When you need a villa HVAC specialist
- 1
A new villa before finishing
The finishing stage is the right time to plan the cooling before walls and ceilings close. We decide the system type for each floor and the pipe routes, saving you from cutting and drilling later.
- 2
A large majlis that never feels cool
Large sitting rooms need a different approach from ordinary rooms. Ceiling height, number of openings and sun direction in Jeddah all affect the choice, and the site survey is what decides the right solution.
- 3
Old noisy units disturbing sleep
AC noise in a bedroom breaks sleep and wears on the family. Choosing the right system and placing it correctly gives the room the cooling it needs without sound that disturbs you or the people sleeping near you.
Who it's for
Living in a villa and replacing old systems
We study what is already in your villa floor by floor and propose systems that fix noise and uneven cooling without unnecessary cutting through finished walls.

How we work
How we work
- 1
Full villa survey
Our team visits every floor, studying sun exposure, ceiling heights, room count and how each space is used, before we suggest any system.
- 2
A cooling plan floor by floor
We produce a plan that names the system type for each zone, the indoor and outdoor unit positions, and how the work fits around any finishing trades already on site.
- 3
Installation and pipe runs
We install the agreed systems floor by floor, run insulated copper and drain lines, vacuum each line before start-up, and confirm that units near bedrooms run quietly.
- 4
Handover and maintenance contract
We start every unit with you present and check cooling in each room, then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract to keep the whole system performing through the summer.

What sets this district apart
Al Andalus sits near the sea, and villas here are exposed to humid winds and sea salt that corrode metals and outdoor units. Most villas are modern but require materials with high corrosion resistance, plus regular maintenance to preserve system performance. Selecting salt-resistant copper, outdoor units from robust brands and carefully insulated ducts ensures the system withstands harsh coastal conditions for years.
Al Andalus is in west Jeddah near the sea, a district of modern villas exposed to humid winds and high salinity.
Most villas here need outdoor units made of rust-resistant materials and copper cable protected with insulating coating.

FAQ
Questions about Villa & home HVAC
Should I use central AC or a split for each room?
There is no single answer that suits every villa. One floor with rooms close together may suit a concealed central system, while separate floors or spread-out rooms often work better with individual splits. The site survey is what decides the right fit for your space and how you use it.
How do you keep the facade tidy with outdoor units on it?
At the survey we look at every option: the roof, the back or side of the building, and ventilation shafts. We choose a spot that gives the unit enough air and is easy to reach for servicing, without putting outdoor units on the main front or creating noise in the street.
How do Jeddah's dust, humidity and salty sea air affect a home system?
Humid, salty air affects heat exchangers and exposed outdoor units over time, and dust blocks filters faster than in dry climates. We take this into account when placing outdoor units away from direct sea winds, and a preventive maintenance contract catches that build-up before it hurts performance.
Do you handle both installation and maintenance for the whole villa?
Yes, we handle design and installation and then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract covering every system in the villa. Having one contractor who knows what was installed makes any later servicing or repair faster and more accurate, and you never have to explain each unit's history to someone new.
How do you decide between a concealed unit and a visible split for a room?
The decision depends on ceiling height, the type of finish and the building stage. A room with a high ceiling and generous floor area may accept a concealed cassette, while a small room with a low ceiling or a fully finished space often suits a visible split. Where the outlet sits also affects how air reaches every corner, and the site survey is what settles the choice.
Sea salt near the coast rusts outdoor units quickly, how do you protect them?
We select outdoor units from strong brands with corrosion-proof coatings, and use copper cable protected with insulating layer to prevent corrosion.
Strong winds from the sea affect performance, is that normal?
High winds may slightly affect outdoor unit efficiency, but we select sheltered locations or use wind barriers to protect the unit.
Does regular cleaning help with the high humidity and salt exposure?
Yes, cleaning the filter and outdoor unit every two to three months and flushing the drain pan of salt and moisture preserves efficiency and lifespan.
Copper cables near the sea, do they need extra protection?
We use copper cable with plastic or wax protective coating against sea salt, and bury or cover it where possible.
