When you need a villa HVAC specialist

  1. 1

    A new villa before finishing

The finishing stage is the right time to plan the cooling before walls and ceilings close. We decide the system type for each floor and the pipe routes, saving you from cutting and drilling later.

  2. 2

A large majlis that never feels cool

Large sitting rooms need a different approach from ordinary rooms. Ceiling height, number of openings and sun direction in Jeddah all affect the choice, and the site survey is what decides the right solution.

  3. 3

    Old noisy units disturbing sleep

AC noise in a bedroom breaks sleep and wears on the family. Choosing the right system and placing it correctly gives the room the cooling it needs without sound that disturbs you or the people sleeping near you.

Who it's for

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    Full villa survey

Our team visits every floor, studying sun exposure, ceiling heights, room count and how each space is used, before we suggest any system.

  2. 2

A cooling plan floor by floor

We produce a plan that names the system type for each zone, the indoor and outdoor unit positions, and how the work fits around any finishing trades already on site.

  3. 3

    Installation and pipe runs

We install the agreed systems floor by floor, run insulated copper and drain lines, vacuum each line before start-up, and confirm that units near bedrooms run quietly.

  4. 4

    Handover and maintenance contract

We start every unit with you present and check cooling in each room, then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract to keep the whole system performing through the summer.

What sets this district apart

Al Asalah is home to spacious, modern villas with multiple floors, large majlis areas and long corridors that need consistent cooling throughout. This building type means a single unit cannot serve the whole house, and how the indoor and outdoor units are distributed directly affects cooling efficiency and comfort in each room. The generous grounds allow flexibility in siting outdoor units, but their placement must preserve the villa's front elevation.

Al Asalah lies in north Jeddah, a district of spacious modern villas with generous grounds and separate access to each property.

Most villas here use multiple split systems or ducted central AC distributed across different floors and wings.

The AC setup in Al Asalah

  1. 1

Multiple split units, one per wing

Many upscale villas here use several split units spread across floors and wings, giving separate control in each zone.

  2. 2

Ducted central AC across multiple floors

Larger modern villas often opt for one or two central units with separate duct runs to each floor or wing.

  3. 3

Outdoor units distributed across villa grounds

Spacious grounds allow outdoor units to be sited at multiple points, such as side or rear gardens, away from the front facade.

Check that access to the roof and exterior spaces is safe and clear of obstacles before the visit day.

FAQ

Questions about Villa & home HVAC

Should I use central AC or a split for each room?

There is no single answer that suits every villa. One floor with rooms close together may suit a concealed central system, while separate floors or spread-out rooms often work better with individual splits. The site survey is what decides the right fit for your space and how you use it.

How do you keep the facade tidy with outdoor units on it?

At the survey we look at every option: the roof, the back or side of the building, and ventilation shafts. We choose a spot that gives the unit enough air and is easy to reach for servicing, without putting outdoor units on the main front or creating noise in the street.

How do Jeddah's dust, humidity and salty sea air affect a home system?

Humid, salty air affects heat exchangers and exposed outdoor units over time, and dust blocks filters faster than in dry climates. We take this into account when placing outdoor units away from direct sea winds, and a preventive maintenance contract catches that build-up before it hurts performance.

Do you handle both installation and maintenance for the whole villa?

Yes, we handle design and installation and then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract covering every system in the villa. Having one contractor who knows what was installed makes any later servicing or repair faster and more accurate, and you never have to explain each unit's history to someone new.

How do you decide between a concealed unit and a visible split for a room?

The decision depends on ceiling height, the type of finish and the building stage. A room with a high ceiling and generous floor area may accept a concealed cassette, while a small room with a low ceiling or a fully finished space often suits a visible split. Where the outlet sits also affects how air reaches every corner, and the site survey is what settles the choice.

My villa is large with several wings, how do I choose the right AC system?

We assess your villa's layout and each space's size and use, then recommend a system that cools each wing or floor efficiently. This might be multiple split units or distributed central AC, depending on the room layout and your budget.

Where do you place the outdoor units without spoiling the villa's facade?

We place outdoor units on the rear or side gardens based on your villa's layout and available land, keeping the front elevation clean and uncluttered.

Jeddah summers are intense, will the AC system handle the heavy load?

We select units with capacities suited to Jeddah's intense summers, and coordinate them so each operates safely without strain.

My villa has distant wings, is running central duct runs practical?

It depends on the distance between wings and your villa's internal layout. A site visit confirms whether a long central run is practical or separate units per wing work better.
