When you need a villa HVAC specialist

  1. 1

    A new villa before finishing

The finishing stage is the right time to plan the cooling before walls and ceilings close. We decide the system type for each floor and the pipe routes, saving you from cutting and drilling later.

  2. 2

A large majlis that never feels cool

Large sitting rooms need a different approach from ordinary rooms. Ceiling height, number of openings and sun direction in Jeddah all affect the choice, and the site survey is what decides the right solution.

  3. 3

    Old noisy units disturbing sleep

AC noise in a bedroom breaks sleep and wears on the family. Choosing the right system and placing it correctly gives the room the cooling it needs without sound that disturbs you or the people sleeping near you.

Who it's for

  • Living in a villa and replacing old systems

We study what is already in your villa floor by floor and propose systems that fix noise and uneven cooling without unnecessary cutting through finished walls.

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    Full villa survey

Our team visits every floor, studying sun exposure, ceiling heights, room count and how each space is used, before we suggest any system.

  2. 2

A cooling plan floor by floor

We produce a plan that names the system type for each zone, the indoor and outdoor unit positions, and how the work fits around any finishing trades already on site.

  3. 3

    Installation and pipe runs

We install the agreed systems floor by floor, run insulated copper and drain lines, vacuum each line before start-up, and confirm that units near bedrooms run quietly.

  4. 4

    Handover and maintenance contract

We start every unit with you present and check cooling in each room, then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract to keep the whole system performing through the summer.

What sets this district apart

Al Marj is a spacious residential district with villas set apart and green spaces between buildings, giving more flexibility in siting outdoor units without neighbour or facade constraints. The soil here is sometimes sandy, accelerating dust buildup on the outdoor condenser coil, so we prioritise easy maintenance and cleaning. Villas are typically one or two storeys with modern design, allowing efficient central or multi-unit systems.

Al Marj sits in east Jeddah, a district of widely spaced villas with generous green spaces between residences.

Most villas here have ample space for central or multi-unit systems with outdoor units freely distributed, allowing generous spacing for airflow and maintenance.

The AC setup in Al Marj

  1. 1

Strong central system with distribution ducts

Large villas in Al Marj benefit from one powerful central system with ducts across ceilings and walls, covering all floors and rooms under unified control.

  2. 2

    Multi-split system with scattered units

Larger villas may use multiple indoor units connected to separate outdoor units distributed freely on different sides of the villa.

  3. 3

Outdoor units widely spaced for safety and efficiency

Ample spaces allow outdoor units to be mounted far apart, improving airflow and efficiency while reducing noise.

Before the visit

Before our visit in Al Marj

  1. 1

Provide the villa plan and outdoor spaces

Send us a plan photo or the villa and garden dimensions, so we understand the available space for ducts and outdoor units.

  2. 2

Identify safe spots for outdoor units

Point out the sides and open areas where you prefer outdoor units, noting any obstacles or overhead power lines.

  3. 3

Confirm water drainage and power supply

Ensure there is a safe drain line for condensate water away from the villa's foundation, and confirm the AC circuit has adequate capacity.

FAQ

Questions about Villa & home HVAC

Should I use central AC or a split for each room?

There is no single answer that suits every villa. One floor with rooms close together may suit a concealed central system, while separate floors or spread-out rooms often work better with individual splits. The site survey is what decides the right fit for your space and how you use it.

How do you keep the facade tidy with outdoor units on it?

At the survey we look at every option: the roof, the back or side of the building, and ventilation shafts. We choose a spot that gives the unit enough air and is easy to reach for servicing, without putting outdoor units on the main front or creating noise in the street.

How do Jeddah's dust, humidity and salty sea air affect a home system?

Humid, salty air affects heat exchangers and exposed outdoor units over time, and dust blocks filters faster than in dry climates. We take this into account when placing outdoor units away from direct sea winds, and a preventive maintenance contract catches that build-up before it hurts performance.

Do you handle both installation and maintenance for the whole villa?

Yes, we handle design and installation and then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract covering every system in the villa. Having one contractor who knows what was installed makes any later servicing or repair faster and more accurate, and you never have to explain each unit's history to someone new.

How do you decide between a concealed unit and a visible split for a room?

The decision depends on ceiling height, the type of finish and the building stage. A room with a high ceiling and generous floor area may accept a concealed cassette, while a small room with a low ceiling or a fully finished space often suits a visible split. Where the outlet sits also affects how air reaches every corner, and the site survey is what settles the choice.

Can I use our wide space for a strong central cooling system?

Yes, the ample space allows an efficient central system with ducts distributed across all floors and rooms, giving unified control and a clean look without visible indoor units.

Can strong winds affect our outdoor units?

We choose a reasonably sheltered location for the outdoor unit, and if winds are very strong, we secure it firmly on a solid foundation or roof to withstand the pressure.

Does sandy dust build up on the AC unit?

Yes, sandy soil in Al Marj accelerates dust buildup on the condenser coil, so we choose units easy to clean and recommend cleaning the coil every two months in summer.

Do the district's power and water systems support a strong central AC?

Usually yes, but we first inspect the electrical circuit and supply capacity. Drainage is also key, so we ensure condensate water has a safe outlet away from the villa's foundation.
