When you need a villa HVAC specialist

  1. 1

    A new villa before finishing

The finishing stage is the right time to plan the cooling before walls and ceilings close. We decide the system type for each floor and the pipe routes, saving you from cutting and drilling later.

  2. 2

A large majlis that never feels cool

Large sitting rooms need a different approach from ordinary rooms. Ceiling height, number of openings and sun direction in Jeddah all affect the choice, and the site survey is what decides the right solution.

  3. 3

    Old noisy units disturbing sleep

AC noise in a bedroom breaks sleep and wears on the family. Choosing the right system and placing it correctly gives the room the cooling it needs without sound that disturbs you or the people sleeping near you.

Who it's for

  • Living in a villa and replacing old systems

We study what is already in your villa floor by floor and propose systems that fix noise and uneven cooling without unnecessary cutting through finished walls.

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    Full villa survey

Our team visits every floor, studying sun exposure, ceiling heights, room count and how each space is used, before we suggest any system.

  2. 2

A cooling plan floor by floor

We produce a plan that names the system type for each zone, the indoor and outdoor unit positions, and how the work fits around any finishing trades already on site.

  3. 3

    Installation and pipe runs

We install the agreed systems floor by floor, run insulated copper and drain lines, vacuum each line before start-up, and confirm that units near bedrooms run quietly.

  4. 4

    Handover and maintenance contract

We start every unit with you present and check cooling in each room, then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract to keep the whole system performing through the summer.

What sets this district apart

Al Hamdaniyah is an upscale mid-density district with spacious villas, rich gardens and varied architectural styles. The villas here mix large open spaces with enclosed rooms, so one cooling approach does not suit all. Intense summer heat and coastal humidity increase the heat load, especially on south and west facades, requiring appropriately sized units. Residents here care greatly that outdoor units do not show from the street or front facade.

Al Hamdaniyah sits in east Jeddah, a district of spacious villas with large gardens and upscale architectural designs.

Most villas here use multi-head split systems with outdoor units hidden in the rear garden or beside the villa, away from the front facade.

The AC setup in Al Hamdaniyah

  1. 1

    Multi-split with concealed outdoor units

The standard in Al Hamdaniyah: separate indoor units per zone, with all outdoor units concealed in the garden or behind side fencing.

  2. 2

Grouped outdoor units in a single location

When there are multiple outdoor units, we group them close together in a rear garden or far corner to save space and ease maintenance.

  3. 3

Central system alternative for modern designs

In redesigned or newly built villas, central ducted cooling with hidden ducts may suit the design better than multiple splits.

Before the visit

Before our visit in Al Hamdaniyah

  1. 1

    Prioritise hiding outdoor units

Tell us where hiding the outdoor unit matters most: the street frontage, the front facade, or the front garden.

  2. 2

    Confirm available spaces for units

Show us the rear and side areas, and tell us of any constraints: wet soil, electrical lines, or valuable plants.

  3. 3

    Clarify nighttime comfort needs

Do bedrooms need strong or moderate cooling, and is nighttime quiet a priority (this affects indoor unit choice).

FAQ

Questions about Villa & home HVAC

Should I use central AC or a split for each room?

There is no single answer that suits every villa. One floor with rooms close together may suit a concealed central system, while separate floors or spread-out rooms often work better with individual splits. The site survey is what decides the right fit for your space and how you use it.

How do you keep the facade tidy with outdoor units on it?

At the survey we look at every option: the roof, the back or side of the building, and ventilation shafts. We choose a spot that gives the unit enough air and is easy to reach for servicing, without putting outdoor units on the main front or creating noise in the street.

How do Jeddah's dust, humidity and salty sea air affect a home system?

Humid, salty air affects heat exchangers and exposed outdoor units over time, and dust blocks filters faster than in dry climates. We take this into account when placing outdoor units away from direct sea winds, and a preventive maintenance contract catches that build-up before it hurts performance.

Do you handle both installation and maintenance for the whole villa?

Yes, we handle design and installation and then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract covering every system in the villa. Having one contractor who knows what was installed makes any later servicing or repair faster and more accurate, and you never have to explain each unit's history to someone new.

How do you decide between a concealed unit and a visible split for a room?

The decision depends on ceiling height, the type of finish and the building stage. A room with a high ceiling and generous floor area may accept a concealed cassette, while a small room with a low ceiling or a fully finished space often suits a visible split. Where the outlet sits also affects how air reaches every corner, and the site survey is what settles the choice.

How do you hide the outdoor unit without reducing efficiency?

We place the unit in the rear garden or behind a side fence, ensuring adequate ventilation around it. A hidden placement does not affect performance as long as air flows freely around it.

My west-facing facade gets intensely hot in the afternoon, is standard AC enough?

Intense west-facing heat requires precise heat load calculation. We may recommend a more powerful unit than standard, or a second split unit for west-facing rooms.

Can all outdoor units go in one hidden spot away from the villa?

Yes, multiple outdoor units can be mounted close together in a side or rear garden, provided they do not restrict air circulation between them.

My garden is small with plants everywhere, where do you put the outdoor unit?

We explore alternatives: a safe side wall, a far corner, or even the villa's roof if suitable. We visit to choose the best option without disturbing the garden.
