When you need a villa HVAC specialist

  1. 1

    A new villa before finishing

The finishing stage is the right time to plan the cooling before walls and ceilings close. We decide the system type for each floor and the pipe routes, saving you from cutting and drilling later.

  2. 2

A large majlis that never feels cool

Large sitting rooms need a different approach from ordinary rooms. Ceiling height, number of openings and sun direction in Jeddah all affect the choice, and the site survey is what decides the right solution.

  3. 3

    Old noisy units disturbing sleep

AC noise in a bedroom breaks sleep and wears on the family. Choosing the right system and placing it correctly gives the room the cooling it needs without sound that disturbs you or the people sleeping near you.

Who it's for

  • Living in a villa and replacing old systems

We study what is already in your villa floor by floor and propose systems that fix noise and uneven cooling without unnecessary cutting through finished walls.

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    Full villa survey

Our team visits every floor, studying sun exposure, ceiling heights, room count and how each space is used, before we suggest any system.

  2. 2

A cooling plan floor by floor

We produce a plan that names the system type for each zone, the indoor and outdoor unit positions, and how the work fits around any finishing trades already on site.

  3. 3

    Installation and pipe runs

We install the agreed systems floor by floor, run insulated copper and drain lines, vacuum each line before start-up, and confirm that units near bedrooms run quietly.

  4. 4

    Handover and maintenance contract

We start every unit with you present and check cooling in each room, then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract to keep the whole system performing through the summer.

What sets this district apart

Most villas in Al Sahil are modern builds on spacious plots with ample outdoor space that offers multiple options for hiding outdoor units from view. The open-plan interior connecting lounges, kitchens and halls demands careful ductwork and balanced airflow to avoid temperature pockets. Being close to the sea, coastal humidity makes high-quality outdoor units and regular maintenance essential.

Al Sahil, south Jeddah, is a district of modern villas on large plots near the sea with moderate natural airflow between the open spaces.

Most Al Sahil villas need multi-split systems or central ducted runs to cover multiple floors and varied room sizes.

The AC setup in Al Sahil

  1. 1

Multi-split system per floor or zone

Large Al Sahil villas often use one outdoor unit with multiple indoor units to cool an entire floor or defined zone.

  2. 2

Central ducted run through the ceiling

Some modern villas choose central ducted systems with ceiling ductwork, which requires careful balancing to avoid pressure and temperature imbalances between rooms.

  3. 3

Outdoor units hidden in the garden or side corner

The spacious grounds allow outdoor units to be positioned out of sight, on a side wall or shaded in a garden corner.

Before the visit

Before our visit in Al Sahil

  1. 1

Show us the villa layout and room divisions

Provide or send the villa plan before our visit so we can accurately assess the number of units and ductwork required.

  2. 2

Identify preferred locations for outdoor units

During the visit, point out where you prefer the outdoor units hidden, whether a side wall, garden area or specific corner.

  3. 3

Ensure access to the roof and corridor space

If you are considering central ducting, confirm that the roof and ceiling void allow safe duct placement before the survey date.

FAQ

Questions about Villa & home HVAC

Should I use central AC or a split for each room?

There is no single answer that suits every villa. One floor with rooms close together may suit a concealed central system, while separate floors or spread-out rooms often work better with individual splits. The site survey is what decides the right fit for your space and how you use it.

How do you keep the facade tidy with outdoor units on it?

At the survey we look at every option: the roof, the back or side of the building, and ventilation shafts. We choose a spot that gives the unit enough air and is easy to reach for servicing, without putting outdoor units on the main front or creating noise in the street.

How do Jeddah's dust, humidity and salty sea air affect a home system?

Humid, salty air affects heat exchangers and exposed outdoor units over time, and dust blocks filters faster than in dry climates. We take this into account when placing outdoor units away from direct sea winds, and a preventive maintenance contract catches that build-up before it hurts performance.

Do you handle both installation and maintenance for the whole villa?

Yes, we handle design and installation and then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract covering every system in the villa. Having one contractor who knows what was installed makes any later servicing or repair faster and more accurate, and you never have to explain each unit's history to someone new.

How do you decide between a concealed unit and a visible split for a room?

The decision depends on ceiling height, the type of finish and the building stage. A room with a high ceiling and generous floor area may accept a concealed cassette, while a small room with a low ceiling or a fully finished space often suits a visible split. Where the outlet sits also affects how air reaches every corner, and the site survey is what settles the choice.

Our villa is large with open-plan layout, how do you ensure even cooling?

We survey the floor plan, ceiling height and room divisions before design, choosing the right number and placement of indoor units to distribute cold air evenly throughout all corners and rooms.

We have a large garden and outdoor spaces, where do you place the outdoor units?

We use the large outdoor spaces to position units away from the front facade and street view, on side walls or in garden corners as you prefer.

The humid sea air affects our villa, does this damage the AC?

Yes, salt spray and coastal humidity accelerate corrosion in outdoor units. We select units with high corrosion protection and recommend regular external washing and scheduled maintenance visits.

Our three-storey villa has separate zones, how do you run power to each outdoor unit?

We assess the villa's electrical layout during the initial survey and offer you the choice of running each unit from a separate circuit or linking through a distribution board. The specifics go in the quote before we start.
