When duct quality makes the difference
- 1
Duct losing cold air
An open seam or an unsealed joint loses cold air before it reaches the room. We close every seam with Foster sealant in the workshop before shipping, so the seal does not depend on site work alone.
- 2
Condensation wetting the ceiling
In Jeddah's humid air any bare metal surface sweats and drips onto the ceiling or damages the unit insulation. We wrap with Kimmco or Armaflex at the thickness the site calls for.
- 3
A project with many duct runs
A villa or commercial building needs main trunks, branches and plenums in several sizes. We make sections in the workshop numbered to the site plan, so the hanging crew assembles without cutting or adjusting.
Who it's for
Replacing your villa's AC and need new ductwork
We make supply and return trunks and plenums to your villa's dimensions, insulated and numbered, ready for the hanging crew without any on-site cutting.

How we work
How we work
- 1
Send sizes or drawings
Send us the duct drawing or a list of section sizes. If sizes are not fixed yet, we agree a site survey before production starts.
- 2
Review sizes and sheet gauge
We check each section's dimensions and pick the right sheet thickness for the duct size, then confirm quantities with you before cutting begins.
- 3
Fabricate, seal and insulate
We cut and fold the G90 galvanised sheet, lock the seams with Foster sealant, and wrap each section with Kimmco or Armaflex insulation in the workshop before shipment.
- 4
Number and deliver
We mark each section with its position and dimension from the site plan, so the hanging team identifies every piece without confusion and starts work on arrival.

What sets this district apart
Quwaizah is a mixed commercial-residential district with shops, flats and service facilities of moderate size needing central cooling or shared systems between several nearby units. On-site knife-cut ducts leak cold air and cause rapid moisture buildup in south Jeddah's heat and coastal humidity, so we make them in our workshop with tight sealing and full insulation before quick project delivery.
Quwaizah sits in south Jeddah, a mixed commercial-residential district of shops, flats and mid-sized service facilities.
Commercial and residential facilities in Quwaizah typically use medium-sized distribution ducts serving several nearby or shared units.
The AC setup in Quwaizah
- 1
Horizontal distribution ducts for shops
Shops in Quwaizah need quick horizontal distribution ducts in ceilings or walls to cover tight spaces.
- 2
Vertical ducts in flat walls
Residential flats in Quwaizah need sealed vertical ducts in small wall chases to carry air between floors.
- 3
Shared ducts between adjacent units
Some Quwaizah facilities share central cooling units, so we make shared sealed ducts serving multiple nearby units.

FAQ
Questions about AC duct manufacturing
How do you make sure the duct does not leak air at the seams?
We close the long seams with a tight mechanical lock as the sheet is formed, then seal every seam and every joint between sections with Foster sealant before insulating. Sections leave the workshop with matching flanges that tighten evenly when hung, because any small gap in cold duct means lost air and a point where condensation forms.
Does the duct arrive ready to hang, or is it assembled on site?
Sections arrive fabricated, insulated, sealed and numbered to the route drawing, so the fitters know where each piece goes without cutting or altering on site. What is left on site is joining the sections, fixing them to the hangers and connecting the unit and outlets, which shortens the work above the ceiling.
Do you make plenums for cassette and cabinet units?
Yes, we fabricate plenums for both types. A cassette unit plenum is measured to match the unit's outlet frame exactly so air reaches the branch runs without leaking at the connection. A cabinet unit plenum is made to carry both the supply and return paths if the design calls for it. Both types are insulated with Kimmco or Armaflex and sealed with Foster sealant before they leave the workshop.
Can you manufacture duct for a large commercial project?
Yes. The workshop is equipped to fabricate large supply and return trunk runs suited to commercial, government and industrial buildings. Each section is made to the project drawings, numbered and delivered ready to hang after insulation and sealing. When engineering drawings are available, the technical team reviews them before fabrication starts to confirm that the duct dimensions fit the ceiling voids on site.
Why are the duct sections insulated in the workshop before delivery?
The duct carries cold air through a ceiling void that may be hot and humid. Without external insulation, water vapour condenses on the cold sheet and drips onto the false ceiling or the goods below. So each section is wrapped in Kimmco or Armaflex in our workshop and every edge and joint is sealed with Foster sealant before delivery.
Quwaizah has mixed shops and flats, do your ducts suit both?
Yes, we make ducts tailored to each facility type. Shops need ducts with quick horizontal distribution, and flats need vertical wall ducts, and we suit each case to requirements.
Our shops are narrow and site modifications are difficult, how do you handle that?
We manufacture ducts to exact dimensions before delivery, so no on-site modifications are needed, and numbered sections fit easily into tight spaces.
We are close to the coast with high humidity, does that affect duct quality?
Yes, full insulation and tight sealing are essential to prevent moisture condensing on duct outer surfaces. We use heavy-duty insulation materials that withstand high coastal humidity.
Our building has existing wiring and water pipes, does that affect installation?
Duct manufacturing does not require moving wiring or pipes, but we must verify the duct route to avoid crossing existing utilities, which we confirm during the first visit.
