When duct quality makes the difference
- 1
Duct losing cold air
An open seam or an unsealed joint loses cold air before it reaches the room. We close every seam with Foster sealant in the workshop before shipping, so the seal does not depend on site work alone.
- 2
Condensation wetting the ceiling
In Jeddah's humid air any bare metal surface sweats and drips onto the ceiling or damages the unit insulation. We wrap with Kimmco or Armaflex at the thickness the site calls for.
- 3
A project with many duct runs
A villa or commercial building needs main trunks, branches and plenums in several sizes. We make sections in the workshop numbered to the site plan, so the hanging crew assembles without cutting or adjusting.
Who it's for
Replacing your villa's AC and need new ductwork
We make supply and return trunks and plenums to your villa's dimensions, insulated and numbered, ready for the hanging crew without any on-site cutting.
Ask on WhatsAppRunning a commercial fit-out that needs duct runs
We take your project drawings and produce numbered sections in batches matched to your site schedule, so the hanging crew is never waiting on supply.

How we work
How we work
- 1
Send sizes or drawings
Send us the duct drawing or a list of section sizes. If sizes are not fixed yet, we agree a site survey before production starts.
- 2
Review sizes and sheet gauge
We check each section's dimensions and pick the right sheet thickness for the duct size, then confirm quantities with you before cutting begins.
- 3
Fabricate, seal and insulate
We cut and fold the G90 galvanised sheet, lock the seams with Foster sealant, and wrap each section with Kimmco or Armaflex insulation in the workshop before shipment.
- 4
Number and deliver
We mark each section with its position and dimension from the site plan, so the hanging team identifies every piece without confusion and starts work on arrival.

What sets this district apart
Prince Abdulmajeed is an area of mid and large apartment buildings on regular streets with varied construction, most new buildings relying on central AC to serve multiple flats from a single unit. Site-cut ducts lose cold air through gaps, worsened by Jeddah's humidity and extreme heat, but fully sealed and insulated workshop ducts deliver high efficiency and maintain uniform pressure across the network.
Prince Abdulmajeed lies in south Jeddah, an area of residential buildings of varied size on a regular street network.
Most new residential buildings in Prince Abdulmajeed use unified duct networks distributing cold air from a single central unit to multiple flats and floors.
The AC setup in Prince Abdulmajeed
- 1
Unified duct network for multiple floors
Multi-floor residential buildings need a unified duct network starting from the central unit and branching to each floor and flat separately.
- 2
Vertical ducts with tight sealing between floors
Ducts running between floors need tight seals at each penetration to stop air and moisture leaking between different levels.
- 3
Separate branches per flat with individual dampers
Each flat needs its own branch from the plenum with its own damper to control airflow according to its requirements.
Before the visit
Before our visit in Prince Abdulmajeed
- 1
Provide the complete building plan
Engineering drawings must show floor count, flat layout, central unit location, and ceilings and chases on each level.
- 2
Coordinate with building management or the contractor
Inform building management or the contractor about our visit for duct measurement, as roof and floor access may need coordination.
- 3
Confirm ceilings and chases are ready
Suspended ceilings and chases holding ducts must be ready with known dimensions before our visit to ensure measurement accuracy.

FAQ
Questions about AC duct manufacturing
How do you make sure the duct does not leak air at the seams?
We close the long seams with a tight mechanical lock as the sheet is formed, then seal every seam and every joint between sections with Foster sealant before insulating. Sections leave the workshop with matching flanges that tighten evenly when hung, because any small gap in cold duct means lost air and a point where condensation forms.
Does the duct arrive ready to hang, or is it assembled on site?
Sections arrive fabricated, insulated, sealed and numbered to the route drawing, so the fitters know where each piece goes without cutting or altering on site. What is left on site is joining the sections, fixing them to the hangers and connecting the unit and outlets, which shortens the work above the ceiling.
Do you make plenums for cassette and cabinet units?
Yes, we fabricate plenums for both types. A cassette unit plenum is measured to match the unit's outlet frame exactly so air reaches the branch runs without leaking at the connection. A cabinet unit plenum is made to carry both the supply and return paths if the design calls for it. Both types are insulated with Kimmco or Armaflex and sealed with Foster sealant before they leave the workshop.
Can you manufacture duct for a large commercial project?
Yes. The workshop is equipped to fabricate large supply and return trunk runs suited to commercial, government and industrial buildings. Each section is made to the project drawings, numbered and delivered ready to hang after insulation and sealing. When engineering drawings are available, the technical team reviews them before fabrication starts to confirm that the duct dimensions fit the ceiling voids on site.
Why are the duct sections insulated in the workshop before delivery?
The duct carries cold air through a ceiling void that may be hot and humid. Without external insulation, water vapour condenses on the cold sheet and drips onto the false ceiling or the goods below. So each section is wrapped in Kimmco or Armaflex in our workshop and every edge and joint is sealed with Foster sealant before delivery.
Our building has several floors, can manufactured ducts handle distribution up and down?
Yes. Ducts made to correct diameters and sealed tightly handle vertical and horizontal distribution without pressure loss, with full insulation protecting against condensation between floors.
The flats are multiple, how do you distribute air fairly between them?
We design separate branches for each flat or floor with control dampers, so each unit gets apportioned airflow according to its needs and area.
Jeddah's humidity is very high, can manufactured ducts handle long-term condensation?
Full insulation and tight sealing reduce the temperature difference between the cold air and the external environment, so moisture does not easily condense on the duct outer surface.
The project has a deadline, can you complete the ducts on schedule?
We work to an agreed schedule and start manufacture after measurement and drawing approval, coordinating with the site to ensure delivery on the required date.
