When duct quality makes the difference

  1. 1

    Duct losing cold air

An open seam or an unsealed joint loses cold air before it reaches the room. We close every seam with Foster sealant in the workshop before shipping, so the seal does not depend on site work alone.

  2. 2

    Condensation wetting the ceiling

In Jeddah's humid air any bare metal surface sweats and drips onto the ceiling or damages the unit insulation. We wrap with Kimmco or Armaflex at the thickness the site calls for.

  3. 3

A project with many duct runs

A villa or commercial building needs main trunks, branches and plenums in several sizes. We make sections in the workshop numbered to the site plan, so the hanging crew assembles without cutting or adjusting.

Who it's for

  • Replacing your villa's AC and need new ductwork

We make supply and return trunks and plenums to your villa's dimensions, insulated and numbered, ready for the hanging crew without any on-site cutting.

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    Send sizes or drawings

Send us the duct drawing or a list of section sizes. If sizes are not fixed yet, we agree a site survey before production starts.

  2. 2

    Review sizes and sheet gauge

We check each section's dimensions and pick the right sheet thickness for the duct size, then confirm quantities with you before cutting begins.

  3. 3

    Fabricate, seal and insulate

We cut and fold the G90 galvanised sheet, lock the seams with Foster sealant, and wrap each section with Kimmco or Armaflex insulation in the workshop before shipment.

  4. 4

    Number and deliver

We mark each section with its position and dimension from the site plan, so the hanging team identifies every piece without confusion and starts work on arrival.

Don't see your district?Message us. We most likely cover it.

What sets this district apart

Al Abeer's buildings are newer and spread across relatively wide plots, allowing longer central duct runs from the outdoor unit to multiple rooms in villas or apartments. This layout calls for precision manufacturing in the workshop rather than on-site cutting, because field-cut ducts leave gaps that waste cold air and trap moisture in Jeddah's hot, humid climate. We deliver fully sealed and numbered duct sections, which speeds installation and maintains thermal insulation efficiency.

Al Abeer is in Jeddah's modern north, a district of newer villas and flats spread across spacious plots.

Most projects here use horizontal or vertical central AC units requiring precisely manufactured ducts to distribute cool air across multiple rooms.

The AC setup in Al Abeer

  1. 1

Horizontal central ducts for large villas

Modern villas in Al Abeer use horizontal units in the attic or ceiling, requiring longer, more flexible duct design and fabrication.

  2. 2

Vertical ducts for modern apartment blocks

Modern flats here need tightly sealed vertical ducts to distribute air from ground to upper floors.

  3. 3

Numbered duct sections for quick assembly

We deliver all duct sections numbered and correctly joined, reducing on-site assembly time and raising installation accuracy.

Before the visit

Before our visit in Al Abeer

  1. 1

Have the building blueprint or basic dimensions ready

Send us a clear photo of the blueprint or measure the distances from the outdoor unit to each room before we visit.

  2. 2

Pinpoint the central unit and outdoor unit locations

Confirm where the central unit will sit (attic or ceiling) and where the outdoor unit is positioned (garden or roof) before contacting us.

  3. 3

Clarify the room count and required outlets

Specify how many rooms need cool air and where each outlet should be mounted before we start fabrication.

FAQ

Questions about AC duct manufacturing

How do you make sure the duct does not leak air at the seams?

We close the long seams with a tight mechanical lock as the sheet is formed, then seal every seam and every joint between sections with Foster sealant before insulating. Sections leave the workshop with matching flanges that tighten evenly when hung, because any small gap in cold duct means lost air and a point where condensation forms.

Does the duct arrive ready to hang, or is it assembled on site?

Sections arrive fabricated, insulated, sealed and numbered to the route drawing, so the fitters know where each piece goes without cutting or altering on site. What is left on site is joining the sections, fixing them to the hangers and connecting the unit and outlets, which shortens the work above the ceiling.

Do you make plenums for cassette and cabinet units?

Yes, we fabricate plenums for both types. A cassette unit plenum is measured to match the unit's outlet frame exactly so air reaches the branch runs without leaking at the connection. A cabinet unit plenum is made to carry both the supply and return paths if the design calls for it. Both types are insulated with Kimmco or Armaflex and sealed with Foster sealant before they leave the workshop.

Can you manufacture duct for a large commercial project?

Yes. The workshop is equipped to fabricate large supply and return trunk runs suited to commercial, government and industrial buildings. Each section is made to the project drawings, numbered and delivered ready to hang after insulation and sealing. When engineering drawings are available, the technical team reviews them before fabrication starts to confirm that the duct dimensions fit the ceiling voids on site.

Why are the duct sections insulated in the workshop before delivery?

The duct carries cold air through a ceiling void that may be hot and humid. Without external insulation, water vapour condenses on the cold sheet and drips onto the false ceiling or the goods below. So each section is wrapped in Kimmco or Armaflex in our workshop and every edge and joint is sealed with Foster sealant before delivery.

Our large villas need very long duct runs, how do you prevent cold-air leakage?

We seal every joint with Foster sealant and full insulation before delivery, which stops cold-air and moisture leakage along the entire duct run.

Can you manufacture ducts to my building's exact blueprint dimensions?

Yes, we take your project dimensions from the blueprint or a site survey, fabricate the ducts in the workshop to exact spec, and that speeds fitting and cuts waste.

Does Jeddah's high humidity affect the quality of the ducts you make?

Full insulation and tight sealing protect the duct from internal moisture build-up, which is a core part of our manufacturing process on every job.

How long from taking measurements to delivery of the finished ducts?

It depends on the project size and number of ducts needed; send us a photo of your blueprint on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the expected delivery date.
