When you need a villa HVAC specialist

  1. 1

    A new villa before finishing

The finishing stage is the right time to plan the cooling before walls and ceilings close. We decide the system type for each floor and the pipe routes, saving you from cutting and drilling later.

  2. 2

A large majlis that never feels cool

Large sitting rooms need a different approach from ordinary rooms. Ceiling height, number of openings and sun direction in Jeddah all affect the choice, and the site survey is what decides the right solution.

  3. 3

    Old noisy units disturbing sleep

AC noise in a bedroom breaks sleep and wears on the family. Choosing the right system and placing it correctly gives the room the cooling it needs without sound that disturbs you or the people sleeping near you.

Who it's for

  • Living in a villa and replacing old systems

We study what is already in your villa floor by floor and propose systems that fix noise and uneven cooling without unnecessary cutting through finished walls.

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    Full villa survey

Our team visits every floor, studying sun exposure, ceiling heights, room count and how each space is used, before we suggest any system.

  2. 2

A cooling plan floor by floor

We produce a plan that names the system type for each zone, the indoor and outdoor unit positions, and how the work fits around any finishing trades already on site.

  3. 3

    Installation and pipe runs

We install the agreed systems floor by floor, run insulated copper and drain lines, vacuum each line before start-up, and confirm that units near bedrooms run quietly.

  4. 4

    Handover and maintenance contract

We start every unit with you present and check cooling in each room, then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract to keep the whole system performing through the summer.

What sets this district apart

Al Hijaz is a diverse modern district with villas of varying sizes, from medium to very large, spacious gardens and varied architectural designs. This diversity means each villa needs a tailored solution rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, and the outdoor unit location must respect the home's unique architectural design.

Al Hijaz lies in eastern Jeddah and is a spacious modern district with villas of varied sizes and large gardens.

Al Hijaz villas require individual assessment to choose between a central system or multi-head split, depending on villa size and design.

The AC setup in Al Hijaz

  1. 1

Powerful central system for very large villas

Very spacious Hijaz villas with large open areas benefit from a powerful central system that offers better balance than multiple splits.

  2. 2

Hybrid system: two outdoor units with divided heads

Some large villas use two outdoor units, one for lower floors, one for upper, improving efficiency and independent control.

  3. 3

Quad split or larger for multi-pattern villas

Villas with unique architectural designs and free-flowing spaces may need multiple heads distributed per zone to avoid dead spots.

Before the visit

  3. 3

    Confirm roof and garden accessibility

Ensure our team can safely access roofs and rear gardens, and that no architectural obstacles prevent outdoor unit installation.

FAQ

Questions about Villa & home HVAC

Should I use central AC or a split for each room?

There is no single answer that suits every villa. One floor with rooms close together may suit a concealed central system, while separate floors or spread-out rooms often work better with individual splits. The site survey is what decides the right fit for your space and how you use it.

How do you keep the facade tidy with outdoor units on it?

At the survey we look at every option: the roof, the back or side of the building, and ventilation shafts. We choose a spot that gives the unit enough air and is easy to reach for servicing, without putting outdoor units on the main front or creating noise in the street.

How do Jeddah's dust, humidity and salty sea air affect a home system?

Humid, salty air affects heat exchangers and exposed outdoor units over time, and dust blocks filters faster than in dry climates. We take this into account when placing outdoor units away from direct sea winds, and a preventive maintenance contract catches that build-up before it hurts performance.

Do you handle both installation and maintenance for the whole villa?

Yes, we handle design and installation and then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract covering every system in the villa. Having one contractor who knows what was installed makes any later servicing or repair faster and more accurate, and you never have to explain each unit's history to someone new.

How do you decide between a concealed unit and a visible split for a room?

The decision depends on ceiling height, the type of finish and the building stage. A room with a high ceiling and generous floor area may accept a concealed cassette, while a small room with a low ceiling or a fully finished space often suits a visible split. Where the outlet sits also affects how air reaches every corner, and the site survey is what settles the choice.

My villa has unique architecture; can you cool it without spoiling the design?

Yes, we inspect the design and façades first, then place outdoor units in rear gardens, villa sides or roofs in ways that respect the main architectural lines.

My villa is very large with open-plan spaces; is one system enough?

It depends on total area and layout. Very large Hijaz villas may need two separate outdoor units or a sufficiently powerful central system; we require a detailed inspection.

I am buying a new villa with no AC; where do I start?

Focus on two things: the villa's plan, floors and spaces (we need these to calculate capacity), and your preferred outdoor unit locations before final construction. We provide a comprehensive quote covering design and installation.

How do I ensure cooling is evenly distributed across all floors?

We install a thermostat per floor or floor group, calibrate dampers on every head, and after installation test and balance the system to ensure temperature differences do not exceed 1, 2 degrees.
