When you need a proper installer

  1. 1

A new unit for a room or flat

You have bought the unit, or are about to, and want it fitted once, not to find a refrigerant leak or water on the floor a few weeks later. Getting it right first time saves you all of that.

  2. 2

Not sure where the outdoor unit goes

In Jeddah flats the choice is usually the roof, the balcony or the facade. We pick a spot where the condenser gets enough air, a technician can reach it for servicing, and neither noise nor drain water bothers the neighbours.

  3. 3

A past install that went wrong

Weak cooling since day one, water running down the wall, a loud indoor unit. These are usually installation mistakes, not faults in the unit, and our installation is built step by step to avoid them.

Who it's for

  • Moving into a new flat that needs AC

We plan every unit position and copper route in one go, so the whole flat ends up neat and consistent.

    Ask on WhatsApp
  • Fitting AC in a shop or office

We place the units so cool air reaches the entrance and the work area, and arrange outdoor units and drains to suit the shopfront and the building's rules.

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    Send a photo

WhatsApp us a photo of the room, where the outdoor unit might go and your district, and we tell you what the job needs before the visit.

  2. 2

    Agree positions and route

On site, the technician agrees the unit positions and the copper and drain route with you before drilling any wall.

  3. 3

    Fit and vacuum

We mount both units, run and insulate the copper, then vacuum the line with a pump and check the joints before releasing the refrigerant held in the outdoor unit.

  4. 4

    Start-up and handover

We run the unit, measure the air coming out, check the drain flows, then leave the room clean and show you the remote and how to clean the filter.

Some of our work

Ductwork, rooftop units and diffusers, from work we've completed in Jeddah.

  • Galvanized rectangular duct trunk with branch takeoffs and round diffusers, hung from a black ceiling, a Carrier unit visible behind — interior finishing stage.
  • Round diffusers and a spiral duct trunk in a tiled stairwell service shaft.
  • Rooftop ductwork and an exhaust fan, with Jeddah buildings in the background.
  • Rooftop packaged AC units with rectangular duct transitions, city buildings behind.
  • Insulated rooftop duct run beside a packaged unit, a warehouse roof in the background.
  • A grid of round diffusers in an open-plan office ceiling, mid-construction.
  • An insulated rooftop duct elbow, against a mountainous backdrop.
  • Large insulated ductwork running along a factory ceiling, with workers visible below.
  • A yellow round diffuser mid-installation, with spiral duct and a suspended ceiling grid.
  • Duct insulation wrap in progress on a construction site, bare duct still exposed.
  • A black-painted duct trunk with round diffusers and track lighting, in a finished retail interior.
  • An indoor AHU unit connected to round ductwork in a mechanical plant room, exposed concrete ceiling.

What sets this district apart

Al Marj is a relatively modern zone featuring contemporary apartment buildings with advanced designs and varied architectural spaces, plus regularly planned wide streets. Split installation here benefits from pre-planned architectural gaps and orderly external walls, speeding setup and reducing complications. Coastal humidity and concentrated heat between close blocks demand high-grade materials and thick copper insulation.

Al Marj sits in Jeddah's north-east sector, a modern residential zone with contemporary apartment blocks and orderly urban planning.

Most split units in Al Marj are mounted on dedicated architectural walls or modern balconies, with standard distances between indoor and outdoor units.

The AC setup in Al Marj

  1. 1

    Split on dedicated architectural wall

Most modern blocks in Al Marj have dedicated external walls for AC units, offering reasonable space and clear architectural commitment.

  2. 2

    Split units with standard spacing

Contemporary designs in Al Marj provide standard distances between indoor and outdoor units, simplifying installation and future maintenance.

  3. 3

    Copper runs with weather protection

Copper pipes are covered with strong insulation and extra protection against dust, humidity and UV rays in exposed areas.

Before the visit

Before our visit in Al Marj

  1. 1

Check the architectural drawings and plans

If possible, get a copy of the architectural drawings or unit plan to help us understand external wall locations and internal distances.

  2. 2

Confirm team access to external wall

Check that the team can safely reach the external wall from inside and outside, and the entrance allows easy transport of equipment and materials.

  3. 3

Point out electrical outlet and water drain

Tell us where the nearest power outlet the team can use is, and where the drain pipe can safely exit without disturbing neighbours.

FAQ

Questions about Split AC installation

Will you install a unit I bought elsewhere?

Yes, we install units you have bought yourself. Before the visit we ask the model, its capacity and where both units will go, so we know the copper length. If you have not bought one yet, we are an authorised distributor for Carrier, YORK, General, Midea, Gree and Smart Gold and can help you choose.

Why does the line need vacuuming before start-up?

New pipes hold air and moisture, and Jeddah's humid air adds more. Mixed with refrigerant, they weaken cooling and strain the compressor over time. We pull them out with a vacuum pump, watch that the reading holds so we know the line is tight, and only then release the refrigerant.

Can the outdoor unit be far from the room?

Yes, within the manufacturer's limits for line length and height difference. We use Mueller copper in runs of up to 30 metres without welded joints, so there are fewer joints that could leak, and the survey shows whether a long run needs extra refrigerant.

Can you hide the copper and cables in the wall?

It depends on the house. In a new build or during finishing works, the copper can run inside the wall before plastering. In a lived-in home we use neat plastic trunking in the wall colour. We show you the better option for your home at the survey, before any work starts.

What if the outside wall cannot carry the unit?

We check the wall before fixing anything, because some facades are clad in stone or panels that cannot take the weight. Then we set the unit on a floor stand on the roof or balcony, or on a bracket anchored to the concrete itself, not the cladding, so it does not shake loose.

Modern blocks here have special designs, do you handle those?

Yes, we handle all contemporary designs, coordinating with engineers and contractors where needed to ensure proper execution of architectural plans.

Architectural spaces between units are tight, does that affect installation?

No, the planned gaps in Al Marj provide reasonable space for professional installation, and we coordinate the team to ensure safe, clean setup.

Direct sun on external walls hardens materials, how do you choose materials?

We use UV-resistant copper insulation and durable, flexible materials to withstand daily thermal expansion and contraction.

Outdoor units face the street directly, does that affect performance?

No, but we mount them away from dust and noise as far as possible, ensuring good ventilation so filters do not clog quickly.
