When duct quality makes the difference
- 1
Duct losing cold air
An open seam or an unsealed joint loses cold air before it reaches the room. We close every seam with Foster sealant in the workshop before shipping, so the seal does not depend on site work alone.
- 2
Condensation wetting the ceiling
In Jeddah's humid air any bare metal surface sweats and drips onto the ceiling or damages the unit insulation. We wrap with Kimmco or Armaflex at the thickness the site calls for.
- 3
A project with many duct runs
A villa or commercial building needs main trunks, branches and plenums in several sizes. We make sections in the workshop numbered to the site plan, so the hanging crew assembles without cutting or adjusting.
Who it's for
Replacing your villa's AC and need new ductwork
We make supply and return trunks and plenums to your villa's dimensions, insulated and numbered, ready for the hanging crew without any on-site cutting.

How we work
How we work
- 1
Send sizes or drawings
Send us the duct drawing or a list of section sizes. If sizes are not fixed yet, we agree a site survey before production starts.
- 2
Review sizes and sheet gauge
We check each section's dimensions and pick the right sheet thickness for the duct size, then confirm quantities with you before cutting begins.
- 3
Fabricate, seal and insulate
We cut and fold the G90 galvanised sheet, lock the seams with Foster sealant, and wrap each section with Kimmco or Armaflex insulation in the workshop before shipment.
- 4
Number and deliver
We mark each section with its position and dimension from the site plan, so the hanging team identifies every piece without confusion and starts work on arrival.

What sets this district apart
Al Samer is an expanding modern residential zone with new villas and spacious apartment blocks, wide streets and land available for building. These newer villas and blocks are often designed with unified central AC systems running through living rooms, bedrooms and kitchens, and precisely manufactured ducts in the workshop ensure even cold distribution and no air leakage in Jeddah's hot, humid climate. Random on-site cutting and sorting causes energy loss and fast moisture buildup.
Al Samer sits in east Jeddah, a modern residential zone with new villas, apartment blocks and wide streets.
Most of the new villas and blocks here are equipped or planned with central AC systems on unified distribution ducts across multiple rooms.
The AC setup in Al Samer
- 1
Unified central ducts per villa
Modern villas in Al Samer need a single main duct from the evaporator branching to bedrooms, living rooms and kitchens.
- 2
Small to medium plenums
Villas and modern blocks here use medium plenums to distribute cold air from the indoor unit to the branch ducts.
- 3
Insulated ducts sealed with Foster
Each duct is sealed at the joints with Foster and wrapped in thick insulation to prevent air leakage and maintain temperature.
Before the visit
Before our visit in Al Samer

Provide villa plans or dimensions
Before the visit, have the villa's plans or floor and ceiling measurements ready to determine duct lengths and branch routes.
- 2
Locate the indoor unit and outdoor outlet
Tell us where the indoor cooling unit will be and where the outdoor unit will sit, so the team can plan the duct route.
- 3
Ensure roof and corridor access
Confirm that the roofs and corridors the ducts will pass through are safely accessible before installation day.

FAQ
Questions about AC duct manufacturing
How do you make sure the duct does not leak air at the seams?
We close the long seams with a tight mechanical lock as the sheet is formed, then seal every seam and every joint between sections with Foster sealant before insulating. Sections leave the workshop with matching flanges that tighten evenly when hung, because any small gap in cold duct means lost air and a point where condensation forms.
Does the duct arrive ready to hang, or is it assembled on site?
Sections arrive fabricated, insulated, sealed and numbered to the route drawing, so the fitters know where each piece goes without cutting or altering on site. What is left on site is joining the sections, fixing them to the hangers and connecting the unit and outlets, which shortens the work above the ceiling.
Do you make plenums for cassette and cabinet units?
Yes, we fabricate plenums for both types. A cassette unit plenum is measured to match the unit's outlet frame exactly so air reaches the branch runs without leaking at the connection. A cabinet unit plenum is made to carry both the supply and return paths if the design calls for it. Both types are insulated with Kimmco or Armaflex and sealed with Foster sealant before they leave the workshop.
Can you manufacture duct for a large commercial project?
Yes. The workshop is equipped to fabricate large supply and return trunk runs suited to commercial, government and industrial buildings. Each section is made to the project drawings, numbered and delivered ready to hang after insulation and sealing. When engineering drawings are available, the technical team reviews them before fabrication starts to confirm that the duct dimensions fit the ceiling voids on site.
Why are the duct sections insulated in the workshop before delivery?
The duct carries cold air through a ceiling void that may be hot and humid. Without external insulation, water vapour condenses on the cold sheet and drips onto the false ceiling or the goods below. So each section is wrapped in Kimmco or Armaflex in our workshop and every edge and joint is sealed with Foster sealant before delivery.
My villa is new and I want central AC, how do you make the ducts?
We measure the villa's floors and ceiling heights precisely, manufacture each duct numbered, insulated and sealed in the workshop, and deliver them ready to fix to the prepared frames.
Al Samer's streets are wide, is it easy to deliver large ducts?
Yes, Al Samer's wide streets make it straightforward to deliver long ducts and large diameters from the workshop to site without delays.
Jeddah's summer heat affects insulation, how do you keep the duct efficient?
We insulate all ducts with thick insulation in the workshop and seal with Foster, maintaining the cold inside the duct and reducing energy loss even in extreme heat.
Do you handle complex duct layouts in custom-designed villas?
Yes, we handle bespoke villa designs based on the architect's drawings or the owner's requirements, and produce ducts fitted to any unusual angles or heights.
