When you need a villa HVAC specialist

  1. 1

    A new villa before finishing

The finishing stage is the right time to plan the cooling before walls and ceilings close. We decide the system type for each floor and the pipe routes, saving you from cutting and drilling later.

  2. 2

A large majlis that never feels cool

Large sitting rooms need a different approach from ordinary rooms. Ceiling height, number of openings and sun direction in Jeddah all affect the choice, and the site survey is what decides the right solution.

  3. 3

    Old noisy units disturbing sleep

AC noise in a bedroom breaks sleep and wears on the family. Choosing the right system and placing it correctly gives the room the cooling it needs without sound that disturbs you or the people sleeping near you.

Who it's for

  • Living in a villa and replacing old systems

We study what is already in your villa floor by floor and propose systems that fix noise and uneven cooling without unnecessary cutting through finished walls.

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    Full villa survey

Our team visits every floor, studying sun exposure, ceiling heights, room count and how each space is used, before we suggest any system.

  2. 2

A cooling plan floor by floor

We produce a plan that names the system type for each zone, the indoor and outdoor unit positions, and how the work fits around any finishing trades already on site.

  3. 3

    Installation and pipe runs

We install the agreed systems floor by floor, run insulated copper and drain lines, vacuum each line before start-up, and confirm that units near bedrooms run quietly.

  4. 4

    Handover and maintenance contract

We start every unit with you present and check cooling in each room, then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract to keep the whole system performing through the summer.

What sets this district apart

Al Shiraa holds modern multi-floor villas with spacious majlis rooms, each needing its own plan to balance cold air between reception and living areas. The open ground-floor spaces and separate upper bedrooms call for multiple units or a carefully designed central system, and when placing outdoor units we keep them hidden from the villa's front facade.

Al Shiraa lies in northern Jeddah, a modern residential district of spacious villas with private outdoor courtyards.

Most villas here need multiple units or a central system to cover different floors and zones efficiently.

The AC setup in Al Shiraa

  1. 1

    Multi-unit system across floors

Modern Al Shiraa villas often need separate units per floor or residential zone to deliver individual control and balanced cooling.

  2. 2

Central ducted system for large open spaces

Spacious ground-floor majlis and open-plan areas may benefit from a central ducted system that distributes cool air evenly throughout.

  3. 3

Hidden outdoor units in courtyards and roofs

We place outdoor units away from the front facade, typically in rear courtyards or on the roof, to preserve the villa's street-facing appearance.

Before the visit

FAQ

Questions about Villa & home HVAC

Should I use central AC or a split for each room?

There is no single answer that suits every villa. One floor with rooms close together may suit a concealed central system, while separate floors or spread-out rooms often work better with individual splits. The site survey is what decides the right fit for your space and how you use it.

How do you keep the facade tidy with outdoor units on it?

At the survey we look at every option: the roof, the back or side of the building, and ventilation shafts. We choose a spot that gives the unit enough air and is easy to reach for servicing, without putting outdoor units on the main front or creating noise in the street.

How do Jeddah's dust, humidity and salty sea air affect a home system?

Humid, salty air affects heat exchangers and exposed outdoor units over time, and dust blocks filters faster than in dry climates. We take this into account when placing outdoor units away from direct sea winds, and a preventive maintenance contract catches that build-up before it hurts performance.

Do you handle both installation and maintenance for the whole villa?

Yes, we handle design and installation and then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract covering every system in the villa. Having one contractor who knows what was installed makes any later servicing or repair faster and more accurate, and you never have to explain each unit's history to someone new.

How do you decide between a concealed unit and a visible split for a room?

The decision depends on ceiling height, the type of finish and the building stage. A room with a high ceiling and generous floor area may accept a concealed cassette, while a small room with a low ceiling or a fully finished space often suits a visible split. Where the outlet sits also affects how air reaches every corner, and the site survey is what settles the choice.

My two-storey villa needs cooling, should I use separate units or one central system?

It depends on your villa's layout and open areas; a site visit lets us determine whether multiple units or central cooling suits you better.

Where can we place the outdoor units without spoiling the villa's appearance?

We mount them in rear courtyards or side areas away from the front facade, or on the roof if suitable, to keep the villa's front appearance clean.

Does the intense northern Jeddah heat affect cooling efficiency in a villa here?

Yes, high heat reduces unit efficiency slightly, which is why we size the capacity carefully and design the system to handle the full thermal load.

Do the wiring and copper runs for multiple units need special planning in large villas?

Yes, long distances between units require longer copper runs and careful electrical distribution; we assess all this during our first site visit.
