When duct quality makes the difference
- 1
Duct losing cold air
An open seam or an unsealed joint loses cold air before it reaches the room. We close every seam with Foster sealant in the workshop before shipping, so the seal does not depend on site work alone.
- 2
Condensation wetting the ceiling
In Jeddah's humid air any bare metal surface sweats and drips onto the ceiling or damages the unit insulation. We wrap with Kimmco or Armaflex at the thickness the site calls for.
- 3
A project with many duct runs
A villa or commercial building needs main trunks, branches and plenums in several sizes. We make sections in the workshop numbered to the site plan, so the hanging crew assembles without cutting or adjusting.
Who it's for
Replacing your villa's AC and need new ductwork
We make supply and return trunks and plenums to your villa's dimensions, insulated and numbered, ready for the hanging crew without any on-site cutting.
Ask on WhatsAppRunning a commercial fit-out that needs duct runs
We take your project drawings and produce numbered sections in batches matched to your site schedule, so the hanging crew is never waiting on supply.

How we work
How we work
- 1
Send sizes or drawings
Send us the duct drawing or a list of section sizes. If sizes are not fixed yet, we agree a site survey before production starts.
- 2
Review sizes and sheet gauge
We check each section's dimensions and pick the right sheet thickness for the duct size, then confirm quantities with you before cutting begins.
- 3
Fabricate, seal and insulate
We cut and fold the G90 galvanised sheet, lock the seams with Foster sealant, and wrap each section with Kimmco or Armaflex insulation in the workshop before shipment.
- 4
Number and deliver
We mark each section with its position and dimension from the site plan, so the hanging team identifies every piece without confusion and starts work on arrival.

What sets this district apart
Abhur Al Janoubiyah is a modern coastal district with large villas and medium to large residential blocks enjoying reasonable internal spaces. Being near the sea means very high humidity, raising the risk of moisture trapped in poorly sealed or on-site-cut ducts. Workshop-made ducts with full Foster sealing ensure no moist hot outside air enters and no cold air escapes.
Abhur Al Janoubiyah sits on the coast in north Jeddah, marked by modern residential development with spacious villas and roomy apartment blocks.
Most projects here use central AC with insulated ducts distributed through walls and suspended ceilings.
The AC setup in Abhur Al Janoubiyah
- 1
Fully insulated primary and secondary ducts
The duct network here starts from the sealed plenum with an extended trunk duct and secondary branches to each zone in the villa or block.
- 2
Balanced return ducts with damper openings
Return ducts are made with damper sections and balancing dividers that prevent over-pressure and distribute airflow evenly.
- 3
Full insulation against coastal humidity
All ducts, sections and plenum are insulated and every joint is Foster-sealed to block moisture and salt from outside air.

FAQ
Questions about AC duct manufacturing
How do you make sure the duct does not leak air at the seams?
We close the long seams with a tight mechanical lock as the sheet is formed, then seal every seam and every joint between sections with Foster sealant before insulating. Sections leave the workshop with matching flanges that tighten evenly when hung, because any small gap in cold duct means lost air and a point where condensation forms.
Does the duct arrive ready to hang, or is it assembled on site?
Sections arrive fabricated, insulated, sealed and numbered to the route drawing, so the fitters know where each piece goes without cutting or altering on site. What is left on site is joining the sections, fixing them to the hangers and connecting the unit and outlets, which shortens the work above the ceiling.
Do you make plenums for cassette and cabinet units?
Yes, we fabricate plenums for both types. A cassette unit plenum is measured to match the unit's outlet frame exactly so air reaches the branch runs without leaking at the connection. A cabinet unit plenum is made to carry both the supply and return paths if the design calls for it. Both types are insulated with Kimmco or Armaflex and sealed with Foster sealant before they leave the workshop.
Can you manufacture duct for a large commercial project?
Yes. The workshop is equipped to fabricate large supply and return trunk runs suited to commercial, government and industrial buildings. Each section is made to the project drawings, numbered and delivered ready to hang after insulation and sealing. When engineering drawings are available, the technical team reviews them before fabrication starts to confirm that the duct dimensions fit the ceiling voids on site.
Why are the duct sections insulated in the workshop before delivery?
The duct carries cold air through a ceiling void that may be hot and humid. Without external insulation, water vapour condenses on the cold sheet and drips onto the false ceiling or the goods below. So each section is wrapped in Kimmco or Armaflex in our workshop and every edge and joint is sealed with Foster sealant before delivery.
Does salt and humidity from the sea affect the ducts?
Yes, high coastal humidity speeds corrosion and mould growth in open or poorly cut ducts. Foster-sealed ducts prevent humid air from entering.
Are workshop-made ducts easier to install than on-site cut ones?
Yes, ducts are numbered and ready, so the installation team spends less time on site and avoids cutting errors and unsafe joints.
My project needs balanced return because of how the rooms are laid out, how do you handle that?
We design the return system with balancing dampers on each branch to ensure even airflow from all areas, reducing dead spots or excess pressure.
Some suspended ceilings here are tight, can you customise the duct dimensions?
Yes, before manufacturing we ask about the available space below the suspended ceiling and make the ducts to fit exactly without obstructing other services.
