When duct quality makes the difference
- 1
Duct losing cold air
An open seam or an unsealed joint loses cold air before it reaches the room. We close every seam with Foster sealant in the workshop before shipping, so the seal does not depend on site work alone.
- 2
Condensation wetting the ceiling
In Jeddah's humid air any bare metal surface sweats and drips onto the ceiling or damages the unit insulation. We wrap with Kimmco or Armaflex at the thickness the site calls for.
- 3
A project with many duct runs
A villa or commercial building needs main trunks, branches and plenums in several sizes. We make sections in the workshop numbered to the site plan, so the hanging crew assembles without cutting or adjusting.
Who it's for
Replacing your villa's AC and need new ductwork
We make supply and return trunks and plenums to your villa's dimensions, insulated and numbered, ready for the hanging crew without any on-site cutting.

How we work
How we work
- 1
Send sizes or drawings
Send us the duct drawing or a list of section sizes. If sizes are not fixed yet, we agree a site survey before production starts.
- 2
Review sizes and sheet gauge
We check each section's dimensions and pick the right sheet thickness for the duct size, then confirm quantities with you before cutting begins.
- 3
Fabricate, seal and insulate
We cut and fold the G90 galvanised sheet, lock the seams with Foster sealant, and wrap each section with Kimmco or Armaflex insulation in the workshop before shipment.
- 4
Number and deliver
We mark each section with its position and dimension from the site plan, so the hanging team identifies every piece without confusion and starts work on arrival.

What sets this district apart
Al Safwah is a growing district with large residential schemes, new villas and some modern commercial centres. The buildings here are designed for internal runs and central systems, needing uniform ducts free of gaps to stop cold-air leakage and moisture in Jeddah's heat. Hand-cutting ducts on site leaves gaps and moisture pooling inside the pipes, so workshop manufacture ensures exact fit and full insulation.
Al Safwah lies in east Jeddah, a modern development zone with large residential schemes and organised commercial centres.
Most modern villas and apartment blocks in Al Safwah rely on central AC systems with insulated metal ducts.
The AC setup in Al Safwah
- 1
Insulated metal ducts for central systems
Modern villas and apartments in Al Safwah need fully insulated metal ducts because of the high heat and humidity.
- 2
Numbered sections ready for assembly
We divide the ducts into numbered units made in the workshop and assembled on site with perfect alignment and no gaps.
- 3
Full sealing and insulation of all seams
Every seam between sections is sealed with Foster compound and fully insulated to prevent air and moisture leakage in the distribution system.
Before the visit

FAQ
Questions about AC duct manufacturing
How do you make sure the duct does not leak air at the seams?
We close the long seams with a tight mechanical lock as the sheet is formed, then seal every seam and every joint between sections with Foster sealant before insulating. Sections leave the workshop with matching flanges that tighten evenly when hung, because any small gap in cold duct means lost air and a point where condensation forms.
Does the duct arrive ready to hang, or is it assembled on site?
Sections arrive fabricated, insulated, sealed and numbered to the route drawing, so the fitters know where each piece goes without cutting or altering on site. What is left on site is joining the sections, fixing them to the hangers and connecting the unit and outlets, which shortens the work above the ceiling.
Do you make plenums for cassette and cabinet units?
Yes, we fabricate plenums for both types. A cassette unit plenum is measured to match the unit's outlet frame exactly so air reaches the branch runs without leaking at the connection. A cabinet unit plenum is made to carry both the supply and return paths if the design calls for it. Both types are insulated with Kimmco or Armaflex and sealed with Foster sealant before they leave the workshop.
Can you manufacture duct for a large commercial project?
Yes. The workshop is equipped to fabricate large supply and return trunk runs suited to commercial, government and industrial buildings. Each section is made to the project drawings, numbered and delivered ready to hang after insulation and sealing. When engineering drawings are available, the technical team reviews them before fabrication starts to confirm that the duct dimensions fit the ceiling voids on site.
Why are the duct sections insulated in the workshop before delivery?
The duct carries cold air through a ceiling void that may be hot and humid. Without external insulation, water vapour condenses on the cold sheet and drips onto the false ceiling or the goods below. So each section is wrapped in Kimmco or Armaflex in our workshop and every edge and joint is sealed with Foster sealant before delivery.
Do you make ducts for all types of projects in Al Safwah?
Yes, we manufacture ducts for villas, apartment blocks and commercial centres in Al Safwah. We take your project dimensions from the plans and deliver them numbered and ready to install.
Our project is large with tight spaces, how do you deliver the ducts?
We cut the ducts into numbered sections that fit easily through narrow passages and tight spaces, then assemble them on site with exact alignment.
Does Jeddah's heat and humidity affect the metal ducts?
Full insulation protects the ducts from moisture pooling on the outer surface in Jeddah's humid heat, and that is what we apply to every duct we make.
Electrical wires and other pipes in the ceiling, do they affect duct routing?
We confirm the duct routes with you before manufacturing based on your existing wiring and pipe layout, and make the sections to fit the available space.
