When duct quality makes the difference
- 1
Duct losing cold air
An open seam or an unsealed joint loses cold air before it reaches the room. We close every seam with Foster sealant in the workshop before shipping, so the seal does not depend on site work alone.
- 2
Condensation wetting the ceiling
In Jeddah's humid air any bare metal surface sweats and drips onto the ceiling or damages the unit insulation. We wrap with Kimmco or Armaflex at the thickness the site calls for.
- 3
A project with many duct runs
A villa or commercial building needs main trunks, branches and plenums in several sizes. We make sections in the workshop numbered to the site plan, so the hanging crew assembles without cutting or adjusting.
Who it's for
Replacing your villa's AC and need new ductwork
We make supply and return trunks and plenums to your villa's dimensions, insulated and numbered, ready for the hanging crew without any on-site cutting.

How we work
How we work
- 1
Send sizes or drawings
Send us the duct drawing or a list of section sizes. If sizes are not fixed yet, we agree a site survey before production starts.
- 2
Review sizes and sheet gauge
We check each section's dimensions and pick the right sheet thickness for the duct size, then confirm quantities with you before cutting begins.
- 3
Fabricate, seal and insulate
We cut and fold the G90 galvanised sheet, lock the seams with Foster sealant, and wrap each section with Kimmco or Armaflex insulation in the workshop before shipment.
- 4
Number and deliver
We mark each section with its position and dimension from the site plan, so the hanging team identifies every piece without confusion and starts work on arrival.

What sets this district apart
Al Asaliyah is a relatively newer district with spacious villas and apartment blocks plus some hotels and commercial facilities, and the buildings are larger and taller than downtown Jeddah, making central AC with long duct runs a common choice over splits. On-site duct cutting leaves gaps and cold-air leaks and damp surfaces in Jeddah's humid heat, but workshop-made ducts with full insulation and sealed seams keep the cool in and cut energy use.
Al Asaliyah is in modern south Jeddah, a district of spacious villas, apartment blocks and commercial and hotel facilities.
Most larger projects here use central duct runs spanning multiple floors or wings, and need full insulation to prevent cold loss.
The AC setup in Al Asaliyah
- 1
Central ductwork for residential buildings
Larger residential buildings in Al Asaliyah need long supply and return runs covering multiple floors, made in separate sections for easy installation.
- 2
Villa ducts with suspended ceilings
Spacious villas use suspended ceilings to hide main ducts, and manufactured sections fit the height and width of the prepared spaces.
- 3
Plenums distributed across multiple wings
Larger projects need multiple plenums in different locations, each made to fit the wing size and its supply branches.
Before the visit
Before our visit in Al Asaliyah
- 1
Measure the corridors and suspended ceilings
Before the visit, make sure the engineer or contractor is available to take exact measurements of corridors, spaces and available heights for the ducts.
- 2
Bring the project plan and suspended ceiling layout
Ask the contractor for a copy of the suspended ceiling paths and supply and return points so we can design duct dimensions precisely.
- 3
Agree on the storage and delivery point
Confirm with the contractor where the sections will be stored after delivery and how the team can access the site easily before the visit day.

FAQ
Questions about AC duct manufacturing
How do you make sure the duct does not leak air at the seams?
We close the long seams with a tight mechanical lock as the sheet is formed, then seal every seam and every joint between sections with Foster sealant before insulating. Sections leave the workshop with matching flanges that tighten evenly when hung, because any small gap in cold duct means lost air and a point where condensation forms.
Does the duct arrive ready to hang, or is it assembled on site?
Sections arrive fabricated, insulated, sealed and numbered to the route drawing, so the fitters know where each piece goes without cutting or altering on site. What is left on site is joining the sections, fixing them to the hangers and connecting the unit and outlets, which shortens the work above the ceiling.
Do you make plenums for cassette and cabinet units?
Yes, we fabricate plenums for both types. A cassette unit plenum is measured to match the unit's outlet frame exactly so air reaches the branch runs without leaking at the connection. A cabinet unit plenum is made to carry both the supply and return paths if the design calls for it. Both types are insulated with Kimmco or Armaflex and sealed with Foster sealant before they leave the workshop.
Can you manufacture duct for a large commercial project?
Yes. The workshop is equipped to fabricate large supply and return trunk runs suited to commercial, government and industrial buildings. Each section is made to the project drawings, numbered and delivered ready to hang after insulation and sealing. When engineering drawings are available, the technical team reviews them before fabrication starts to confirm that the duct dimensions fit the ceiling voids on site.
Why are the duct sections insulated in the workshop before delivery?
The duct carries cold air through a ceiling void that may be hot and humid. Without external insulation, water vapour condenses on the cold sheet and drips onto the false ceiling or the goods below. So each section is wrapped in Kimmco or Armaflex in our workshop and every edge and joint is sealed with Foster sealant before delivery.
Do you make ducts for multi-storey residential buildings in Al Asaliyah?
Yes, we manufacture supply and return ducts for any number of floors. We measure the corridors and suspended ceilings on site, then make the numbered sections in the workshop ready to hang and connect.
Al Asaliyah villas are wide open, how do large ducts fit the layout?
We design the ducts to fit the suspended ceiling paths and available space in each villa. We work with the engineer and contractor before manufacture to ensure sections pass easily and suit the layout.
Does Jeddah's humidity affect the manufactured ducts?
Full insulation and Foster-sealed seams prevent moisture forming on the duct's inner surface, protecting against mould and water seepage even in peak humidity.
On-site duct cutting leaves gaps, how do you avoid them?
We make all ducts in the workshop to exact dimensions, so no cutting on site. Every seam is sealed with Foster, and sections are numbered for simple connection with no gaps.
