When you need a retail HVAC specialist
- 1
A new mall or shopping centre
A poor design from the start means cold zones next to stifling ones and endless tenant complaints. We study the heat load of each zone separately and choose the right unit type before the ceiling is built.
- 2
An existing shop with uneven cooling
The back of the shop is cold while the front near the door stays hot at peak hours. The cause is usually the air outlet layout or the unit size; a site survey identifies which and fixes the problem without replacing the whole system.
- 3
Condensate dripping on shelves or display
A single drip on stock or a glass display front damages the product and the shop's image. The cause is usually weak insulation, a blocked condensate line or an unlevel unit, all of which can be diagnosed and fixed in one visit.
Who it's for
Opening a new shop inside a mall
We design an independent unit for your space and install ductwork and condensate lines before finishing work so your opening is not delayed.
Ask on WhatsAppManaging an existing commercial complex
We review the existing system and set a preventive and corrective maintenance contract scheduled outside trading hours so tenants are not affected.

How we work
How we work
- 1
Site survey and loads
We visit the site and map every heat source: entrances, lighting, expected crowd density and facade orientation, then size the units correctly for each section.
- 2
Design and materials
We design the duct network in our own workshop from G90 galvanised sheet to dimensions that give even air distribution, and select units from brands we distribute such as Carrier, YORK and Gree.
- 3
Installation coordinated on site
We coordinate installation with the project programme so ductwork does not delay finishing trades, and run Mueller copper in runs of up to 30 metres without welded joints to reduce potential leak points.
- 4
Start-up and maintenance contract
We start up the system and check air distribution in every section, then set a preventive and corrective maintenance schedule timed so work never overlaps with the shop's trading hours.
Designed for the space or just fitted?

| Condensate | Dedicated line away from stock | Risk of drips on shelves |
| Maintenance | Scheduled outside shop hours | Surprise outage during trade |
| Copper purity | Mueller copper, 99% pure, no welds | Unspecified pipe source |

What sets this district apart
Muraykh is an active popular district with crowded shops and markets, both small and mid-sized, and the buildings are a mix of older and newer. The markets especially see high daily footfall and doors open constantly, which raises AC load heavily. Coastal humidity also quickly builds mould in drain pans and coils. Our servicing focuses on deep cleaning of filters, coils and drain pans, and checking copper lines for refrigerant leaks.
Muraykh lies in eastern Jeddah near the coast and popular markets, a district of small and mid-sized shops in busy commercial streets.
Most shops and markets here have split units or window AC and need regular cleaning due to dust, crowding and high moisture.
The AC setup in Muraykh
- 1
Separate split units per shop
Most small shops and markets in Muraykh are fitted with separate split units per shop because of how the markets are divided.
- 2
Window units in some older market sections
Some older market sections still use window units instead of splits and need more frequent cleaning.
- 3
Heavy filters against coastal salt and dust
Coastal salt, beach dust and dense crowds need strong filters and frequent cleaning to prevent system clogging.

FAQ
Questions about Mall & retail HVAC
How do you handle doors that open onto the street all day?
An open door pushes in hot humid air and spikes the heat load suddenly. We include that load in the design and direct a supply outlet above the entrance to form an air barrier that reduces mixing. The survey confirms which arrangement suits each specific doorway.
Do you install separate units for each mall tenant?
Yes. A separate unit per tenant means each shop controls its own cooling and a fault in one unit does not affect the neighbour. It also makes consumption readings straightforward and makes maintenance responsibility clear for each party.
Why do you prefer rooftop packaged units for malls?
A rooftop packaged unit keeps the condenser and evaporator in one casing above the roof, freeing every inch of shop floor from outdoor units and shortening the duct run. Maintenance happens on the roof without entering the shop, which fits scheduling work outside trading hours.
How do you handle Jeddah's heat and its effect on rooftop units?
Rooftop units in Jeddah work in hot, salty and dusty air that strains the condenser and speeds fin corrosion. We specify units with corrosion-resistant coatings and include coil cleaning and compressor and condenser checks in the preventive schedule of every maintenance contract.
Does air distribution design differ between a small shop and a large mall?
The site survey decides. A small shop may need only a concealed unit with directional grilles, while a mall requires a duct network with dampers zoned by area. In both cases the positions of lighting, visitor traffic and entry doors are recorded before supply outlets are placed.
My shop in the market is always crowded with open doors; can the AC keep it cool?
Yes, but the unit must be sized slightly above standard capacity. We assess shop size, expected footfall and open doors, and recommend monthly servicing because the load is high.
Muraykh is close to the beach; does humidity and salt air damage the AC?
Yes, heavily. Salt and humidity cause rust on copper lines and outdoor units quickly. We regularly clean and service the lines and inspect units to prevent leaks.
My goods are sensitive to humidity and mould; how do I keep the AC working?
Monthly servicing to clean filters, coils and drain pans is essential. We ensure drainage works efficiently to reduce humidity in the shop.
Can you service the units during siesta or evening closing hours?
Yes, we coordinate to choose times that do not disrupt trading. Most shops close during siesta or certain evening hours, and we schedule servicing to fit your hours.
