When duct quality makes the difference
- 1
Duct losing cold air
An open seam or an unsealed joint loses cold air before it reaches the room. We close every seam with Foster sealant in the workshop before shipping, so the seal does not depend on site work alone.
- 2
Condensation wetting the ceiling
In Jeddah's humid air any bare metal surface sweats and drips onto the ceiling or damages the unit insulation. We wrap with Kimmco or Armaflex at the thickness the site calls for.
- 3
A project with many duct runs
A villa or commercial building needs main trunks, branches and plenums in several sizes. We make sections in the workshop numbered to the site plan, so the hanging crew assembles without cutting or adjusting.
Who it's for
Replacing your villa's AC and need new ductwork
We make supply and return trunks and plenums to your villa's dimensions, insulated and numbered, ready for the hanging crew without any on-site cutting.

How we work
How we work
- 1
Send sizes or drawings
Send us the duct drawing or a list of section sizes. If sizes are not fixed yet, we agree a site survey before production starts.
- 2
Review sizes and sheet gauge
We check each section's dimensions and pick the right sheet thickness for the duct size, then confirm quantities with you before cutting begins.
- 3
Fabricate, seal and insulate
We cut and fold the G90 galvanised sheet, lock the seams with Foster sealant, and wrap each section with Kimmco or Armaflex insulation in the workshop before shipment.
- 4
Number and deliver
We mark each section with its position and dimension from the site plan, so the hanging team identifies every piece without confusion and starts work on arrival.

What sets this district apart
Al Rabwah's towers are modern with flats and offices in the same building, large interior spaces that need even air distribution. On-site cut ducts leave gaps that bleed cold air and waste energy, and in Jeddah's high humidity those gaps become spots where moisture condenses inside the building walls. Our workshop-made ducts come fully sealed and insulated, numbered and ready to hang with no waste or delay.
Al Rabwah lies in central Jeddah, a district of modern residential and commercial towers with spacious interiors.
Most projects here need large main trunks and long primary ducts to cover multiple floors in a single tower.
The AC setup in Al Rabwah
- 1
Multi-branch distribution ducts
Al Rabwah's towers need long main distribution ducts branching to multiple indoor units across different floors of the same building.
- 2
Consolidated return ducts
Return air from the rooms is collected through sealed return ducts running through hallways and building walls back to the main unit.
- 3
Plenums on upper floors
Tall buildings need intermediate plenum boxes on certain floors to redistribute cold air to multiple units.
Before the visit
Before our visit in Al Rabwah
- 1
Provide project drawings or site dimensions
Architectural drawings or site photos of the hallway and floor dimensions help us calculate duct lengths and sizes accurately.
- 2
Confirm main unit location and outlet points
Tell us where the main unit will be mounted and where air outlets will be in each room or flat so we can design the duct paths.
- 3
Ensure space is available for duct runs
Check hallways, walls and ceilings to confirm adequate space for duct runs without conflicting with other pipes or cables.

FAQ
Questions about AC duct manufacturing
How do you make sure the duct does not leak air at the seams?
We close the long seams with a tight mechanical lock as the sheet is formed, then seal every seam and every joint between sections with Foster sealant before insulating. Sections leave the workshop with matching flanges that tighten evenly when hung, because any small gap in cold duct means lost air and a point where condensation forms.
Does the duct arrive ready to hang, or is it assembled on site?
Sections arrive fabricated, insulated, sealed and numbered to the route drawing, so the fitters know where each piece goes without cutting or altering on site. What is left on site is joining the sections, fixing them to the hangers and connecting the unit and outlets, which shortens the work above the ceiling.
Do you make plenums for cassette and cabinet units?
Yes, we fabricate plenums for both types. A cassette unit plenum is measured to match the unit's outlet frame exactly so air reaches the branch runs without leaking at the connection. A cabinet unit plenum is made to carry both the supply and return paths if the design calls for it. Both types are insulated with Kimmco or Armaflex and sealed with Foster sealant before they leave the workshop.
Can you manufacture duct for a large commercial project?
Yes. The workshop is equipped to fabricate large supply and return trunk runs suited to commercial, government and industrial buildings. Each section is made to the project drawings, numbered and delivered ready to hang after insulation and sealing. When engineering drawings are available, the technical team reviews them before fabrication starts to confirm that the duct dimensions fit the ceiling voids on site.
Why are the duct sections insulated in the workshop before delivery?
The duct carries cold air through a ceiling void that may be hot and humid. Without external insulation, water vapour condenses on the cold sheet and drips onto the false ceiling or the goods below. So each section is wrapped in Kimmco or Armaflex in our workshop and every edge and joint is sealed with Foster sealant before delivery.
Can your ducts handle long runs from the main unit to rooms on different floors?
Yes, we make ducts in any size your project needs, and every section is sealed and numbered for quick installation with no air loss.
My project is on a tight schedule, how long does delivery take?
We take your project dimensions from drawings or a site visit, manufacture the ducts to your schedule, and the timeline is agreed in the quote.
Jeddah's humidity is high, is the insulation in your ducts enough?
Our duct insulation prevents moisture from condensing on the outer surface, and every seam is sealed with Foster sealant to stop both air and moisture leaks.
Can I install the ducts myself or do I need a specialist?
The ducts are numbered and ready, but installation and connection need a specialist team to ensure proper sealing and full insulation against air loss.
