When you need a proper installer

  1. 1

A new unit for a room or flat

You have bought the unit, or are about to, and want it fitted once, not to find a refrigerant leak or water on the floor a few weeks later. Getting it right first time saves you all of that.

  2. 2

Not sure where the outdoor unit goes

In Jeddah flats the choice is usually the roof, the balcony or the facade. We pick a spot where the condenser gets enough air, a technician can reach it for servicing, and neither noise nor drain water bothers the neighbours.

  3. 3

A past install that went wrong

Weak cooling since day one, water running down the wall, a loud indoor unit. These are usually installation mistakes, not faults in the unit, and our installation is built step by step to avoid them.

Who it's for

  • Moving into a new flat that needs AC

We plan every unit position and copper route in one go, so the whole flat ends up neat and consistent.

    Ask on WhatsApp
  • Fitting AC in a shop or office

We place the units so cool air reaches the entrance and the work area, and arrange outdoor units and drains to suit the shopfront and the building's rules.

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    Send a photo

WhatsApp us a photo of the room, where the outdoor unit might go and your district, and we tell you what the job needs before the visit.

  2. 2

    Agree positions and route

On site, the technician agrees the unit positions and the copper and drain route with you before drilling any wall.

  3. 3

    Fit and vacuum

We mount both units, run and insulate the copper, then vacuum the line with a pump and check the joints before releasing the refrigerant held in the outdoor unit.

  4. 4

    Start-up and handover

We run the unit, measure the air coming out, check the drain flows, then leave the room clean and show you the remote and how to clean the filter.

Some of our work

Ductwork, rooftop units and diffusers, from work we've completed in Jeddah.

  • Galvanized rectangular duct trunk with branch takeoffs and round diffusers, hung from a black ceiling, a Carrier unit visible behind — interior finishing stage.
  • Round diffusers and a spiral duct trunk in a tiled stairwell service shaft.
  • Rooftop ductwork and an exhaust fan, with Jeddah buildings in the background.
  • Rooftop packaged AC units with rectangular duct transitions, city buildings behind.
  • Insulated rooftop duct run beside a packaged unit, a warehouse roof in the background.
  • A grid of round diffusers in an open-plan office ceiling, mid-construction.
  • An insulated rooftop duct elbow, against a mountainous backdrop.
  • Large insulated ductwork running along a factory ceiling, with workers visible below.
  • A yellow round diffuser mid-installation, with spiral duct and a suspended ceiling grid.
  • Duct insulation wrap in progress on a construction site, bare duct still exposed.

What sets this district apart

Abhur Al Janoubiyah is a modern growth area with new villas and residential blocks on regular plots, wide outdoor spaces and broad streets, providing easy access to installation sites. The coastal environment means high humidity and salt air, so precise copper and drain routing protects the unit from corrosion and leaks, especially through quality insulation materials and thorough line evacuation before start-up.

Abhur Al Janoubiyah is in north Jeddah on the Red Sea coast, a modern development area with spacious villas and residential buildings.

Most outdoor units in Abhur Al Janoubiyah are placed on villa roofs or open exterior walls because space is plentiful.

The AC setup in Abhur Al Janoubiyah

  1. 1

Split on roofs and exterior walls

Wide spaces and open roofs in Abhur Al Janoubiyah offer multiple options for safely mounting outdoor units.

  2. 2

    Salt-protected copper extensions

Long copper extensions need high-grade insulation and protective coating against salt and moisture corrosion.

  3. 3

    Enhanced drainage away from walls

We install drainage with proper slope and insulated pipes away from building walls to prevent leakage and mould.

Before the visit

Before our visit in Abhur Al Janoubiyah

  1. 1

Choose outdoor unit location on roof or wall

Before the visit, decide whether you prefer the unit on the roof or a raised exterior wall, ensuring adequate clearance from neighbouring buildings.

  2. 2

Confirm roof strength and access scaffolding

If the roof is chosen, verify that it is strong enough to bear the unit and worker weight, and ensure safe ladder or stair access.

  3. 3

    Confirm safe drainage point

Identify where AC drainage water will safely exit, away from pedestrian paths or other activities.

FAQ

Questions about Split AC installation

Will you install a unit I bought elsewhere?

Yes, we install units you have bought yourself. Before the visit we ask the model, its capacity and where both units will go, so we know the copper length. If you have not bought one yet, we are an authorised distributor for Carrier, YORK, General, Midea, Gree and Smart Gold and can help you choose.

Why does the line need vacuuming before start-up?

New pipes hold air and moisture, and Jeddah's humid air adds more. Mixed with refrigerant, they weaken cooling and strain the compressor over time. We pull them out with a vacuum pump, watch that the reading holds so we know the line is tight, and only then release the refrigerant.

Can the outdoor unit be far from the room?

Yes, within the manufacturer's limits for line length and height difference. We use Mueller copper in runs of up to 30 metres without welded joints, so there are fewer joints that could leak, and the survey shows whether a long run needs extra refrigerant.

Can you hide the copper and cables in the wall?

It depends on the house. In a new build or during finishing works, the copper can run inside the wall before plastering. In a lived-in home we use neat plastic trunking in the wall colour. We show you the better option for your home at the survey, before any work starts.

What if the outside wall cannot carry the unit?

We check the wall before fixing anything, because some facades are clad in stone or panels that cannot take the weight. Then we set the unit on a floor stand on the roof or balcony, or on a bracket anchored to the concrete itself, not the cladding, so it does not shake loose.

How do you protect the installation from coastal salt and humidity?

We use premium-grade insulated copper and salt-resistant exterior materials, and vacuum the line thoroughly to ensure no moisture remains in the system.

Can the outdoor unit be mounted on the villa roof?

Yes, the open roofs in Abhur Al Janoubiyah are ideal for outdoor units, but we ensure strong fixing and proper drainage to prevent water pooling around the unit.

Is access to roofs and outdoor spaces safe?

Yes, our team is trained to work safely at height and in open spaces, and we use necessary safety equipment.

What kind of drainage suits the high humidity here?

We install enhanced-slope drainage with insulated pipes routed away from villa walls to prevent water seepage and mould.
