When to book a technician visit

  1. 1

AC that no longer cools properly

The unit runs but the air is barely cool, you hear knocking from the indoor head, or you find water on the wall. The technician brings pressure gauges and electrical test tools and finds the cause before starting any repair.

  2. 2

A fridge or cold room in your shop

The fridge does not hold temperature, or the compressor runs without cycling off. Stock loss starts before you notice the fault. The technician comes to your shop, checks the circuit and tells you the real condition of the unit.

  3. 3

A sudden fault with no obvious cause

The AC trips the breaker, runs without cooling, or gives off a smell. These symptoms can have different causes. The technician checks the board, compressor, capacitor and coil in the right order and explains what he finds.

What sets this district apart

Khaleej Salman is a mixed district combining modern residential villas, apartment blocks, commercial shops, restaurants and small hospitals. This diversity means the faults we encounter vary widely, from simple home AC units to complex commercial cooling systems and large central networks. Precise inspection and deep knowledge of different unit types is essential here because each facility has different needs and operating requirements.

Khaleej Salman lies north of Jeddah, a mixed district of villas, apartment blocks and commercial and medical activities spread across wide streets.

Commercial projects here typically use multiple split units or small package units, while villas rely on split or central systems.

FAQ

Questions about HVAC & refrigeration technician

What does the technician bring on the visit?

The technician brings pressure gauges to check the refrigeration cycle, electrical meters to test the capacitor, relay and control board, and leak detection and flare joint tools. The exact kit depends on the fault description you give when you book.

Can the technician check the AC and the fridge in the same visit?

Yes. The technician covers both air conditioning and refrigeration, so if you have a faulty AC and a commercial fridge or cold unit at the same location he inspects both in one visit and explains the condition of each separately before any repair begins.

How does the technician explain the fault before any work begins?

The technician diagnoses the fault first, whether a failing capacitor, a deteriorated flare joint or a blocked drain line, then tells you what he found, what work is needed and which parts must be replaced. No work starts until you have approved what he has explained.

What happens if the repair needs a spare part?

After the inspection the technician names the part needed and explains why. If the part is available on site the repair is done in the same visit. If it has to be sourced first, he agrees a second visit with you. No replacement is started without your knowledge of what will be done.

Is the inspection for a split unit different from a ducted or cassette unit?

Yes. A split unit gives direct access to the coil, filter and flare joint. A ducted or cassette unit also needs the plenum, dampers and duct runs checked to confirm air is distributed correctly. The technician decides the inspection method after seeing the unit type and installation at your site.

I own a restaurant, can you diagnose AC problems in commercial kitchens?

Yes, we work on restaurant and shop AC units and understand that intense kitchen heat and heavy use put greater strain on the systems.

There is a small clinic near my shop, can you service their units?

Yes, we provide routine maintenance and emergency repair for AC units in clinics and small hospitals with the same precision and accurate diagnosis.

Salt and humidity from the coast affect our units, do they need extra maintenance?

Yes, coastal proximity speeds up metal corrosion and salt damage in outdoor units, so we recommend inspection every three months and regular condenser cleaning.

The street is wide with parking, does that make servicing easier?

Yes, the wide streets in Khaleej Salman make it easier for our team and equipment to arrive, and we need not coordinate complex access with other shop or building owners.
