When you need a villa HVAC specialist

  1. 1

    A new villa before finishing

The finishing stage is the right time to plan the cooling before walls and ceilings close. We decide the system type for each floor and the pipe routes, saving you from cutting and drilling later.

  2. 2

A large majlis that never feels cool

Large sitting rooms need a different approach from ordinary rooms. Ceiling height, number of openings and sun direction in Jeddah all affect the choice, and the site survey is what decides the right solution.

  3. 3

    Old noisy units disturbing sleep

AC noise in a bedroom breaks sleep and wears on the family. Choosing the right system and placing it correctly gives the room the cooling it needs without sound that disturbs you or the people sleeping near you.

Who it's for

  • Living in a villa and replacing old systems

We study what is already in your villa floor by floor and propose systems that fix noise and uneven cooling without unnecessary cutting through finished walls.

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    Full villa survey

Our team visits every floor, studying sun exposure, ceiling heights, room count and how each space is used, before we suggest any system.

  2. 2

A cooling plan floor by floor

We produce a plan that names the system type for each zone, the indoor and outdoor unit positions, and how the work fits around any finishing trades already on site.

  3. 3

    Installation and pipe runs

We install the agreed systems floor by floor, run insulated copper and drain lines, vacuum each line before start-up, and confirm that units near bedrooms run quietly.

  4. 4

    Handover and maintenance contract

We start every unit with you present and check cooling in each room, then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract to keep the whole system performing through the summer.

What sets this district apart

Al Salihiyah is an east residential district with medium-sized, closely built villas and limited space between buildings. Summer heat is very high and humidity moderate, and villas need a system that runs efficiently all day but with low noise at night. Even cooling distribution between the living floor and upper storeys is essential, and noise isolation in the majlis and main rooms calls for careful unit and duct selection.

Al Salihiyah is in east Jeddah, a district of medium closely-spaced villas in a very hot environment with limited outdoor space.

Most Al Salihiyah villas use one central system with a single outdoor unit and multiple internal ducts, with particular attention to sound insulation in coils and ducts.

The AC setup in Al Salihiyah

  1. 1

Central system with single outdoor unit

Small to medium villas in Al Salihiyah prefer one central system covering all floors from a single roof-mounted outdoor unit.

  2. 2

    Central ducts with adjustable dampers

Internal ducts include dampers and a thermostat to balance cool air distribution between living, sleeping and other zones.

  3. 3

Sound insulation for ducts and outdoor unit

Al Salihiyah residents value nighttime quiet, so we use sound-insulating materials on ducts and fans, and rubber mounting for the outdoor unit.

Before the visit

Before our visit in Al Salihiyah

  1. 1

    Measure internal and external dimensions

Help by measuring the length, width and height of each floor and main rooms, and the size of available outdoor spaces for the unit.

  2. 2

    Identify priority zones for cooling

Tell us which zones need stronger cooling (such as a large majlis or living room) and which must be very quiet (bedrooms).

  3. 3

Ensure safe access to roof and outdoor space

Check that the roof is safe for standing and working, and that the outdoor space for the unit is clear of obstacles and wires.

FAQ

Questions about Villa & home HVAC

Should I use central AC or a split for each room?

There is no single answer that suits every villa. One floor with rooms close together may suit a concealed central system, while separate floors or spread-out rooms often work better with individual splits. The site survey is what decides the right fit for your space and how you use it.

How do you keep the facade tidy with outdoor units on it?

At the survey we look at every option: the roof, the back or side of the building, and ventilation shafts. We choose a spot that gives the unit enough air and is easy to reach for servicing, without putting outdoor units on the main front or creating noise in the street.

How do Jeddah's dust, humidity and salty sea air affect a home system?

Humid, salty air affects heat exchangers and exposed outdoor units over time, and dust blocks filters faster than in dry climates. We take this into account when placing outdoor units away from direct sea winds, and a preventive maintenance contract catches that build-up before it hurts performance.

Do you handle both installation and maintenance for the whole villa?

Yes, we handle design and installation and then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract covering every system in the villa. Having one contractor who knows what was installed makes any later servicing or repair faster and more accurate, and you never have to explain each unit's history to someone new.

How do you decide between a concealed unit and a visible split for a room?

The decision depends on ceiling height, the type of finish and the building stage. A room with a high ceiling and generous floor area may accept a concealed cassette, while a small room with a low ceiling or a fully finished space often suits a visible split. Where the outlet sits also affects how air reaches every corner, and the site survey is what settles the choice.

My villa has a large majlis and bedrooms above, how do I balance the cooling between them?

We design a central system with separate ducts for the majlis and upper floor, plus adjustable dampers to control cool air flow as needed in each zone.

The gap between my villa and the neighbouring one is very tight, where can the outdoor unit go?

In Al Salihiyah most villas place the unit on the roof or in a very tight side courtyard. We choose a safe spot away from neighbours' windows, and may add sound damping if the unit is close to a shared space.

It gets very hot here, does the AC strain or need extra maintenance?

Yes, high heat increases pressure on the compressor and reduces efficiency. We recommend filter cleaning every two weeks in the hot season, and checking refrigerant and pressure monthly to maintain performance.

I want the AC very quiet at night, how do you achieve this?

We select indoor units with low-noise fans, insulate ducts with sound-absorbing materials, and mount the outdoor unit away from bedroom windows with rubber dampers to cut vibrations.
