When duct quality makes the difference
- 1
Duct losing cold air
An open seam or an unsealed joint loses cold air before it reaches the room. We close every seam with Foster sealant in the workshop before shipping, so the seal does not depend on site work alone.
- 2
Condensation wetting the ceiling
In Jeddah's humid air any bare metal surface sweats and drips onto the ceiling or damages the unit insulation. We wrap with Kimmco or Armaflex at the thickness the site calls for.
- 3
A project with many duct runs
A villa or commercial building needs main trunks, branches and plenums in several sizes. We make sections in the workshop numbered to the site plan, so the hanging crew assembles without cutting or adjusting.
Who it's for
Replacing your villa's AC and need new ductwork
We make supply and return trunks and plenums to your villa's dimensions, insulated and numbered, ready for the hanging crew without any on-site cutting.
Ask on WhatsAppRunning a commercial fit-out that needs duct runs
We take your project drawings and produce numbered sections in batches matched to your site schedule, so the hanging crew is never waiting on supply.

How we work
How we work
- 1
Send sizes or drawings
Send us the duct drawing or a list of section sizes. If sizes are not fixed yet, we agree a site survey before production starts.
- 2
Review sizes and sheet gauge
We check each section's dimensions and pick the right sheet thickness for the duct size, then confirm quantities with you before cutting begins.
- 3
Fabricate, seal and insulate
We cut and fold the G90 galvanised sheet, lock the seams with Foster sealant, and wrap each section with Kimmco or Armaflex insulation in the workshop before shipment.
- 4
Number and deliver
We mark each section with its position and dimension from the site plan, so the hanging team identifies every piece without confusion and starts work on arrival.
Workshop-made or site-cut duct?

What sets this district apart
Tabah's buildings are relatively new and spread out, running central AC systems across multiple floors and wings, but hand-cut ducts on site leave gaps that bleed cold air and trap humidity in Jeddah's coastal heat. Manufacturing ducts in our workshop ensures precise alignment and full insulation before installation, maintaining cooling efficiency across the whole run.
Tabah lies in north Jeddah, a district of modern villas and residential blocks spread across open plots with regular streets.
Most Tabah projects need ducts running across multiple floors, starting from the central unit on the roof or ground floor.
The AC setup in Tabah
- 1
Numbered supply and return ducts
We manufacture supply, return, and plenum ducts to Tabah project dimensions, each section numbered and insulated before delivery.
- 2
Fully insulated duct sections
Every duct is insulated on all sides to prevent cold air leakage and moisture in the long runs across floors and passages of the building.
- 3
Sealed joints with Foster sealant
All seams in manufactured ducts are sealed with Foster sealant before delivery, ensuring no air leaks when installed.
Before the visit
Before our visit in Tabah
- 1
Confirm the duct route and exact dimensions
Send us the floor plan showing the central unit location and all outlets in detail, so we manufacture the ducts to the correct dimensions first time.
- 2
Ensure access to passages and ceilings
Check that passages, floors and suspended ceilings can be safely accessed to install the numbered duct sections before the installation day.
- 3
Coordinate with the electrician about duct placement
If there are electrical wires or water pipes in the duct path, let us know so we avoid crossing them and delay to installation.

FAQ
Questions about AC duct manufacturing
How do you make sure the duct does not leak air at the seams?
We close the long seams with a tight mechanical lock as the sheet is formed, then seal every seam and every joint between sections with Foster sealant before insulating. Sections leave the workshop with matching flanges that tighten evenly when hung, because any small gap in cold duct means lost air and a point where condensation forms.
Does the duct arrive ready to hang, or is it assembled on site?
Sections arrive fabricated, insulated, sealed and numbered to the route drawing, so the fitters know where each piece goes without cutting or altering on site. What is left on site is joining the sections, fixing them to the hangers and connecting the unit and outlets, which shortens the work above the ceiling.
Do you make plenums for cassette and cabinet units?
Yes, we fabricate plenums for both types. A cassette unit plenum is measured to match the unit's outlet frame exactly so air reaches the branch runs without leaking at the connection. A cabinet unit plenum is made to carry both the supply and return paths if the design calls for it. Both types are insulated with Kimmco or Armaflex and sealed with Foster sealant before they leave the workshop.
Can you manufacture duct for a large commercial project?
Yes. The workshop is equipped to fabricate large supply and return trunk runs suited to commercial, government and industrial buildings. Each section is made to the project drawings, numbered and delivered ready to hang after insulation and sealing. When engineering drawings are available, the technical team reviews them before fabrication starts to confirm that the duct dimensions fit the ceiling voids on site.
Why are the duct sections insulated in the workshop before delivery?
The duct carries cold air through a ceiling void that may be hot and humid. Without external insulation, water vapour condenses on the cold sheet and drips onto the false ceiling or the goods below. So each section is wrapped in Kimmco or Armaflex in our workshop and every edge and joint is sealed with Foster sealant before delivery.
On-site cut ducts leak cold air, how do you solve this?
We manufacture ducts in our workshop to exact project dimensions, seal every seam with Foster sealant, and fully insulate them before installation, which stops both leakage and condensation.
How do you deliver ducts to the site and fit them across wide distances?
We manufacture ducts in numbered sections ready to hang, deliver them fully insulated to site, so installation is quick and secure with no delays.
Jeddah's humidity can condense water inside ducts, does insulation prevent that?
Yes, full insulation with tight sealing stops moisture condensing on the duct's inner surface, especially in passages and cool zones within the building.
Do the ducts need separate power or changes to the main AC wiring?
The ducts themselves need no power, but before installation we confirm the main unit and fans draw sufficient power to push air through all the installed sections.
