect the AC units?

Yes, seasonal humidity increases mould growth in drain pans and filters, so we fit high-quality filters and clean drain pans regularly.

How long can the copper runs between units be?

Distance depends on the compressor and unit size, but in Al Safa most runs are standard, and we ensure thick insulation to minimise efficiency loss.
