When duct quality makes the difference
- 1
Duct losing cold air
An open seam or an unsealed joint loses cold air before it reaches the room. We close every seam with Foster sealant in the workshop before shipping, so the seal does not depend on site work alone.
- 2
Condensation wetting the ceiling
In Jeddah's humid air any bare metal surface sweats and drips onto the ceiling or damages the unit insulation. We wrap with Kimmco or Armaflex at the thickness the site calls for.
- 3
A project with many duct runs
A villa or commercial building needs main trunks, branches and plenums in several sizes. We make sections in the workshop numbered to the site plan, so the hanging crew assembles without cutting or adjusting.
Who it's for
Replacing your villa's AC and need new ductwork
We make supply and return trunks and plenums to your villa's dimensions, insulated and numbered, ready for the hanging crew without any on-site cutting.

How we work
How we work
- 1
Send sizes or drawings
Send us the duct drawing or a list of section sizes. If sizes are not fixed yet, we agree a site survey before production starts.
- 2
Review sizes and sheet gauge
We check each section's dimensions and pick the right sheet thickness for the duct size, then confirm quantities with you before cutting begins.
- 3
Fabricate, seal and insulate
We cut and fold the G90 galvanised sheet, lock the seams with Foster sealant, and wrap each section with Kimmco or Armaflex insulation in the workshop before shipment.
- 4
Number and deliver
We mark each section with its position and dimension from the site plan, so the hanging team identifies every piece without confusion and starts work on arrival.
Workshop-made or site-cut duct?
| Alrabih | The usual way | |

| Sealing | Foster on every seam in workshop | Uneven site sealing |
| Insulation | Kimmco or Armaflex fully wrapped | Partial or delayed wrap |
| Sheet gauge | Chosen for each duct size | One gauge for everything |
| Assembly time | Numbered, assembled straight away | Cut and adjust on site |
| Joint fit | Workshop dimensions close every joint | Hand trimming breaks the seal |

What sets this district apart
Al Wisami is a relatively newer district with wider spaces than central Jeddah, dominated by spacious villas, commercial and administrative buildings with high ceilings and open passages. This building style allows for organized central ducts running through ceilings or walls instead of separate split units. Ducts manufactured carefully in our workshop deliver even cooling throughout and avoid the gaps that leak cold air or trap moisture in Jeddah's hot coastal climate.
Al Wisami lies in Jeddah's north-east sector, a modern district of spacious villas and administrative buildings.
Most villas and administrative buildings here use central AC systems, with distribution ducts running through suspended ceilings or internal walls.
The AC setup in Al Wisami
- 1
Central ducts distributed through suspended ceilings
Villas and administrative buildings in Al Wisami often have suspended ceilings, so we manufacture supply and return ducts to run smoothly through these cavities.
- 2
Foam-insulated ducts with complete sealing
Every duct is wrapped in thick foam insulation and sealed at every joint with Foster sealant, to prevent air leaks and moisture buildup in this coastal climate.
- 3
Numbered sections ready for immediate installation
We deliver ducts in numbered, insulated sections so the team can install them directly without site cutting or extra gaps.
Before the visit
Before our visit in Al Wisami
- 1
Confirm the dimensions of cavities and internal passages
Send us a sketch or photo of the wall and ceiling cavities where the ducts will run, so we can manufacture them to exact dimensions.
- 2
Identify main supply and return points
Specify where the central unit sits and which openings will distribute air to each room or section, so we can design the ducts most efficiently.
- 3
Agree delivery and installation timing with the team
Coordinate with us to receive the ducts at least a week before installation, so the team and tools are ready on site at the right time.

FAQ
Questions about AC duct manufacturing
How do you make sure the duct does not leak air at the seams?
We close the long seams with a tight mechanical lock as the sheet is formed, then seal every seam and every joint between sections with Foster sealant before insulating. Sections leave the workshop with matching flanges that tighten evenly when hung, because any small gap in cold duct means lost air and a point where condensation forms.
Does the duct arrive ready to hang, or is it assembled on site?
Sections arrive fabricated, insulated, sealed and numbered to the route drawing, so the fitters know where each piece goes without cutting or altering on site. What is left on site is joining the sections, fixing them to the hangers and connecting the unit and outlets, which shortens the work above the ceiling.
Do you make plenums for cassette and cabinet units?
Yes, we fabricate plenums for both types. A cassette unit plenum is measured to match the unit's outlet frame exactly so air reaches the branch runs without leaking at the connection. A cabinet unit plenum is made to carry both the supply and return paths if the design calls for it. Both types are insulated with Kimmco or Armaflex and sealed with Foster sealant before they leave the workshop.
Can you manufacture duct for a large commercial project?
Yes. The workshop is equipped to fabricate large supply and return trunk runs suited to commercial, government and industrial buildings. Each section is made to the project drawings, numbered and delivered ready to hang after insulation and sealing. When engineering drawings are available, the technical team reviews them before fabrication starts to confirm that the duct dimensions fit the ceiling voids on site.
Why are the duct sections insulated in the workshop before delivery?
The duct carries cold air through a ceiling void that may be hot and humid. Without external insulation, water vapour condenses on the cold sheet and drips onto the false ceiling or the goods below. So each section is wrapped in Kimmco or Armaflex in our workshop and every edge and joint is sealed with Foster sealant before delivery.
How do you ensure the ducts won't leak cold air?
We seal every joint with Foster sealant and wrap it in full foam insulation before delivery, so no gaps remain to leak cold air or trap condensation.
Modern villas here have high ceilings, does that affect duct manufacturing?
Quite the opposite, the high ceilings and open passages allow for larger, more efficient ducts that distribute air more evenly across spacious areas.
Does Jeddah's coastal humidity affect the ducts during use?
Yes, which is why we fully insulate ducts with foam and seal the construction to prevent moisture from condensing on inner and outer surfaces in this hot, humid climate.
How do you deliver the manufactured ducts to the project site?
We number each section and deliver it ready for direct installation, with the team coordinating the sequence with the electrical and plumbing crews on site to ensure proper assembly.
