When you need a villa HVAC specialist

  1. 1

    A new villa before finishing

The finishing stage is the right time to plan the cooling before walls and ceilings close. We decide the system type for each floor and the pipe routes, saving you from cutting and drilling later.

  2. 2

A large majlis that never feels cool

Large sitting rooms need a different approach from ordinary rooms. Ceiling height, number of openings and sun direction in Jeddah all affect the choice, and the site survey is what decides the right solution.

  3. 3

    Old noisy units disturbing sleep

AC noise in a bedroom breaks sleep and wears on the family. Choosing the right system and placing it correctly gives the room the cooling it needs without sound that disturbs you or the people sleeping near you.

Who it's for

  • Living in a villa and replacing old systems

We study what is already in your villa floor by floor and propose systems that fix noise and uneven cooling without unnecessary cutting through finished walls.

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    Full villa survey

Our team visits every floor, studying sun exposure, ceiling heights, room count and how each space is used, before we suggest any system.

  2. 2

A cooling plan floor by floor

We produce a plan that names the system type for each zone, the indoor and outdoor unit positions, and how the work fits around any finishing trades already on site.

  3. 3

    Installation and pipe runs

We install the agreed systems floor by floor, run insulated copper and drain lines, vacuum each line before start-up, and confirm that units near bedrooms run quietly.

  4. 4

    Handover and maintenance contract

We start every unit with you present and check cooling in each room, then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract to keep the whole system performing through the summer.

What sets this district apart

Al Shara'i is a planned residential district with villas of varying sizes on regular plots, often with small front gardens and limited outdoor space. This calls for smart placement of the outdoor unit to avoid disturbing neighbours and respect the district's cleanliness. The villas here have relatively modern design with reasonable ceiling heights, making it easier to run ducts and install indoor units precisely.

Al Shara'i sits in north Jeddah, a district of planned residential villas on standard, closely spaced plots.

Most villas here have enough space for a split system with one or two indoor units, and one outdoor unit on the south side or roof.

The AC setup in Al Shara'i

  1. 1

Split system with one or two indoor units

A typical villa has one indoor unit in the majlis and another in the hallway or upper floor, both connected to one powerful outdoor unit.

  2. 2

Light central system for larger villas

Larger villas may benefit from a simple central system with limited ducting across ceilings, covering both ground and upper floors.

  3. 3

Outdoor units on roof or south side

Mounting the outdoor unit on the roof or south side ensures good airflow and preserves the front facade's appearance and cleanliness.

Before the visit

Before our visit in Al Shara'i

  1. 1

Tell us the villa's size and floor plan

Send us a plan photo or describe the number of floors, rooms, majlis, and kitchen, so we understand the layout accurately.

  2. 2

    Check roof and side access

Make sure the roof is safe to access, and the villa's south and rear sides are clear of obstacles for the outdoor unit.

  3. 3

Decide which rooms to cool first

If you want two units, decide which room or space gets the first and second, so we can plan distribution better.

FAQ

Questions about Villa & home HVAC

Should I use central AC or a split for each room?

There is no single answer that suits every villa. One floor with rooms close together may suit a concealed central system, while separate floors or spread-out rooms often work better with individual splits. The site survey is what decides the right fit for your space and how you use it.

How do you keep the facade tidy with outdoor units on it?

At the survey we look at every option: the roof, the back or side of the building, and ventilation shafts. We choose a spot that gives the unit enough air and is easy to reach for servicing, without putting outdoor units on the main front or creating noise in the street.

How do Jeddah's dust, humidity and salty sea air affect a home system?

Humid, salty air affects heat exchangers and exposed outdoor units over time, and dust blocks filters faster than in dry climates. We take this into account when placing outdoor units away from direct sea winds, and a preventive maintenance contract catches that build-up before it hurts performance.

Do you handle both installation and maintenance for the whole villa?

Yes, we handle design and installation and then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract covering every system in the villa. Having one contractor who knows what was installed makes any later servicing or repair faster and more accurate, and you never have to explain each unit's history to someone new.

How do you decide between a concealed unit and a visible split for a room?

The decision depends on ceiling height, the type of finish and the building stage. A room with a high ceiling and generous floor area may accept a concealed cassette, while a small room with a low ceiling or a fully finished space often suits a visible split. Where the outlet sits also affects how air reaches every corner, and the site survey is what settles the choice.

My villa is medium-sized, will one split unit be enough?

It depends on floors, room count, and majlis size. A single-storey villa with three or four bedrooms may use one powerful unit or two together. We'll visit to assess and recommend what suits you best.

My front garden is very small, where can we place the outdoor unit?

We choose the best spot: the villa's south side, the roof, or a rear courtyard if you have one, to avoid noise and keep the front facade looking good.

Summer in Al Shara'i gets very hot and sometimes humid, can the AC cope?

We select units rated for both dry and humid heat, and recommend regular cleaning of the outdoor condenser coil and keeping the unit's airflow unobstructed.

Is the district's power supply adequate for the AC without issues?

Usually yes, but we first check the AC circuit's power supply. If it is weak or shared with other appliances, we may recommend strengthening it before installation.
