When duct quality makes the difference
- 1
Duct losing cold air
An open seam or an unsealed joint loses cold air before it reaches the room. We close every seam with Foster sealant in the workshop before shipping, so the seal does not depend on site work alone.
- 2
Condensation wetting the ceiling
In Jeddah's humid air any bare metal surface sweats and drips onto the ceiling or damages the unit insulation. We wrap with Kimmco or Armaflex at the thickness the site calls for.
- 3
A project with many duct runs
A villa or commercial building needs main trunks, branches and plenums in several sizes. We make sections in the workshop numbered to the site plan, so the hanging crew assembles without cutting or adjusting.
Who it's for
Replacing your villa's AC and need new ductwork
We make supply and return trunks and plenums to your villa's dimensions, insulated and numbered, ready for the hanging crew without any on-site cutting.

How we work
How we work
- 1
Send sizes or drawings
Send us the duct drawing or a list of section sizes. If sizes are not fixed yet, we agree a site survey before production starts.
- 2
Review sizes and sheet gauge
We check each section's dimensions and pick the right sheet thickness for the duct size, then confirm quantities with you before cutting begins.
- 3
Fabricate, seal and insulate
We cut and fold the G90 galvanised sheet, lock the seams with Foster sealant, and wrap each section with Kimmco or Armaflex insulation in the workshop before shipment.
- 4
Number and deliver
We mark each section with its position and dimension from the site plan, so the hanging team identifies every piece without confusion and starts work on arrival.

What sets this district apart
Al Rahmah is a growing residential area with family villas, apartment blocks and small shops, with newer buildings spread further apart than older districts. Central AC needs ducts with moderate-length routes through reasonable ceiling heights, and heat and humidity mean any leak cuts efficiency fast. Precise workshop fabrication ensures tight sealing and full insulation, keeping cooling efficient over any distance without unnecessary heat loss.
Al Rahmah is in south Jeddah, a growing residential area with villas and apartment blocks reasonably spread out.
Most central AC projects in Al Rahmah use moderate-diameter ducts over relatively medium-length distances.
The AC setup in Al Rahmah
- 1
Separate supply and return ducts
Buildings in Al Rahmah need separate supply ducts for cold air and return ducts to ensure even distribution and adequate flow.
- 2
Fully insulated ducts
All ducts are fully insulated to protect against heat loss and condensation in the hot and humid environment.
- 3
Sections numbered by location
Each section gets a number for easy installation on site without confusion or remeasuring.
Before the visit
Before our visit in Al Rahmah
- 1
Measure distances from unit to each outlet
We need precise measurement from the indoor unit location to every air outlet to fabricate ducts at the correct length.
- 2
Clearly mark unit and outlet positions
Clearly explain where the indoor unit will go and where the air outlets will be in each room or area.
- 3
Ensure easy access to ceilings
Check that ceilings and passages for ducts are easy to reach and clear of obstacles.

FAQ
Questions about AC duct manufacturing
How do you make sure the duct does not leak air at the seams?
We close the long seams with a tight mechanical lock as the sheet is formed, then seal every seam and every joint between sections with Foster sealant before insulating. Sections leave the workshop with matching flanges that tighten evenly when hung, because any small gap in cold duct means lost air and a point where condensation forms.
Does the duct arrive ready to hang, or is it assembled on site?
Sections arrive fabricated, insulated, sealed and numbered to the route drawing, so the fitters know where each piece goes without cutting or altering on site. What is left on site is joining the sections, fixing them to the hangers and connecting the unit and outlets, which shortens the work above the ceiling.
Do you make plenums for cassette and cabinet units?
Yes, we fabricate plenums for both types. A cassette unit plenum is measured to match the unit's outlet frame exactly so air reaches the branch runs without leaking at the connection. A cabinet unit plenum is made to carry both the supply and return paths if the design calls for it. Both types are insulated with Kimmco or Armaflex and sealed with Foster sealant before they leave the workshop.
Can you manufacture duct for a large commercial project?
Yes. The workshop is equipped to fabricate large supply and return trunk runs suited to commercial, government and industrial buildings. Each section is made to the project drawings, numbered and delivered ready to hang after insulation and sealing. When engineering drawings are available, the technical team reviews them before fabrication starts to confirm that the duct dimensions fit the ceiling voids on site.
Why are the duct sections insulated in the workshop before delivery?
The duct carries cold air through a ceiling void that may be hot and humid. Without external insulation, water vapour condenses on the cold sheet and drips onto the false ceiling or the goods below. So each section is wrapped in Kimmco or Armaflex in our workshop and every edge and joint is sealed with Foster sealant before delivery.
My villa is medium-sized, are standard ducts enough for even cooling?
We fabricate ducts to match your villa's size and room layout, so each outlet gets adequate and even airflow.
Al Rahmah is hot and humid, does insulation prevent cooling loss?
Yes, full duct insulation reduces external heat absorption and condensation on the outer surface in humid conditions.
I have a small apartment building with 6 units, do you work on that scale?
Yes, we fabricate complete ducts for small and medium-sized apartment buildings, with clear numbering for each unit and section.
How do you ensure the ducts don't leak after the first month of installation?
We seal every duct joint with high-quality Foster sealant before delivery, and the seal lasts long because it is applied in the workshop before installation.
