When you need a villa HVAC specialist

  1. 1

    A new villa before finishing

The finishing stage is the right time to plan the cooling before walls and ceilings close. We decide the system type for each floor and the pipe routes, saving you from cutting and drilling later.

  2. 2

A large majlis that never feels cool

Large sitting rooms need a different approach from ordinary rooms. Ceiling height, number of openings and sun direction in Jeddah all affect the choice, and the site survey is what decides the right solution.

  3. 3

    Old noisy units disturbing sleep

AC noise in a bedroom breaks sleep and wears on the family. Choosing the right system and placing it correctly gives the room the cooling it needs without sound that disturbs you or the people sleeping near you.

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    Full villa survey

Our team visits every floor, studying sun exposure, ceiling heights, room count and how each space is used, before we suggest any system.

  2. 2

A cooling plan floor by floor

We produce a plan that names the system type for each zone, the indoor and outdoor unit positions, and how the work fits around any finishing trades already on site.

  3. 3

    Installation and pipe runs

We install the agreed systems floor by floor, run insulated copper and drain lines, vacuum each line before start-up, and confirm that units near bedrooms run quietly.

  4. 4

    Handover and maintenance contract

We start every unit with you present and check cooling in each room, then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract to keep the whole system performing through the summer.

What sets this district apart

Most Al Asaliyah villas are modern with large gardens and prominent front elevations, comprising multiple floors with varied spaces: large guest halls, small bedrooms and separate sleeping quarters. A central or multi-head split system suits this layout, and the space around the villa allows outdoor units to be set back from view without stretching pipe runs too far.

Al Asaliyah lies in south Jeddah, an area of modern villas with regular front elevations and spacious gardens between homes.

Most Al Asaliyah villas need a central or multi-head split system to cover the floors, and outdoor units are placed on the villa's side or garden, away from the front elevation.

The AC setup in Al Asaliyah

  1. 1

    Central system with air ducts

Modern multi-floor villas benefit from one central system with ducts distributed to each floor and room.

  2. 2

    Multi-head split system

An effective alternative to central, where each floor or zone has its own indoor unit connected to a single outdoor unit.

  3. 3

    Noise reduction in bedrooms

We select quiet indoor units for bedrooms and route air ducts away from bed heads to ensure restful nights.

FAQ

Questions about Villa & home HVAC

Should I use central AC or a split for each room?

There is no single answer that suits every villa. One floor with rooms close together may suit a concealed central system, while separate floors or spread-out rooms often work better with individual splits. The site survey is what decides the right fit for your space and how you use it.

How do you keep the facade tidy with outdoor units on it?

At the survey we look at every option: the roof, the back or side of the building, and ventilation shafts. We choose a spot that gives the unit enough air and is easy to reach for servicing, without putting outdoor units on the main front or creating noise in the street.

How do Jeddah's dust, humidity and salty sea air affect a home system?

Humid, salty air affects heat exchangers and exposed outdoor units over time, and dust blocks filters faster than in dry climates. We take this into account when placing outdoor units away from direct sea winds, and a preventive maintenance contract catches that build-up before it hurts performance.

Do you handle both installation and maintenance for the whole villa?

Yes, we handle design and installation and then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract covering every system in the villa. Having one contractor who knows what was installed makes any later servicing or repair faster and more accurate, and you never have to explain each unit's history to someone new.

How do you decide between a concealed unit and a visible split for a room?

The decision depends on ceiling height, the type of finish and the building stage. A room with a high ceiling and generous floor area may accept a concealed cassette, while a small room with a low ceiling or a fully finished space often suits a visible split. Where the outlet sits also affects how air reaches every corner, and the site survey is what settles the choice.

My villa has two floors, do I need one system or two?

It depends on how the rooms are laid out and the space between floors. We visit the villa to understand the design, then suggest the system that gives even cooling without noise in the bedrooms.

I want the outdoor unit hidden from the front facade, is that possible?

Yes, the villa's garden usually offers enough space to place the unit on the side or rear, out of sight without stretching the pipework excessively.

The heat in Al Asaliyah is intense, does the AC run at full efficiency?

High heat raises the AC load, so we choose a unit with adequate capacity and place the outdoor unit away from direct sun to keep it running efficiently.

Does running pipes over a long distance affect the AC performance?

Yes, long pipe runs reduce efficiency and increase heat loss, but villa gardens usually allow the outdoor unit to stay close to the indoor unit without sacrificing appearance.
