When duct quality makes the difference

  1. 1

    Duct losing cold air

An open seam or an unsealed joint loses cold air before it reaches the room. We close every seam with Foster sealant in the workshop before shipping, so the seal does not depend on site work alone.

  2. 2

    Condensation wetting the ceiling

In Jeddah's humid air any bare metal surface sweats and drips onto the ceiling or damages the unit insulation. We wrap with Kimmco or Armaflex at the thickness the site calls for.

  3. 3

A project with many duct runs

A villa or commercial building needs main trunks, branches and plenums in several sizes. We make sections in the workshop numbered to the site plan, so the hanging crew assembles without cutting or adjusting.

Who it's for

  • Replacing your villa's AC and need new ductwork

We make supply and return trunks and plenums to your villa's dimensions, insulated and numbered, ready for the hanging crew without any on-site cutting.

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    Send sizes or drawings

Send us the duct drawing or a list of section sizes. If sizes are not fixed yet, we agree a site survey before production starts.

  2. 2

    Review sizes and sheet gauge

We check each section's dimensions and pick the right sheet thickness for the duct size, then confirm quantities with you before cutting begins.

  3. 3

    Fabricate, seal and insulate

We cut and fold the G90 galvanised sheet, lock the seams with Foster sealant, and wrap each section with Kimmco or Armaflex insulation in the workshop before shipment.

  4. 4

    Number and deliver

We mark each section with its position and dimension from the site plan, so the hanging team identifies every piece without confusion and starts work on arrival.

Some of our work

Ductwork, rooftop units and diffusers, from work we've completed in Jeddah.

  • Galvanized rectangular duct trunk with branch takeoffs and round diffusers, hung from a black ceiling, a Carrier unit visible behind — interior finishing stage.
  • Round diffusers and a spiral duct trunk in a tiled stairwell service shaft.
  • Rooftop ductwork and an exhaust fan, with Jeddah buildings in the background.
  • Rooftop packaged AC units with rectangular duct transitions, city buildings behind.
  • Insulated rooftop duct run beside a packaged unit, a warehouse roof in the background.
  • A grid of round diffusers in an open-plan office ceiling, mid-construction.
  • An insulated rooftop duct elbow, against a mountainous backdrop.
  • Large insulated ductwork running along a factory ceiling, with workers visible below.
  • A yellow round diffuser mid-installation, with spiral duct and a suspended ceiling grid.
  • Duct insulation wrap in progress on a construction site, bare duct still exposed.

What sets this district apart

Al Muntazahat is an upscale district with generous space, home to large luxury villas, modern residential blocks and high-end hotels, all needing high-precision unified ductwork and advanced engineering. On-site cutting damages the system and causes leaks wasting cool in Jeddah's intense heat and coastal humidity. Workshop-made, tightly sealed and comprehensively insulated ducts deliver ideal performance, high efficiency and lower energy consumption.

Al Muntazahat sits in east Jeddah, an upscale district of large villas, modern residential blocks and luxury hotels with generous architectural space.

Most residential and hospitality projects here run one or more central cooling units with unified duct networks and advanced air distribution systems.

The AC setup in Al Muntazahat

  1. 1

Complex duct networks from powerful central units

Luxury villas and hotels here need one or more powerful central units, with complex unified duct networks for precise cool distribution.

  2. 2

Comprehensively insulated ducts against loss and condensation

Thick insulation throughout keeps cool steady over large distances and high ceilings, preventing condensation in intense humidity.

  3. 3

Precision fittings and joints sealed with Foster

Every joint and fitting is sealed with Foster to high engineering precision, with complete system testing before handover.

Before the visit

FAQ

Questions about AC duct manufacturing

How do you make sure the duct does not leak air at the seams?

We close the long seams with a tight mechanical lock as the sheet is formed, then seal every seam and every joint between sections with Foster sealant before insulating. Sections leave the workshop with matching flanges that tighten evenly when hung, because any small gap in cold duct means lost air and a point where condensation forms.

Does the duct arrive ready to hang, or is it assembled on site?

Sections arrive fabricated, insulated, sealed and numbered to the route drawing, so the fitters know where each piece goes without cutting or altering on site. What is left on site is joining the sections, fixing them to the hangers and connecting the unit and outlets, which shortens the work above the ceiling.

Do you make plenums for cassette and cabinet units?

Yes, we fabricate plenums for both types. A cassette unit plenum is measured to match the unit's outlet frame exactly so air reaches the branch runs without leaking at the connection. A cabinet unit plenum is made to carry both the supply and return paths if the design calls for it. Both types are insulated with Kimmco or Armaflex and sealed with Foster sealant before they leave the workshop.

Can you manufacture duct for a large commercial project?

Yes. The workshop is equipped to fabricate large supply and return trunk runs suited to commercial, government and industrial buildings. Each section is made to the project drawings, numbered and delivered ready to hang after insulation and sealing. When engineering drawings are available, the technical team reviews them before fabrication starts to confirm that the duct dimensions fit the ceiling voids on site.

Why are the duct sections insulated in the workshop before delivery?

The duct carries cold air through a ceiling void that may be hot and humid. Without external insulation, water vapour condenses on the cold sheet and drips onto the false ceiling or the goods below. So each section is wrapped in Kimmco or Armaflex in our workshop and every edge and joint is sealed with Foster sealant before delivery.

My villa is huge with separate wings, how do you make ducts that distribute cool evenly?

We design branching networks from one or more central units, with precise flow regulators on each branch to ensure equal cool distribution across all wings.

Our spaces are vast and ceilings very high, will manufactured ducts cover it?

Yes, we make ducts in large diameters and extended lengths with full insulation to handle heat, humidity and distance, with robust fixtures for secure overhead suspension.

Coastal humidity and intense heat, how do you keep ducts free of condensation?

We use very thick insulation and seal every joint and gap with Foster to high precision, keeping outer surfaces well above the dew point so no moisture collects inside.

My luxury hotel needs very precise ductwork, are you equipped for that?

Yes, we work to exacting specs and engineering drawings for luxury hotel and residential projects, manufacturing ducts with documented precision and sealing, with full performance records.
