When you need a proper installer
- 1
A new unit for a room or flat
You have bought the unit, or are about to, and want it fitted once, not to find a refrigerant leak or water on the floor a few weeks later. Getting it right first time saves you all of that.
- 2
Not sure where the outdoor unit goes
In Jeddah flats the choice is usually the roof, the balcony or the facade. We pick a spot where the condenser gets enough air, a technician can reach it for servicing, and neither noise nor drain water bothers the neighbours.
- 3
A past install that went wrong
Weak cooling since day one, water running down the wall, a loud indoor unit. These are usually installation mistakes, not faults in the unit, and our installation is built step by step to avoid them.
Who it's for
Moving into a new flat that needs AC
We plan every unit position and copper route in one go, so the whole flat ends up neat and consistent.
Ask on WhatsAppFitting AC in a shop or office
We place the units so cool air reaches the entrance and the work area, and arrange outdoor units and drains to suit the shopfront and the building's rules.

How we work
How we work
- 1
Send a photo
WhatsApp us a photo of the room, where the outdoor unit might go and your district, and we tell you what the job needs before the visit.
- 2
Agree positions and route
On site, the technician agrees the unit positions and the copper and drain route with you before drilling any wall.
- 3
Fit and vacuum
We mount both units, run and insulate the copper, then vacuum the line with a pump and check the joints before releasing the refrigerant held in the outdoor unit.
- 4
Start-up and handover
We run the unit, measure the air coming out, check the drain flows, then leave the room clean and show you the remote and how to clean the filter.

| Copper | Mueller, fully insulated | Patchy insulation |
| Drain | Falls, so no drips | Water down the wall |

What sets this district apart
Al Tha'alibah is a southern residential district mixing older villas with modern apartment blocks and small shops, mid-width streets and varied outdoor spaces. Older villas need careful assessment of walls and exterior clearance, while newer blocks offer dedicated roof spots. Humidity is lower than coastal areas, but drainage still needs attention, especially during rainy spells or seasonal humidity peaks.
Al Tha'alibah is in south Jeddah, mixing residential villas, apartment blocks and small commercial shops.
Most units here are single or dual splits, with outdoor units placed on exterior walls or apartment roofs.
The AC setup in Al Tha'alibah
- 1
Single split for flats and small rooms
Small flats and single rooms need one split unit with moderate cooling capacity.
- 2
Dual split for villas and larger blocks
Villas and larger apartment blocks need one outdoor unit serving multiple indoor heads.
- 3
Outdoor unit on wind-sheltered wall
The outdoor unit is placed on an exterior wall sheltered as much as possible from direct winds and intense sun.

FAQ
Questions about Split AC installation
Will you install a unit I bought elsewhere?
Yes, we install units you have bought yourself. Before the visit we ask the model, its capacity and where both units will go, so we know the copper length. If you have not bought one yet, we are an authorised distributor for Carrier, YORK, General, Midea, Gree and Smart Gold and can help you choose.
Why does the line need vacuuming before start-up?
New pipes hold air and moisture, and Jeddah's humid air adds more. Mixed with refrigerant, they weaken cooling and strain the compressor over time. We pull them out with a vacuum pump, watch that the reading holds so we know the line is tight, and only then release the refrigerant.
Can the outdoor unit be far from the room?
Yes, within the manufacturer's limits for line length and height difference. We use Mueller copper in runs of up to 30 metres without welded joints, so there are fewer joints that could leak, and the survey shows whether a long run needs extra refrigerant.
Can you hide the copper and cables in the wall?
It depends on the house. In a new build or during finishing works, the copper can run inside the wall before plastering. In a lived-in home we use neat plastic trunking in the wall colour. We show you the better option for your home at the survey, before any work starts.
What if the outside wall cannot carry the unit?
We check the wall before fixing anything, because some facades are clad in stone or panels that cannot take the weight. Then we set the unit on a floor stand on the roof or balcony, or on a bracket anchored to the concrete itself, not the cladding, so it does not shake loose.
Old villas and new blocks sit close together, does this affect installation?
Yes, we need to coordinate with neighbours when choosing the outdoor unit location and ensure no overlap between spaces and clearances.
Al Tha'alibah streets have cars and small shops, how do you work?
We agree on the nearest safe parking spot beforehand, carry equipment in portable bags if needed, and coordinate with shop owners if the unit is on their premises.
Rain falls in autumn and winter, does drainage need extra protection?
Yes, we ensure the drain tube slopes sufficiently and has no kinks that could trap water or cause leaks during rainy seasons.
Spaces between villas and blocks are sometimes tight, does this affect outdoor unit placement?
Spaces may be tight, so we choose a spot as sheltered as possible from wind and direct sun, and ensure the unit doesn't block passages or utilities.
