When you need a villa HVAC specialist

  1. 1

    A new villa before finishing

The finishing stage is the right time to plan the cooling before walls and ceilings close. We decide the system type for each floor and the pipe routes, saving you from cutting and drilling later.

  2. 2

A large majlis that never feels cool

Large sitting rooms need a different approach from ordinary rooms. Ceiling height, number of openings and sun direction in Jeddah all affect the choice, and the site survey is what decides the right solution.

  3. 3

    Old noisy units disturbing sleep

AC noise in a bedroom breaks sleep and wears on the family. Choosing the right system and placing it correctly gives the room the cooling it needs without sound that disturbs you or the people sleeping near you.

Who it's for

  • Living in a villa and replacing old systems

We study what is already in your villa floor by floor and propose systems that fix noise and uneven cooling without unnecessary cutting through finished walls.

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    Full villa survey

Our team visits every floor, studying sun exposure, ceiling heights, room count and how each space is used, before we suggest any system.

  2. 2

A cooling plan floor by floor

We produce a plan that names the system type for each zone, the indoor and outdoor unit positions, and how the work fits around any finishing trades already on site.

  3. 3

    Installation and pipe runs

We install the agreed systems floor by floor, run insulated copper and drain lines, vacuum each line before start-up, and confirm that units near bedrooms run quietly.

  4. 4

    Handover and maintenance contract

We start every unit with you present and check cooling in each room, then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract to keep the whole system performing through the summer.

What sets this district apart

Ma'rifah homes typically have two or three floors with moderate-sized gardens and open interior layouts. Each level may contain two or more bedrooms, living areas and sometimes offices, requiring a system that balances zones with different sun exposure and humidity. Placing outdoor units away from front balconies and rooftops so they do not affect external air quality and the home's overall appearance is essential here.

Al Ma'rifah is in north Jeddah, a district of modern villas and homes with medium gardens and well-organised streets.

Most Ma'rifah homes need a dual or triple-split system with one outdoor unit, or a simple central system covering two floors.

The AC setup in Al Ma'rifah

  1. 1

    Dual or triple-split system

One outdoor unit linked to two or three indoor units on different floors, allowing independent control and energy savings.

  2. 2

Simple central system for two floors

One central unit covers both floors through insulated ducts distributed in the ceiling void.

  3. 3

Outdoor units on the back or side

We position outdoor units on the west, north or rear side away from the front facade.

FAQ

Questions about Villa & home HVAC

Should I use central AC or a split for each room?

There is no single answer that suits every villa. One floor with rooms close together may suit a concealed central system, while separate floors or spread-out rooms often work better with individual splits. The site survey is what decides the right fit for your space and how you use it.

How do you keep the facade tidy with outdoor units on it?

At the survey we look at every option: the roof, the back or side of the building, and ventilation shafts. We choose a spot that gives the unit enough air and is easy to reach for servicing, without putting outdoor units on the main front or creating noise in the street.

How do Jeddah's dust, humidity and salty sea air affect a home system?

Humid, salty air affects heat exchangers and exposed outdoor units over time, and dust blocks filters faster than in dry climates. We take this into account when placing outdoor units away from direct sea winds, and a preventive maintenance contract catches that build-up before it hurts performance.

Do you handle both installation and maintenance for the whole villa?

Yes, we handle design and installation and then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract covering every system in the villa. Having one contractor who knows what was installed makes any later servicing or repair faster and more accurate, and you never have to explain each unit's history to someone new.

How do you decide between a concealed unit and a visible split for a room?

The decision depends on ceiling height, the type of finish and the building stage. A room with a high ceiling and generous floor area may accept a concealed cassette, while a small room with a low ceiling or a fully finished space often suits a visible split. Where the outlet sits also affects how air reaches every corner, and the site survey is what settles the choice.

I have two floors, can one outdoor unit cool both?

Yes, a multi-split system links one outdoor unit to multiple indoor units on both floors, with a thermostat for each.

Sun comes into my east-facing garden, where should the outdoor unit go to avoid extra heat?

We place it on the west or north side of the home where sun exposure is lower, improving efficiency and reducing compressor load.

Humidity is high here in summer, does the system handle it?

We select dehumidification capacity based on expected humidity, and regular drain-pan cleaning ensures the system removes moisture efficiently.

Do the ducts between floors need thermal insulation?

Yes, we wrap ducts with insulation materials to prevent heat loss, preserving system efficiency and reducing energy waste.
