When you need a villa HVAC specialist

  1. 1

    A new villa before finishing

The finishing stage is the right time to plan the cooling before walls and ceilings close. We decide the system type for each floor and the pipe routes, saving you from cutting and drilling later.

  2. 2

A large majlis that never feels cool

Large sitting rooms need a different approach from ordinary rooms. Ceiling height, number of openings and sun direction in Jeddah all affect the choice, and the site survey is what decides the right solution.

  3. 3

    Old noisy units disturbing sleep

AC noise in a bedroom breaks sleep and wears on the family. Choosing the right system and placing it correctly gives the room the cooling it needs without sound that disturbs you or the people sleeping near you.

Who it's for

  • Living in a villa and replacing old systems

We study what is already in your villa floor by floor and propose systems that fix noise and uneven cooling without unnecessary cutting through finished walls.

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    Full villa survey

Our team visits every floor, studying sun exposure, ceiling heights, room count and how each space is used, before we suggest any system.

  2. 2

A cooling plan floor by floor

We produce a plan that names the system type for each zone, the indoor and outdoor unit positions, and how the work fits around any finishing trades already on site.

  3. 3

    Installation and pipe runs

We install the agreed systems floor by floor, run insulated copper and drain lines, vacuum each line before start-up, and confirm that units near bedrooms run quietly.

  4. 4

    Handover and maintenance contract

We start every unit with you present and check cooling in each room, then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract to keep the whole system performing through the summer.

What sets this district apart

Al Widad is a modern residential district of medium to large villas on regular plots away from congestion, often with two or three storeys. The spread-out building pattern offers flexibility for outdoor-unit placement, but the mix of needs between a spacious majlis and private bedrooms calls for a balanced system. Intense summer heat and seasonal humidity demand high-efficiency units and regular maintenance to keep performance steady.

Al Widad sits in East Jeddah, a district of modern medium-sized villas on regular plots with contemporary amenities.

Most Al Widad villas use either multiple split units or a basic central system, with outdoor units on side or rear walls.

The AC setup in Al Widad

  1. 1

Central ducted system for two storeys

Two-storey villas in Al Widad benefit from one central system with separate ducts per floor, easing control and even cool-air distribution.

  2. 2

    Separate split units per floor

Some villas prefer independent split units per floor with separate controls, especially if the ground floor is for guests.

  3. 3

Outdoor units on side or rear walls

Available space in Al Widad allows outdoor units on side or rear walls, keeping them out of sight from neighbours and the street.

FAQ

Questions about Villa & home HVAC

Should I use central AC or a split for each room?

There is no single answer that suits every villa. One floor with rooms close together may suit a concealed central system, while separate floors or spread-out rooms often work better with individual splits. The site survey is what decides the right fit for your space and how you use it.

How do you keep the facade tidy with outdoor units on it?

At the survey we look at every option: the roof, the back or side of the building, and ventilation shafts. We choose a spot that gives the unit enough air and is easy to reach for servicing, without putting outdoor units on the main front or creating noise in the street.

How do Jeddah's dust, humidity and salty sea air affect a home system?

Humid, salty air affects heat exchangers and exposed outdoor units over time, and dust blocks filters faster than in dry climates. We take this into account when placing outdoor units away from direct sea winds, and a preventive maintenance contract catches that build-up before it hurts performance.

Do you handle both installation and maintenance for the whole villa?

Yes, we handle design and installation and then offer a preventive and corrective maintenance contract covering every system in the villa. Having one contractor who knows what was installed makes any later servicing or repair faster and more accurate, and you never have to explain each unit's history to someone new.

How do you decide between a concealed unit and a visible split for a room?

The decision depends on ceiling height, the type of finish and the building stage. A room with a high ceiling and generous floor area may accept a concealed cassette, while a small room with a low ceiling or a fully finished space often suits a visible split. Where the outlet sits also affects how air reaches every corner, and the site survey is what settles the choice.

How do I control cooling separately on a two-storey villa?

We recommend one split unit or indoor head per storey with its own thermostat, or a central system with separate ducts per floor so you control temperature independently.

How far should the outdoor unit be from the neighbour's wall?

We position it at least a metre from shared walls to avoid noise and excess heat reaching the neighbour's side.

Can the unit handle extremely high summer temperatures?

We select high-efficiency units rated for extreme heat, and recommend cleaning filters and coils every month or two to prevent performance loss from dust.

The ducts are hidden in the ceiling, how do I clean them later?

We install with access points for easy cleaning, and we can schedule annual duct cleaning or as needed to prevent dust buildup.
