When you need a villa HVAC specialist

  1. 1

    A new villa before finishing

The finishing stage is the right time to plan the cooling before walls and ceilings close. We decide the system type for each floor and the pipe routes, saving you from cutting and drilling later.

  2. 2

A large majlis that never feels cool

Large sitting rooms need a different approach from ordinary rooms. Ceiling height, number of openings and sun direction in Jeddah all affect the choice, and the site survey is what decides the right solution.

  3. 3

    Old noisy units disturbing sleep

AC noise in a bedroom breaks sleep and wears on the family. Choosing the right system and placing it correctly gives the room the cooling it needs without sound that disturbs you or the people sleeping near you.

Who it's for

  • Living in a villa and replacing old systems

We study what is already in your villa floor by floor and propose systems that fix noise and uneven cooling without unnecessary cutting through finished walls.

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    Full villa survey

Our team visits every floor, studying sun exposure, ceiling heights, room count and how each space is used, before we suggest any system.

  2. 2

A cooling plan floor by floor

We produce a plan that names the system type for each zone, the indoor and outdoor unit positions, and how the work fits around any finishing trades already on site.

  3. 3

    Installation and pipe runs

We install the agreed systems floor by floor, run insulated copper and drain lines, vacuum each line before start-up, and confirm that units near bedrooms run quietly.

  4. 4

    Handover and maintenance contract

We start every unit with you present and check cooling in each room, then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract to keep the whole system performing through the summer.

What sets this district apart

Al Samer is a medium-size residential district with compact modern villas and connected homes of two or three storeys, where outdoor space is tighter than Kilo 14 but adequate for a neat installation. This building type calls for a system that does not take up much indoor space, and careful balancing to ensure ground and upper floors receive equal cooling.

Al Samer lies in eastern Jeddah and is a medium-density residential district with closely packed villas of compact size.

Most Al Samer villas use dual or triple-head splits to cover different floors due to limited outdoor space.

The AC setup in Al Samer

  1. 1

Dual split for small two-storey villas

Compact villas in Al Samer benefit from a dual split that delivers balanced cooling across both floors with minimal outdoor unit footprint.

  2. 2

    Triple-head split for medium spaces

Townhouses with three bedrooms and medium areas need an extra head to cover hallways or living spaces alongside the floors.

  3. 3

Outdoor units on side and rear walls

Limited gardens in Al Samer mean units mount on exterior walls away from the main entrance to ensure airflow and drainage.

Before the visit

Before our visit in Al Samer

  1. 1

Sketch the villa layout with floor dimensions

Bring a simple sketch showing the villa's storeys and the area of each floor, so we can decide the number of heads and suitable system.

  2. 2

Identify the best outdoor unit location

Agree with the team on whether you prefer the unit on a rear wall, side wall or small roof, and ensure safe access for installation.

  3. 3

    Check electrical safety and drainage

Ensure you have a safe power connection point near the outdoor unit's location, and that ground drainage allows water to drain safely from the unit.

FAQ

Questions about Villa & home HVAC

Should I use central AC or a split for each room?

There is no single answer that suits every villa. One floor with rooms close together may suit a concealed central system, while separate floors or spread-out rooms often work better with individual splits. The site survey is what decides the right fit for your space and how you use it.

How do you keep the facade tidy with outdoor units on it?

At the survey we look at every option: the roof, the back or side of the building, and ventilation shafts. We choose a spot that gives the unit enough air and is easy to reach for servicing, without putting outdoor units on the main front or creating noise in the street.

How do Jeddah's dust, humidity and salty sea air affect a home system?

Humid, salty air affects heat exchangers and exposed outdoor units over time, and dust blocks filters faster than in dry climates. We take this into account when placing outdoor units away from direct sea winds, and a preventive maintenance contract catches that build-up before it hurts performance.

Do you handle both installation and maintenance for the whole villa?

Yes, we handle design and installation and then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract covering every system in the villa. Having one contractor who knows what was installed makes any later servicing or repair faster and more accurate, and you never have to explain each unit's history to someone new.

How do you decide between a concealed unit and a visible split for a room?

The decision depends on ceiling height, the type of finish and the building stage. A room with a high ceiling and generous floor area may accept a concealed cassette, while a small room with a low ceiling or a fully finished space often suits a visible split. Where the outlet sits also affects how air reaches every corner, and the site survey is what settles the choice.

My villa is small on two floors; is a dual split enough?

Yes, a dual split is adequate if the total area is around 150, 200 square metres, with one head per floor, provided each floor has its own thermostat for independent control.

My garden is very small; where do I put the outdoor unit?

In Al Samer's tight spaces, we mount the unit on the villa's side or rear wall, or on a small roof area away from the front view, ensuring proper air intake and drainage.

Can I put the outdoor unit on the ground floor wall instead of the roof?

Yes, if there is a rear or side wall that safely accommodates the unit away from the villa's entrance and the street, provided ventilation and drainage are adequate.

Copper runs between floors take up a lot of space; is there a solution?

We run the copper through interior walls or columns if the layout allows, or hide them in purpose-made ducts to minimize visual impact without compromising performance.
