When you need a proper installer

  1. 1

A new unit for a room or flat

You have bought the unit, or are about to, and want it fitted once, not to find a refrigerant leak or water on the floor a few weeks later. Getting it right first time saves you all of that.

  2. 2

Not sure where the outdoor unit goes

In Jeddah flats the choice is usually the roof, the balcony or the facade. We pick a spot where the condenser gets enough air, a technician can reach it for servicing, and neither noise nor drain water bothers the neighbours.

  3. 3

A past install that went wrong

Weak cooling since day one, water running down the wall, a loud indoor unit. These are usually installation mistakes, not faults in the unit, and our installation is built step by step to avoid them.

Who it's for

  • Moving into a new flat that needs AC

We plan every unit position and copper route in one go, so the whole flat ends up neat and consistent.

    Ask on WhatsApp
  • Fitting AC in a shop or office

We place the units so cool air reaches the entrance and the work area, and arrange outdoor units and drains to suit the shopfront and the building's rules.

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    Send a photo

WhatsApp us a photo of the room, where the outdoor unit might go and your district, and we tell you what the job needs before the visit.

  2. 2

    Agree positions and route

On site, the technician agrees the unit positions and the copper and drain route with you before drilling any wall.

  3. 3

    Fit and vacuum

We mount both units, run and insulate the copper, then vacuum the line with a pump and check the joints before releasing the refrigerant held in the outdoor unit.

  4. 4

    Start-up and handover

We run the unit, measure the air coming out, check the drain flows, then leave the room clean and show you the remote and how to clean the filter.

What sets this district apart

Al Muntazahat is an upscale modern district of large detached villas and premium residential blocks with wide spacing and high commitment to aesthetic and architectural harmony. Villa and building owners here care deeply about every visual detail, from outdoor unit placement to electrical cable routing. Installation requires high precision in measurements and mounting, with outdoor unit positions chosen to complement the home's architectural design without affecting the facade or overall appearance.

Al Muntazahat is in the east, a district of upscale modern villas and blocks with advanced architectural designs.

Outdoor units are usually mounted on rear roofs or hidden side walls for aesthetic reasons, with special attention to copper and electrical cable routing.

The AC setup in Al Muntazahat

  1. 1

Split on rear roof with decorative base

Standard option in Al Muntazahat, with the outdoor unit on the rear roof section using a coloured mounting base that complements the architecture.

  2. 2

Split concealed on side wall with decorative cover

In some villas, the outdoor unit may be mounted on a hidden side wall with a decorative screen that enhances the exterior design.

  3. 3

Copper and cables within concealed conduit system

Copper and cables run through coloured or architectural conduit that blends into the home's overall design with no visual impact.

FAQ

Questions about Split AC installation

Will you install a unit I bought elsewhere?

Yes, we install units you have bought yourself. Before the visit we ask the model, its capacity and where both units will go, so we know the copper length. If you have not bought one yet, we are an authorised distributor for Carrier, YORK, General, Midea, Gree and Smart Gold and can help you choose.

Why does the line need vacuuming before start-up?

New pipes hold air and moisture, and Jeddah's humid air adds more. Mixed with refrigerant, they weaken cooling and strain the compressor over time. We pull them out with a vacuum pump, watch that the reading holds so we know the line is tight, and only then release the refrigerant.

Can the outdoor unit be far from the room?

Yes, within the manufacturer's limits for line length and height difference. We use Mueller copper in runs of up to 30 metres without welded joints, so there are fewer joints that could leak, and the survey shows whether a long run needs extra refrigerant.

Can you hide the copper and cables in the wall?

It depends on the house. In a new build or during finishing works, the copper can run inside the wall before plastering. In a lived-in home we use neat plastic trunking in the wall colour. We show you the better option for your home at the survey, before any work starts.

What if the outside wall cannot carry the unit?

We check the wall before fixing anything, because some facades are clad in stone or panels that cannot take the weight. Then we set the unit on a floor stand on the roof or balcony, or on a bracket anchored to the concrete itself, not the cladding, so it does not shake loose.

Villas here are upscale with modern designs; how do you place the outdoor unit without spoiling the facade?

We select the position based on the villa's architectural plan and exterior design, usually on the rear roof or a hidden side wall. We discuss options with the villa owner before installation to ensure full satisfaction.

How do you hide the electrical cable and copper tubing runs?

We run cables and tubing on rear or side walls or use decorative conduit covers. We avoid routing through the front facade or main windows.

Roofs here are architecturally refined; how do you mount securely without compromising appearance?

We use custom-coloured mounting bases that match the roof colours. We ensure the installation is secure and visually inconspicuous within the overall design.

Future maintenance and service: how do you provide it without disrupting aesthetics?

We choose positions allowing easy access for regular maintenance, balancing serviceability with aesthetics. We provide clear maintenance guidance and arrange a regular service plan with the villa owner.
