When you need a proper installer

  1. 1

A new unit for a room or flat

You have bought the unit, or are about to, and want it fitted once, not to find a refrigerant leak or water on the floor a few weeks later. Getting it right first time saves you all of that.

  2. 2

Not sure where the outdoor unit goes

In Jeddah flats the choice is usually the roof, the balcony or the facade. We pick a spot where the condenser gets enough air, a technician can reach it for servicing, and neither noise nor drain water bothers the neighbours.

  3. 3

A past install that went wrong

Weak cooling since day one, water running down the wall, a loud indoor unit. These are usually installation mistakes, not faults in the unit, and our installation is built step by step to avoid them.

Who it's for

  • Moving into a new flat that needs AC

We plan every unit position and copper route in one go, so the whole flat ends up neat and consistent.

    Ask on WhatsApp
  • Fitting AC in a shop or office

We place the units so cool air reaches the entrance and the work area, and arrange outdoor units and drains to suit the shopfront and the building's rules.

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    Send a photo

WhatsApp us a photo of the room, where the outdoor unit might go and your district, and we tell you what the job needs before the visit.

  2. 2

    Agree positions and route

On site, the technician agrees the unit positions and the copper and drain route with you before drilling any wall.

  3. 3

    Fit and vacuum

We mount both units, run and insulate the copper, then vacuum the line with a pump and check the joints before releasing the refrigerant held in the outdoor unit.

  4. 4

    Start-up and handover

We run the unit, measure the air coming out, check the drain flows, then leave the room clean and show you the remote and how to clean the filter.

Some of our work

Ductwork, rooftop units and diffusers, from work we've completed in Jeddah.

  • Galvanized rectangular duct trunk with branch takeoffs and round diffusers, hung from a black ceiling, a Carrier unit visible behind — interior finishing stage.
  • Round diffusers and a spiral duct trunk in a tiled stairwell service shaft.
  • Rooftop ductwork and an exhaust fan, with Jeddah buildings in the background.
  • Rooftop packaged AC units with rectangular duct transitions, city buildings behind.
  • Insulated rooftop duct run beside a packaged unit, a warehouse roof in the background.
  • A grid of round diffusers in an open-plan office ceiling, mid-construction.
  • An insulated rooftop duct elbow, against a mountainous backdrop.
  • Large insulated ductwork running along a factory ceiling, with workers visible below.
  • A yellow round diffuser mid-installation, with spiral duct and a suspended ceiling grid.
  • Duct insulation wrap in progress on a construction site, bare duct still exposed.
  • A black-painted duct trunk with round diffusers and track lighting, in a finished retail interior.

What sets this district apart

Al Murjan is a modern residential area with spacious villas and flats featuring large internal distances, meaning copper runs between indoor and outdoor units can be lengthy. Summer temperatures here reach extremely high levels, and the outdoor unit works under severe pressure for extended hours. Installation requires careful location selection for the outdoor unit to minimise direct sun exposure, and extremely precise line evacuation for long runs to ensure no performance loss.

Al Murjan is in north Jeddah's modern sector, an upscale residential area with spacious buildings and contemporary designs.

Most large villas and flats here need high-capacity units (1.5 tons or more) because of the large spaces and intense heat.

The AC setup in Al Murjan

  1. 1

High-capacity units for large indoor spaces

Spacious villas and flats here need 1.5-ton or larger units for complete coverage and even cooling.

  2. 2

Long copper runs with precise evacuation

Large spaces mean lengthy copper runs, and precise evacuation ensures full performance even with extended lengths.

  3. 3

Outdoor unit with extreme heat protection

A shaded location or sunshade protects the outdoor unit from extreme summer stress.

Before the visit

Before our visit in Al Murjan

  1. 1

Measure the distance between indoor and outdoor locations

Help us by providing a rough measurement of the distance between the room to be cooled and the outdoor unit location.

  2. 2

    Check your circuit breaker capacity

Check your main circuit breaker rating in your electrical panel and share it with us so we can assess if an upgrade is needed.

  3. 3

Identify the ideal outdoor unit location

Look for a shaded or sheltered spot away from direct sun if possible, and let us know if your roof or a particular wall works best.

FAQ

Questions about Split AC installation

Will you install a unit I bought elsewhere?

Yes, we install units you have bought yourself. Before the visit we ask the model, its capacity and where both units will go, so we know the copper length. If you have not bought one yet, we are an authorised distributor for Carrier, YORK, General, Midea, Gree and Smart Gold and can help you choose.

Why does the line need vacuuming before start-up?

New pipes hold air and moisture, and Jeddah's humid air adds more. Mixed with refrigerant, they weaken cooling and strain the compressor over time. We pull them out with a vacuum pump, watch that the reading holds so we know the line is tight, and only then release the refrigerant.

Can the outdoor unit be far from the room?

Yes, within the manufacturer's limits for line length and height difference. We use Mueller copper in runs of up to 30 metres without welded joints, so there are fewer joints that could leak, and the survey shows whether a long run needs extra refrigerant.

Can you hide the copper and cables in the wall?

It depends on the house. In a new build or during finishing works, the copper can run inside the wall before plastering. In a lived-in home we use neat plastic trunking in the wall colour. We show you the better option for your home at the survey, before any work starts.

What if the outside wall cannot carry the unit?

We check the wall before fixing anything, because some facades are clad in stone or panels that cannot take the weight. Then we set the unit on a floor stand on the roof or balcony, or on a bracket anchored to the concrete itself, not the cladding, so it does not shake loose.

Our villa is large with a long distance between indoor and outdoor units, is this a problem?

Longer distances are feasible but require extremely precise evacuation and adequate unit capacity. We measure the distance and determine the right capacity to ensure effective cooling.

The summer heat here is extreme, can the AC unit handle it?

High-capacity units handle the heat, but the outdoor unit's location is critical. We choose a shaded location or install an optional sunshade to reduce strain.

The long copper run between units, how do you ensure no performance loss?

We evacuate with very high precision using professional evacuation equipment, and test pressure before refrigerant charging to ensure the line is moisture and air-free.

Will our home wiring support a 1.5-ton unit or higher?

It depends on your current electrical connections and circuit breaker. We inspect the wiring on our visit and advise you if the circuit needs upgrading.
