When you need a proper installer

  1. 1

A new unit for a room or flat

You have bought the unit, or are about to, and want it fitted once, not to find a refrigerant leak or water on the floor a few weeks later. Getting it right first time saves you all of that.

  2. 2

Not sure where the outdoor unit goes

In Jeddah flats the choice is usually the roof, the balcony or the facade. We pick a spot where the condenser gets enough air, a technician can reach it for servicing, and neither noise nor drain water bothers the neighbours.

  3. 3

A past install that went wrong

Weak cooling since day one, water running down the wall, a loud indoor unit. These are usually installation mistakes, not faults in the unit, and our installation is built step by step to avoid them.

Who it's for

  • Moving into a new flat that needs AC

We plan every unit position and copper route in one go, so the whole flat ends up neat and consistent.

    Ask on WhatsApp
  • Fitting AC in a shop or office

We place the units so cool air reaches the entrance and the work area, and arrange outdoor units and drains to suit the shopfront and the building's rules.

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    Send a photo

WhatsApp us a photo of the room, where the outdoor unit might go and your district, and we tell you what the job needs before the visit.

  2. 2

    Agree positions and route

On site, the technician agrees the unit positions and the copper and drain route with you before drilling any wall.

  3. 3

    Fit and vacuum

We mount both units, run and insulate the copper, then vacuum the line with a pump and check the joints before releasing the refrigerant held in the outdoor unit.

  4. 4

    Start-up and handover

We run the unit, measure the air coming out, check the drain flows, then leave the room clean and show you the remote and how to clean the filter.

What sets this district apart

Al Najmah's buildings are relatively modern, with spacious villas and flats in open areas, allowing more freedom in planning the copper run and drain line than older districts. The distance between indoor and outdoor units is often greater in these properties, requiring stronger insulation to maintain cooling efficiency. The wide outdoor spaces offer multiple options for placing the outdoor unit away from main windows and walls.

Al Najmah lies in north Jeddah, a district of modern villas and flats with open spaces and wide roads.

Most new villas and flats in Al Najmah need longer copper runs than older buildings, requiring reliable insulation to maintain performance.

The AC setup in Al Najmah

  1. 1

Individual split unit per villa or flat

Modern villas and flats in Al Najmah typically need one or more split units depending on size and usage.

  2. 2

Long copper runs with strong insulation

Spacious buildings require longer copper extensions, and we use reliable insulation to protect performance over these distances.

  3. 3

Properly sloped drain in the outdoor garden

Wide outdoor spaces allow us to direct the drain freely towards safe areas away from foundations.

FAQ

Questions about Split AC installation

Will you install a unit I bought elsewhere?

Yes, we install units you have bought yourself. Before the visit we ask the model, its capacity and where both units will go, so we know the copper length. If you have not bought one yet, we are an authorised distributor for Carrier, YORK, General, Midea, Gree and Smart Gold and can help you choose.

Why does the line need vacuuming before start-up?

New pipes hold air and moisture, and Jeddah's humid air adds more. Mixed with refrigerant, they weaken cooling and strain the compressor over time. We pull them out with a vacuum pump, watch that the reading holds so we know the line is tight, and only then release the refrigerant.

Can the outdoor unit be far from the room?

Yes, within the manufacturer's limits for line length and height difference. We use Mueller copper in runs of up to 30 metres without welded joints, so there are fewer joints that could leak, and the survey shows whether a long run needs extra refrigerant.

Can you hide the copper and cables in the wall?

It depends on the house. In a new build or during finishing works, the copper can run inside the wall before plastering. In a lived-in home we use neat plastic trunking in the wall colour. We show you the better option for your home at the survey, before any work starts.

What if the outside wall cannot carry the unit?

We check the wall before fixing anything, because some facades are clad in stone or panels that cannot take the weight. Then we set the unit on a floor stand on the roof or balcony, or on a bracket anchored to the concrete itself, not the cladding, so it does not shake loose.

My villa is large, does a long distance between units affect cooling?

Longer distances need stronger insulation and complete evacuation of the line, which we focus on to maintain steady performance year-round.

Our street is wide and there is space outside the house, where will you put the outdoor unit?

We choose the best spot based on airflow and distance from main windows, and confirm the location with you before installation.

Intense heat in the north may affect the outdoor unit, how do you handle it?

We choose a shaded location or add extra ventilation around the outdoor unit to reduce heat stress on it.

Is the house's electrical supply sufficient for the new split?

We check the circuit capacity and connections before installation, and advise on upgrading the circuit if needed.
