When you need a villa HVAC specialist

  1. 1

    A new villa before finishing

The finishing stage is the right time to plan the cooling before walls and ceilings close. We decide the system type for each floor and the pipe routes, saving you from cutting and drilling later.

  2. 2

A large majlis that never feels cool

Large sitting rooms need a different approach from ordinary rooms. Ceiling height, number of openings and sun direction in Jeddah all affect the choice, and the site survey is what decides the right solution.

  3. 3

    Old noisy units disturbing sleep

AC noise in a bedroom breaks sleep and wears on the family. Choosing the right system and placing it correctly gives the room the cooling it needs without sound that disturbs you or the people sleeping near you.

Who it's for

  • Living in a villa and replacing old systems

We study what is already in your villa floor by floor and propose systems that fix noise and uneven cooling without unnecessary cutting through finished walls.

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    Full villa survey

Our team visits every floor, studying sun exposure, ceiling heights, room count and how each space is used, before we suggest any system.

  2. 2

A cooling plan floor by floor

We produce a plan that names the system type for each zone, the indoor and outdoor unit positions, and how the work fits around any finishing trades already on site.

  3. 3

    Installation and pipe runs

We install the agreed systems floor by floor, run insulated copper and drain lines, vacuum each line before start-up, and confirm that units near bedrooms run quietly.

  4. 4

    Handover and maintenance contract

We start every unit with you present and check cooling in each room, then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract to keep the whole system performing through the summer.

What sets this district apart

Al Ta'awun has medium-sized, more economical villas compared to the north, with simpler designs and less varied spaces, though most homes have two or more storeys needing separate cooling zones. Heat here can be more intense because the area is less exposed to sea breezes from the north, meaning cooling units work harder. Mounting outdoor units on rear walls or roofs is essential here because neighbourhoods are denser and villas sit closer together.

Al Ta'awun lies in southern Jeddah and holds medium-sized villas with simpler designs and higher residential density than northern areas.

Most villas here are medium-sized with two storeys and use either two separate split units or a multi-head system with one outdoor unit.

The AC setup in Al Ta'awun

  1. 1

Two separate split units, one per storey

In medium villas, we install one split unit per storey, giving independent control and balanced cooling across both levels.

  2. 2

Multi-head system with one outdoor unit

To save costs, we use one powerful outdoor unit connected to indoor heads on both storeys, offering good cooling balance.

  3. 3

Single unit with distributed air ducts

In some newer villas, we install one powerful split unit with simple air ducts to distribute cool air to both storeys.

Before the visit

Before our visit in Al Ta'awun

  1. 1

Check roof and rear wall availability

Confirm your roof is safe to work on or that the rear wall has enough space for the outdoor unit before contacting us.

  2. 2

Tell us which spaces are open or closed

Identify which areas are fully enclosed and which open to other spaces, as this affects how many indoor heads we use.

  3. 3

Coordinate with neighbours if you are very close

If your villa is very close to your neighbour's, give him advance notice of the expected installation date to avoid surprises from noise or work near the boundary.

FAQ

Questions about Villa & home HVAC

Should I use central AC or a split for each room?

There is no single answer that suits every villa. One floor with rooms close together may suit a concealed central system, while separate floors or spread-out rooms often work better with individual splits. The site survey is what decides the right fit for your space and how you use it.

How do you keep the facade tidy with outdoor units on it?

At the survey we look at every option: the roof, the back or side of the building, and ventilation shafts. We choose a spot that gives the unit enough air and is easy to reach for servicing, without putting outdoor units on the main front or creating noise in the street.

How do Jeddah's dust, humidity and salty sea air affect a home system?

Humid, salty air affects heat exchangers and exposed outdoor units over time, and dust blocks filters faster than in dry climates. We take this into account when placing outdoor units away from direct sea winds, and a preventive maintenance contract catches that build-up before it hurts performance.

Do you handle both installation and maintenance for the whole villa?

Yes, we handle design and installation and then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract covering every system in the villa. Having one contractor who knows what was installed makes any later servicing or repair faster and more accurate, and you never have to explain each unit's history to someone new.

How do you decide between a concealed unit and a visible split for a room?

The decision depends on ceiling height, the type of finish and the building stage. A room with a high ceiling and generous floor area may accept a concealed cassette, while a small room with a low ceiling or a fully finished space often suits a visible split. Where the outlet sits also affects how air reaches every corner, and the site survey is what settles the choice.

Is the south of Jeddah actually hotter than the north?

Yes, southern areas are less exposed to sea breezes and hotter in summer. You may need slightly stronger cooling units than the north, and we assess this on our first visit.

The gap between my villa and my neighbour's is very narrow, how do you install the outdoor unit?

We mount it on the roof or on the rear wall if there is enough space. If all sides are tight, we agree with you on the best spot and liaise with your neighbour if needed.

The upper floors are very hot in summer, how much does adding a second unit cost?

Cost depends on the unit type, capacity and the length of copper piping needed. Send a photo of your villa and the storeys on WhatsApp and we will give you an accurate quote.

Are new villas in Al Ta'awun designed for central AC or split systems?

Most new villas here do not come with central ducting, so split systems are the common and most efficient choice for medium-sized homes.
