When you need a proper installer

  1. 1

A new unit for a room or flat

You have bought the unit, or are about to, and want it fitted once, not to find a refrigerant leak or water on the floor a few weeks later. Getting it right first time saves you all of that.

  2. 2

Not sure where the outdoor unit goes

In Jeddah flats the choice is usually the roof, the balcony or the facade. We pick a spot where the condenser gets enough air, a technician can reach it for servicing, and neither noise nor drain water bothers the neighbours.

  3. 3

A past install that went wrong

Weak cooling since day one, water running down the wall, a loud indoor unit. These are usually installation mistakes, not faults in the unit, and our installation is built step by step to avoid them.

Who it's for

  • Moving into a new flat that needs AC

We plan every unit position and copper route in one go, so the whole flat ends up neat and consistent.

    Ask on WhatsApp
  • Fitting AC in a shop or office

We place the units so cool air reaches the entrance and the work area, and arrange outdoor units and drains to suit the shopfront and the building's rules.

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    Send a photo

WhatsApp us a photo of the room, where the outdoor unit might go and your district, and we tell you what the job needs before the visit.

  2. 2

    Agree positions and route

On site, the technician agrees the unit positions and the copper and drain route with you before drilling any wall.

  3. 3

    Fit and vacuum

We mount both units, run and insulate the copper, then vacuum the line with a pump and check the joints before releasing the refrigerant held in the outdoor unit.

  4. 4

    Start-up and handover

We run the unit, measure the air coming out, check the drain flows, then leave the room clean and show you the remote and how to clean the filter.

Ductwork, rooftop units and diffusers, from work we've completed in Jeddah.

  • Galvanized rectangular duct trunk with branch takeoffs and round diffusers, hung from a black ceiling, a Carrier unit visible behind — interior finishing stage.
  • Round diffusers and a spiral duct trunk in a tiled stairwell service shaft.
  • Rooftop ductwork and an exhaust fan, with Jeddah buildings in the background.
  • Rooftop packaged AC units with rectangular duct transitions, city buildings behind.
  • Insulated rooftop duct run beside a packaged unit, a warehouse roof in the background.
  • A grid of round diffusers in an open-plan office ceiling, mid-construction.
  • An insulated rooftop duct elbow, against a mountainous backdrop.
  • Large insulated ductwork running along a factory ceiling, with workers visible below.
  • A yellow round diffuser mid-installation, with spiral duct and a suspended ceiling grid.
  • Duct insulation wrap in progress on a construction site, bare duct still exposed.

What sets this district apart

Al Rabiyah is a spacious residential district south of Jeddah with large, spread-out villas on ample land and some light commercial shops at the edges. The large outdoor areas offer multiple options for outdoor-unit placement, and easy roof and wall access simplifies installation. Copper runs may be long to reach distant villa wings, but technical voids and wide passages make routing straightforward. High temperatures in south Jeddah demand robust insulation to prevent efficiency loss, and placing the outdoor unit in a shaded spot improves performance.

Al Rabiyah is in south Jeddah, a wide-ranging residential district with large villas, spacious plots, and broad streets.

Most installations here are independent splits per villa, and some larger villas may need more than one outdoor unit.

The AC setup in Al Rabiyah

  1. 1

Single split or multiple units for large villas

Spacious villas may need one large outdoor unit or more, depending on the wing size and cooling area.

  2. 2

    Multiple outdoor placement options

Large plots offer many options for the outdoor unit on walls, roofs, or far corners.

  3. 3

Extended copper runs between villa wings

Large distances between villa wings may need extended copper runs with strong insulation to protect performance.

Before the visit

Before our visit in Al Rabiyah

  1. 1

Identify the best outdoor unit location

Because of the large grounds, photos from multiple angles of the villa and surrounding land help us choose the best spot.

  2. 2

Ensure safe team access to roofs and walls

Check that ladders and external passages are safe for the team to reach roofs or high walls.

  3. 3

Determine how many units you need

If the villa is very large, discuss with us whether one large outdoor unit or two separate units would give better cooling.

FAQ

Questions about Split AC installation

Will you install a unit I bought elsewhere?

Yes, we install units you have bought yourself. Before the visit we ask the model, its capacity and where both units will go, so we know the copper length. If you have not bought one yet, we are an authorised distributor for Carrier, YORK, General, Midea, Gree and Smart Gold and can help you choose.

Why does the line need vacuuming before start-up?

New pipes hold air and moisture, and Jeddah's humid air adds more. Mixed with refrigerant, they weaken cooling and strain the compressor over time. We pull them out with a vacuum pump, watch that the reading holds so we know the line is tight, and only then release the refrigerant.

Can the outdoor unit be far from the room?

Yes, within the manufacturer's limits for line length and height difference. We use Mueller copper in runs of up to 30 metres without welded joints, so there are fewer joints that could leak, and the survey shows whether a long run needs extra refrigerant.

Can you hide the copper and cables in the wall?

It depends on the house. In a new build or during finishing works, the copper can run inside the wall before plastering. In a lived-in home we use neat plastic trunking in the wall colour. We show you the better option for your home at the survey, before any work starts.

What if the outside wall cannot carry the unit?

We check the wall before fixing anything, because some facades are clad in stone or panels that cannot take the weight. Then we set the unit on a floor stand on the roof or balcony, or on a bracket anchored to the concrete itself, not the cladding, so it does not shake loose.

My villa is very spacious, will one split unit cool all the wings?

It depends on the villa's size, number of rooms, and distance between them. We visit first to assess your needs, and may suggest two separate units for better cooling.

I have spacious grounds, can you mount the unit far from the windows?

Yes, spacious grounds give us many options. We can place the outdoor unit in a far corner or on the villa's rear wall away from main windows.

The heat in the south is intense, how do you protect the unit from overheating?

We choose a naturally shaded location if possible, or install a protective canopy if needed. Thick insulation on the pipes and outdoor unit protects from direct heat.

The distances are very long between my villa's rooms, does this affect cooling?

Long distances need extended copper and may slightly reduce performance due to heat loss. We use high-quality thick insulation and carefully evacuate the line to minimise this effect.
